So after visiting other galbi tang locations, this was our least favorite and very underwhelming. For the same price, you get a lot less compared to Silla or Moobongri like you don't get glass noodles. We ordered takeout and while everything was wrapped nicely and didn't spill, it was lackluster. The chive pancake was sad. It looked undercooked. I threw it in the air fresher to try to make it look better. Didn't really work...the taste was quite bland. The kimchi radish was old. I'm not sure what happened since the last time I ordered but it's gone down.

My go to spot for seoulleongtang. My first time was back in 2022, and they have been consistently good ever since. I love their kimchi and the dipping sauce that they offer with the food. Service is always so friendly and attentive. My boyfriend tried their cold noodles and absolutely loved them! Their galbi-jjim is also so good!

Stopped here for a late lunch with my daughter on our way to H-mart. She had Rose Tteok Bokki and I had Samgye Tang. Hers was very tasty, but mine was really quite bland. I was very disappointed. The service was very good, even though it was late in the afternoon. The restaurant is very nice inside, and other tables were filled off and on while we were there even though it was the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. I would give it another try since my daughter's dish was so good and the service was so friendly.

Best galbi gim in the area. A little pricy but worth it and will also have leftovers as the pot is huge. My kids loved it ! The manager was sweet to give my kids some extra dessert.

Came here cause of the good reviews on Google but the Korean soup was not good. The galbi tang tasted like someone put too many scoops of beef bullion and the yukdaejang was the opposite and lacked flavor. The beef in the yukdaejang was super dry. But I give 2 stars cause the service was good and the beef in the galbi tang was acceptable.

Officially my new favorite place to get seolleong tang. Came here on a Saturday at 1:45 pm ish and it wasn't super busy but still had a decent amount of customers. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk lady who gave me the option to choose my own seats (that's always nice). The menu was already laid out nicely on the table so you get right to it. There was Korean music playing that was at just the right volume. I love love loveee seolleongtang so of course I naturally chose that as my dish. It's also the reason why I decided to come to Mr. Tang in the first place so I gotta follow through. Water is self served with small paper cups already provided at the table. Wooden chopsticks, metal spoons, salt, pepper, and chopped green onion is also provided at the table for you to adjust your soup to your liking. The price for the dish was $15.95 (the usual pricing) so imagine my surprise when the bowl they brought out was literally bigger than the size of my hand. Granted my hands are small but this was literally the biggest bowl of seolleongtang I've ever seen or eaten. I devoured it but alas I couldn't finish all the meat. They're super generous with their meat. You usually see maybe like 8 thin slices but this bowl probably had like 20+ decently sized meat slices. I liked the fact that there wasn't an abundance of banchan (Korean side dishes). They had a plate of various pickled vegetables that you cut up yourself with the scissors they provide you. And also a small dish of pickled jalapeños. I didn't try it with my food but I'm sure it tastes good with it. Once you're done eating, you pay at the front or have the check brought over to you. The total with tax and tip waOverall great first experience here and am definitely coming back to try the other dishes!

Their kimchi and service has improved back up. Cold noodles are pretty good both spicy and cold buckwheat noodle with beef broth. Small restaurant with some self-serving condiments on table.

Coming back a second time! The beef rib pot was always delicious and fulfilling. Tender meat served in a hot stone pot mixed with potato and peppers, and some soft but cheery rice cakes. Extremely flavorful- its savory and sweet. I tried the non-spicy version the first time and spicy one the second - both were great so just go for your preference/group preferences. There's also an option to have melted cheese on top My second favorite from this place was the #9 beef soup with noodles. It has a strong umami flavor and I drank every last sip of the soup Other dishes we ordered were so so: the chive pancake was not flavorful and of too much flour (just felt like eating a dough); ox tail soup was too little in portion and barely fulfilling This might be the only place that offers the signature galbi Jjim pot in Denver but I still hope that the price of this single item was lower than it is

I was craving a heart soup for breakfast, and that's exactly what I found at Mr. Tang. Located in Aurora, aka the Korea town of Denver, you'll find so many good Korean restaurants. But Mr. Tang specializes in beef soups and braised beef dishes. I opted for the kkori gomtang which is oxtail soup. Served with a soy dipping sauce with spicy mustard, cabbage, kimchi and radish kimchi. Such a delicious flavor and the meat was nice and tender. It's a heart warming dish and certainly worth the price tag. If you're craving pure comfort, check it out!

Yay! An authentic Sulleongtang spot ~ I'm always looking for good Korean food and this one met my LA standards. 1. Sulleongtang - delicious. You self season with salt and green onion (table condiments in black bowls). Would be perfect for a cold day. 2. Galbi tang and go-ri tang (tail) - broth was light/clean, which I liked, it can be fatty/greasy at other restaurants. 3. Kimchi jeon- different texture than I was expecting, this was a little spongy/airy but taste was still fine. I personally like mine a little crispy on outside and chewy on inside.

I had the cold noodles and kimchee pancake. Great option on a hot summer day. My first time dining here. Nice and friendly service. Korean beers and shoju served. A lot of windows in the front. It can be bright just before sunset. Flavors and presentation was good.

Was in the middle of my road trip back to NYC and started to feel a little under the weather. I knew i needed some soup to get me back on my feet. Found this gem and decided to get it for takeout. Before you get in, the food is listed everywhere. There was a line to dine in. I'm sure my food would've tasted better if i did that. Got the Samgye Tang and it was similar to the one I had in Korea. Cute chicken with rice stuffed inside. The soup was sooo good and I loved the egg strips on top. It already came seasoned with salt and I didn't feel the need to add more. It was a huge serving and it can definitely feed 2 people

Good regular Korean restaurant atmosphere. Workers are in average service, and the location is in a decent spot. Given 3 stars to service and ambiance but the foods. Very authentic K taste as if I was in the street of local in Seoul. The broth is the key for all pots and noodles dish here. They are all A+. Sure I'll be back.

First heads-up: this place is tricky to find. It's actually hidden inside Volcano Tea House. Look for Volcano Tea House, head in, and you'll spot the noodle counter tucked in the back. Worth the hunt--trust me. The lady there is super nice and genuinely hospitable. Made me feel welcome right away, like I was stepping into a family kitchen instead of a restaurant. That warmth is hard to come by. I ordered the hand-pulled noodles with beef brisket, and dang, the broth is unreal. Deep, rich, layered with savory, smoky depth--perfectly balanced, not overly salty, just pure addiction in a bowl. The noodles have that ideal chewy bounce only fresh hand-pulled can deliver, and the brisket was tender, melt-in-your-mouth without turning to mush. I slurped every last drop like it was my last meal. If you're in Denver and you love real-deal noodle soup, make the effort to track this spot down. It's earned its place at the top of my rotation. 5/5, no question. Go find it.
