I've seen a lot of videos about places like this so I was excited to find there was one close to me! The kids really enjoyed the going to this place since it's so different and they love ramen. Will definitely be taking any out of town guests there. The Pros: -unique dining experience -friendly staff -cleanliness of the place -K-pop music videos streaming on a big screen The Cons: -the price isn't sustainable for repeat customers...especially most Asians who can just make it at home. -the selection was wide but I would prefer more Japanese ramen flavors even though I know it's a Korean ramen spot.

Really good idea! The inside was cute and felt like a Korean convenience store. The staff were really nice and helpful. There were tons of options and lots of fun drinks as well. It is pretty pricey for packaged ramen especially because you are making it yourself. The toppings add up so be careful! It was a fun experience although I'm not sure I can justify the price.

More than ramen. This place is a vibe. A place to meet my friend on Saturdays. A local family shop with a fun Seoul city-like pop ambiance in suburban Colorado. Like stopping by your local Korean convenience store but with more seats and entertainment. It's the rustic vibe, snackies and people for us. Anyways, back into the squid game.

Only our to go drinks.... Yet you want me to pay $1

Really annoyed with this place !! We love coming here to make our ramens and try new kinds. This time I brought my bf as well as my boys. We spent over $100 on lunch then bought a few extra drinks to go. My kiddos dropped $30 in the claw machine. As we were cleaning up my ramune wasn't cold I went to grab a glass of ice. Dude stops me and says it's $1. I'm like wait? I just dropped over $100 and I can't have a cup of ice for my drinks? The drinks alone were $25 but you want me to pay for ice now?' Ya'll not going far treating customers like this. I can get a whole bag of ice for $1 at McDonald's. I can see charging for ice if that's all I asked for no drinks etc but nawww bro. Not paying you $1 for ice.

Not an overly pretty restaurant, took a darn long time for noodles. Pretty much noodles, little meat and even less veggies. I won't return.

It's a self service instant ramen station where you pick out toppings and cook it yourself the way you would at a Korean convenience store.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.

Leaving a review after 2nd visits during lunch time. I personally think this Korean restaurant…read moreshows "sincerity" into their food. At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

It's def a more modern Korean restaurant from the interior alone. But food was delicious. I was interested in a lot of items on the menu u so it was hard to choose from. The dakgalbi lunch special was an actual full on lunch with sides and soup. The galbi tang was pretty good. The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.

The food was still really good but they have a new menu and a smaller selection. The restaurant still has its fun appeal and kept their decor. The food and service was great. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the warmth of the owner! We walked in Thursday night at 11pm. It was one of the only Asian restaurants in the area still open after our flight landed. As expected, the customers were sparse save for 2-3 tables of diners. The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) I always drink the brand with the fox on it and squeeze a bit of lemon into the shot. We were served by the owner and the service was efficient. He didn't seem to speak the best English so we had to have one of our friends translate when we asked questions, but he was really nice and welcoming. K Pocha seems to be pretty new, so I will hopefully be back soon to support his business! I definitely want to try the army stew and the tofu soups.

Over ordered for two but no regrets on having next day leftovers. Ordered the oyster and dried pollock hangover soup, stone plate bibimbap with bulgogi, mapo tofu, and spicy marinated crab. Choice of white or purple rice, we both opted for purple. Plus Banchan was very well done here Favorite was the crab and hangover soup. I definitely enjoyed my tofu stew, the tofu was so silky I almost bought some to take home (but couldn't because it needed refrigeration and we weren't heading home right away on that hot day) I also absolutely adored the potato pancake, something I've never had and thought the flavor and texture is so much better than the seafood pancake usually eaten at K-bbq. Gotta love the starch!! Friends ordered grilled meats and I snuck a tiny bit to taste (since I can't handle their level of spiciness! ) they were delicious. The grilled meats and potato pancake go surprisingly well with the purple rice which might have ended up being my most favorite side dish! The grilled fish was ok. I've had better. But all the little appetizing dishes accustomed to Korean cuisine were fantastic! Will definitely come back!
