My husband and son are Korean so of course we needed to go check this place out! It did not disappoint, we had lots of fun food and enjoyed trying out some old favorites as well. My favorite was the carbonara buldak. It had a nice spice to it. We also enjoyed Boba strawberry milk tea, and Katsu chicken. I'm excited to go back and I'm really happy to see this place is doing so well!

Wow! First time here and the hype is real! Lots of yummy options, quick effortless service and decent ambiance! I had a bibimbap, croffle, red bean bun and rice wrapped shrimp- all were delish! I love going to food halls where you can find something for every one!!

Grilled Dumplings

Visited Coark recently when a Korean craving hit. The inside was huge, you order up front and then sit in front of a TV screen and wait until your order number pops up, then go grab it at the respective food station. The girl at the front was kind and was able to explain how it worked and what was good once we asked. The inside was very large and felt a bit sterile? or something of the sort, but was quick empty for a weeknight. The food was ready quickly, and we took it to go to eat at home as it was freezing inside. The food was good, the grilled veggie dumplings were fantastic, some of the best I've had in a while, and the tteokbokki was okay, I've had better and can make better myself, it just needed a bit more spice. They have so many options I would definitely go back to try more options! Overall, a great concept with a ton of options for different foods. Good for a quick bite or takeout.

Curry for chicken katsu

So we recently discovered CoArk Collective [Korean] food hall & we keep going back for more! Honestly it's a bit overwhelming at first with so many food items on the menu. Upon entering..order from a large menu board, pay the cashier & then wait for your numbers to appear that are listed on the giant tv screens. Once your number pops up you can grab your meal from the specifically named food stalls. There's just so many options from Korean fried chicken sauced up with rice, noodles & kimbap. They also have snowflake dumplings, poke & so many dessert options. I tell you man the list goes on & I'm here for it. There's definitely something for everyone's taste palette. The potato chips are fire & I highly recommend the curry chicken katsu plate, It's one of my must eats when I visit. They also have boba and rice fermented slushy style drinks which are top tier. The service here is great. They are very attentive & accommodating to special requests or allergies. The space is generally clean with plenty of seating. The k pop vibes are real here, they have large TVs playing the latest k pop songs! Eat & drink your way through all the Korean food we know & love or unknown to us. It's definitely a fun place to discover. Go with a group or solo, order a couple dishes or in my case...as always many dishes, desserts & enjoy a fun night out!

Mango Bingsu

In the mood for some dessert after brunch, I did my usual Yelp search and this Food Hall place popped up. Not really knowing what to expect my roomie and I drove over to check it out. Turns out it was a Korean food hall. We were pleasantly surprised and super excited. When you walk in, you order prior to sitting down. From there , you are provided a number and it will appear on a television screen at the various stands within this food hall. Although we were not too hungry we opted for a mango Bingsu and other small delicacies. All of the items we ordered were ready in less than 15 minutes; when we receive the Bingsu were in awe, not only by its appearance, but also by its taste. There were so many good looking menu items, but this one took the lead, I will definitely be back in the near future.

A great concept with wonderful options! Coark is a food hall specifically carrying Korean restaurants/cafe. I came here with a big group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The parking lot is huge! Plenty of space for everyone. When you first walk in there is a register with alot of screens showing every menu from all restaurants offered. You could order one thing from some place and something else from another. Or you can go to the place and order it at the separate registers. The place is huge! Offers plenty of seating and wide range of tables sizes so everyone can sit comfortably. I got food from The Up Bob. I got a beef bulgogi bowl. It came with steamed rice, veggies, and beef bulgogi. It was hot and savory! I enjoyed the flavors! I got a drink called Wolf Berry Shaker from 3456 Tea. It was so cool to watch him make it and even cooler to watch it change colors! It tasted delicious! I hope to return to try the other restaurants!

Came back. TLDR good food, but pricey. Spent $27 for 3 items. Gomtang ramen was good, but there wasn't much brisket. Or any other ingredients, for that matter. It was just broth, noodles, a little meat, and some green onions sprinkled on top. Pancakes from 3456tea were great, and blueberry drink from Momo Bing was great. I've gotten bulgogi and ramen from CoArk, and both were average, so I'd say this place is good to get a treat, like the buns, pancakes, or slushies. As such, I'll come back to try their croffles, but probably not again after that.

Be prepared before you go! There are 10 different vendors and multiple menu options. This unique food hall focuses primarily around Asian cuisine. To order, you can order at the front desk (that has all vendor menus and a cashier) or you can walk around, view, and order by phone. If you choose the line option, keep in mind that you'll have to wait depending on what time you go. After you order, you can check the big TVs for your name or number for when your food is ready. Everything was delicious, refreshing, and hit the spot! We ordered: -3456 Tea - Galbi tacos, Bean Bun (perfect toasted but soft bun), Yuzu Shaker, and Asian Pear Shaker. Honorably mention Rice Slush, Cinnamon Slush (tastes similar to Horchata), and Wolf Berry Shaker (color changing drink) -Soup & Stew - Gom Tang Soup (nice, light beef broth). Came with side rice and kimchi -Seoul Food - Yangnyeom Fried Chicken (sweet & spicy, but not really spicy IMO) -Kicnic Time - Original Kimbob -The Up Bob - Fried Tofu Pocket Sampler (1 each of all flavors Prices are reasonable if you think about how many Asian Food Halls are in CO / ability to get so many options in one place! All staff were polite and courteous. The Hall had many tables and chairs for seating small to large groups (or large orders of food). Don't forget to check out the fun events they have going on throughout the month! You can find these on Instagram. Will go back again if in the area. Please make more Asian places like this in NoCo Denver!

Kimchi Snowflake Dumpling from Soup & Stew

I love food halls and I love Korean food so this all Korean food hall was made for me. My husband and I shared: - Sweet Pancake from 3456tea - Flight with Yuzu Shaker, 50/50 Rice & Cinnamon Slush, Asian Pear Shaker, and Wolfberry Shaker from 3456tea - Jjajang Ramen from Seoul Food - Fried Kimchi, Tuna Mayo, and Spicy Pork Fried Tofu Pockets from The Up Bob - Kimchi Snowflake Dumpling from Soup & Stew - Beef Kimbop from Kicnic Time - Mild Spicy Toast from Mad Toast - Cheese French Toast from Mad Toast - White Chocolate Taiyaki from Croffle Haven - Dalgona Candy from Croffle Haven - Blueberry Cream Cheese Croffle from Croffle Haven Everything we had was fantastic. We got way too much food and still only got to try a small fraction of what we want to. My favorite items were the fried tofu pockets, both toasts, the snowflake dumplings, the Asian Pear Shaker, and the 50/50 Rice Cinnamon Slush. We eat a fair amount of Korean food (and Asian food in general) in cities across the US and this place has many items that aren't commonly found which makes it even more appealing to me. There is so much more I want to try so I'll for sure be back. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Denver now.

Very unique experience, First time for me to experience this setup, seems to work good. There are several individual restaurants in a food hall setting, with one main order counter. You can walk around and see the different styles of food, pick one then order at the common counter, When your food is ready, it shows on a monitor, and you go pick it up and your restaurant. Very efficient. The prices are no bargain, but the food tastes good, This is a very good place to either eat quick, or, hang out and socialize, no rush to leave.

Korean food hall! Interesting concept with a variety of Korean flavors to explore. Centralized ordering and pick up from the individual food stalls. I tried the kimchi dumpling soup with rice cakes, very comforting. The croffle (croissant waffle) was amazing And sampled the rice slushy and cinnamon slushy drinks, and got a cold Asian pear drink, which paired perfectly with the hot soup. I wish I could try more things! Fun concept, and would be a good place to come with a group and do family style.

Always great coming here. I enjoy the food and the culture. I see that other people were taught how to cook Korean food but that's ok. It tastes great. The seatung area is open and you can look at all of the different styles of cooking, at each restaurant.

Dumplings, bibimbop, fries, and sandwhich

The big menu at the beginning is super overwhelming. We asked to walk around first to take a look at each spot individually and that helped make our decision. The place overall is really cute and feels like a community. They even have a church and a pottery section. It's a little random but keeps giving that community feel. We went at 6 pm and it was pretty empty which made our wait time shorter. It was nice and quiet which we enjoyed. The only issue is that we did sit on the side where the bathroom was and it kind of smelled. The food was amazing. I'm vegetarian and found a few options that had tofu, just veggies, and eggs. They also offered a dalgona coffee and it was just the old viral whipped coffee people were doing during lock down. It wasn't really our favorite. I will come back because the food is delicious and there is so much to chose from.

The chefs know how to plate their food because everything came out looking delicious and beautiful. My brother was nice enough to let me grab a couple of pictures of his food before he started eating, which was greatly appreciated. My shiitake buns were delicious, and I wanted more when I finished the two I ordered. It was a nice, low-spice taste with a wonderfully soft bun that held everything together well. Definitely would have ordered more if not for the big bowl of ramen that came shortly after. Vegetable Ramen can be a tough dish to make tasty, as ramen typically uses animal broths to hold the flavor, but Nami did an excellent job. All the toppings they used fit perfectly, especially the fried tofu, which is my favorite go-to for any ramen restaurant. If you are in the area and want a filling meal, go check out Nami Ramen!

It's in a very chill little plaza, parking is easy. Inside the places clean while lit and inviting, the staff is friendly and sweet. We started with a Gyoza, those were so good some of the best I've ever had. Then each person ordered their meals, I opted for a build your own Poké bowl, which I was happy to see did not have a topping limit, like many places do, but I was a little disappointed by the tiny amount of each topping that they actually put on, but it was delicious. The birthday boy was, unfortunately a little disappointed in his meal, he said the Ramen was way better. Last time he was there, not sure the difference there but a couple other people felt the same way. I know your experience can be so different based on who is there that day cooking the food, the quality of the ingredients that come in that time, and a number of other factors, so I will definitely have to give this place another chance and see what the real deal is .

The chili sauce chicken dumplings were tasty -- a modification we requested off the menu. That said, the dumplings themselves reminded me a bit of Bibigo-style frozen dumplings in texture. The xiao long bao were decent, but I personally prefer the soup dumplings at Nana's Dim Sum & Dumplings. The crab rangoons were a highlight and had actual crab meat, unlike many places that use imitation crab. The Thai pineapple chicken was too sweet and ended up being our least favorite dish. Drinks The Thai iced tea was refreshing. Vegetarian Options They do have vegetarian options on the menu. Service & Ambience Service was quick, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Price Very reasonably priced Overall A good place to try dumplings with a few standout items, especially the crab rangoons.

I got to (re)appreciate this business that's in my direct neighborhood today…read more I don't quite recall when the last time was when I utilized this restaurant. I wanted something super quick and yet something of quality (as I was headed my way to my side hustle later in the afternoon.) Asuka Ramen and Poke, all of a sudden, hit me with a thought, "It's been a while since I last used them for a good poke bowl." In a way, it was an opportunity for me to appreciate it for the first time in a while so I did just that. They use a deep (large) bowl for the Build Your Own poke bowl (this is the only size) for to-go. When I asked for "half and half" for the base (white rice and greens), the young man behind the ordering counter generously pressed the white sushi rice into it. He then placed some green leaves on one side of it. "Looking good" I thought. For the protein, I chose salmon, tuna and yellowtail. For the rest (such as sauce etc.) I don't quite remember what I got me and yet, this young man sure wasn't anything close to "stingy" (lol)! As to show his appreciation for my business, he built my bowl with precision and generosity. I like the fact that they have one size for to-go poke bowl (this simplifies the process on their end and our end.) At the flat rate of $16 (unless you get additional protein which is $3) is also reasonable for the size. I got the impression that this is a business that they simply don't operate for profit; they operate for the social responsibility's sake. And of course, this above-and-beyond young man didn't fail to forget to ask me if I would need utensils or drink. He gave me everything I would need. Once I got to my job site, I parked my car in the parking lot and started devouring my beautifully tailored (to my preferences) bowl. The fresh ingredients, the way it was built, and the overall volume of it, it was impossible for me to find a single reason why this was one of the best poke bowls I've had in the recent few months. That was when I came to appreciate how lucky I am to live just up the street from this tiny and yet mighty poke place. I need to visit this place more going forward.

However, within a few minutes of placing the order I received a call, wanting to confirm which location I had wanted to place the order through. I had accidentally chosen the wrong location so they canceled my order and had me place it again online. They called the other individual I was with who also placed an order. This must happen pretty often if they're calling every single person that places an online order and I will say that I did not notice that I picked the wrong location when I placed the order. So I was grateful that they called to confirm. The order was ready when we arrive to the location and everything was accurate. I started with edamame. And I will say it is pretty standard edamame. I also wanted to try a California roll. It was really fresh and I would definitely order one again. My favorite of the appetizers was that Gyoza. Those were so good. I always order them with Ramen in Kansas City but these knocked any of those out of the park. For Ramen, I went with a classic tonkatsu. The menu description said that it came with corn and bok choy, but I was missing both of those items. The Ramen itself was really good. The broth was super rich and they gave you a lot. There were also a lot of Ramen noodles. And I did like the addition of the bamboo shoots. The marinated egg was fantastic. This classic was so tasty. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit pretty often. There's so many different menu items that looked so good and I'm sure the other Ramen varieties are fantastic as well.
