By far the tastiest item was the Kim-Burg bowl. The burger patty was flavorful, the spiced ketchup had a decent amount of heat, and the egg was just runny enough. I wish the taro milk tea was stronger. I think it just needed one more scoop of powder to make it just right. The fruit sandwich also felt like it was missing just a touch more sweetness to the cream and the strawberries could have been a little more ripe. This place used to be my go-to spot for a delicious meal. They had an incredible variety of options, and the mapa tofu and kimchi pancakes were my absolute favorites. However, I haven't been here in months, and when I finally decided to return, I was disappointed to find that the business that made the mapa tofu was no longer there. Another place where I used to get my cucumber kimchi to go was also gone. I had to settle for the kimguri bowl, which had hamburger steak, fried kimchi, and vegetables. But to my dismay, I only received the rice hamburger patty and an underwhelming amount of shredded cabbage with a drop of dressing. It was a real letdown, especially considering that the bowl cost $15. I used to highly recommend this place to everyone, but it seems like the entire food hall is going downhill because the quality of the food has completely changed. This is my warning to anyone considering coming back: don't waste your time. read more

Visited Coark recently when a Korean craving hit. The inside was huge, you order up front and then sit in front of a TV screen and wait until your order number pops up, then go grab it at the respective food station. The girl at the front was kind and was able to explain how it worked and what was good once we asked. The inside was very large and felt a bit sterile? or something of the sort, but was quick empty for a weeknight. The food was ready quickly, and we took it to go to eat at home as it was freezing inside. The food was good, the grilled veggie dumplings were fantastic, some of the best I've had in a while, and the tteokbokki was okay, I've had better and can make better myself, it just needed a bit more spice. So we recently discovered CoArk Collective [Korean] food hall & we keep going back for more! Honestly it's a bit overwhelming at first with so many food items on the menu. Upon entering..order from a large menu board, pay the cashier & then wait for your numbers to appear that are listed on the giant tv screens. Once your number pops up you can grab your meal from the specifically named food stalls. There's just so many options from Korean fried chicken sauced up with rice, noodles & kimbap. They also have snowflake dumplings, poke & so many dessert options. I tell you man the list goes on & I'm here for it. There's definitely something for everyone's taste palette. The potato chips are fire & I highly recommend the curry chicken katsu plate, It's one of my must eats when I visit. They also have boba and rice fermented slushy style drinks which are top tier. The service here is great. They are very attentive & accommodating to special requests or allergies. The space is generally clean with plenty of seating. The k pop vibes are real here, they have large TVs playing the latest k pop songs! Eat & drink your way through all the Korean food we know & love or unknown to us. Excellent Korean food. Unfortunately, I don't go there as often as I would like because if you ask for a cup for water to drink they give you a super small cup not much bigger than a Dixie cup. They meet the legal requirement to offer water to customers, but only by the barest minimum. I'd rather go to Bon Chon or Famous Dave's or any of the other places right across the street where I don't have to get up and refill my cup 3 or 4 times during a meal. read more

In the mood for some dessert after brunch, I did my usual Yelp search and this Food Hall place popped up. Not really knowing what to expect my roomie and I drove over to check it out. Turns out it was a Korean food hall. We were pleasantly surprised and super excited. When you walk in, you order prior to sitting down. From there , you are provided a number and it will appear on a television screen at the various stands within this food hall. Although we were not too hungry we opted for a mango Bingsu and other small delicacies. All of the items we ordered were ready in less than 15 minutes; when we receive the Bingsu were in awe, not only by its appearance, but also by its taste. A great concept with wonderful options! Coark is a food hall specifically carrying Korean restaurants/cafe. I came here with a big group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The parking lot is huge! Plenty of space for everyone. When you first walk in there is a register with alot of screens showing every menu from all restaurants offered. You could order one thing from some place and something else from another. Or you can go to the place and order it at the separate registers. The place is huge! Offers plenty of seating and wide range of tables sizes so everyone can sit comfortably. I got food from The Up Bob. I got a beef bulgogi bowl. It came with steamed rice, veggies, and beef bulgogi. It was hot and savory! I enjoyed the flavors! I got a drink called Wolf Berry Shaker from 3456 Tea. It was so cool to watch him make it and even cooler to watch it change colors! It tasted delicious! It was just broth, noodles, a little meat, and some green onions sprinkled on top. Pancakes from 3456tea were great, and blueberry drink from Momo Bing was great. I've gotten bulgogi and ramen from CoArk, and both were average, so I'd say this place is good to get a treat, like the buns, pancakes, or slushies. To order, you can order at the front desk (that has all vendor menus and a cashier) or you can walk around, view, and order by phone. Went for the first time today and was greeted by a very nice and friendly lady at the front. She was super helpful at explaining how everything worked and how to order. Inside is very clean and the ambience is very cheerful, with a lot of TVs with K-Pop groups performing (on tv). We ordered a selection of plates from two Different vendors, curry Katsu chicken, short ribs and jangjamyeon ramen (comes with fried egg). The Curry Katsu was very basic and nothing out of the ordinary, it came with rice and a side of salad. There are other places with better. The short ribs came with macaroni salad and rice. The ribs were super tasty! The macaronis salad was 10/10, the rice was a little stale. The jangjangmeyon was a bitter which made it a bit unpleasant to eat. The egg was a bit undercooked, it is sunny side up but could of used a little more time to make sure the whites weren't transparent still. (That may just be how it comes and it's a personal preference thing). Overall we loved the concept, the vibe, the place and the host in front was lovely, just wish the food was a bit tastier. (Again there are a TON of dishes to try, this was our first time there, might go back to try again.) read more

Very unique experience, First time for me to experience this setup, seems to work good. There are several individual restaurants in a food hall setting, with one main order counter. You can walk around and see the different styles of food, pick one then order at the common counter, When your food is ready, it shows on a monitor, and you go pick it up and your restaurant. The big menu at the beginning is super overwhelming. We asked to walk around first to take a look at each spot individually and that helped make our decision. The place overall is really cute and feels like a community. They even have a church and a pottery section. It's a little random but keeps giving that community feel. We went at 6 pm and it was pretty empty which made our wait time shorter. It was nice and quiet which we enjoyed. The only issue is that we did sit on the side where the bathroom was and it kind of smelled. The food was amazing. I'm vegetarian and found a few options that had tofu, just veggies, and eggs. They also offered a dalgona coffee and it was just the old viral whipped coffee people were doing during lock down. It wasn't really our favorite. Most food halls I have been to have you order at each individual restaurant. I like their model, there are cashiers at the front with all the menus behind them. You make your purchase and then just watch one of the conveniently located display boards for your receipt number to pop up under that specific restaurant, then go get your food at their stall. We walked a lap looking at each place before heading back to the front to make our order. We got fountain drinks. The station for that is at one end of the hall. I got dumpling ramen called Ttuk Gogi Mandoo from Seoul Food. It had meat dumplings, rice cakes, ramen noodles and egg in a spicy broth that warmed me. I would love to try more of the varieties of ramen that were available on the menu. My daughter had dumpling stew from Soup & Stew. She said it was temperature hot but not spicy hot. The dumplings and egg were tasty. It also had rice cakes so a filling dish that she would get again if given the opportunity. My son ordered Chicken Katsu from Bibim House. The chicken was breaded and crispy with a delicious sauce. It was on a bed of rice with pickled daikon and cabbage with a dressing. He had enough to enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. The spicy toast from Mad Toast was really good and I thought the mildly sweet egg inside was interesting and delicious! I also really liked the rice slush from 3456tea. This food hall offers a great variety of Korean food and allows you to mix and match orders from different food stalls (as opposed to ordering and checking out at each one individually like in a traditional food court). I have not been disappointed by anything I've eaten here, from the toast sandwiches, gimbap, chicken katsu, Korean tacos, chicken bowls, poke bowls, dumplings, and coffee/tea. After you order, you watch a screen to wait for your order to come up. It's nice to not have to listen to order umbers being yelled out but it does mean you have to pay attention to go pick up your food. Our orders always come out quickly. Food is served in to-go containers, on trays. There is plenty of seating available and a soundtrack of kpop or OSTs are playing on screens mounted on the walls. We love this place. There's so much variety for everyone that we usually try something new each time we go. This time around we tried their tea from 3456 Tea and it was delicious. The collective hall is an experience. You order as you first enter and are given a ticket. Then in the seating areas, there are screens with the different food vendors listed along the top. When you see your ticket number pop up under the name of the vendor, you pick up your food from that food stall. Everything is made to order and it comes out fresh and hot instead of sitting under a heat lamp. We will be back time and again to try more and more new items. As soon as you enter, there's a counter with many screens showing all the menus offered. You order uo front, get a receipt with a ticket number, and just watch the screen for when your order is ready. They got ramen, poke, sandwiches, cold soba, hot soups, fried chicken, fries, tacos, lots of desserts, and a whole bunch of other options! Lots of space for parking. You can get free fountain drink refills (after you buy one), there's free cold water, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. They have high chairs for little ones as well. We love Coark and have been going here pretty much since they opened, but a recent experience finally got me reviewing them here. A few weeks ago, I popped into Coark to pick up dinner (their original ramen is excellent and cheaper than most drive through dinners!). Somewhere between my car and getting my food I lost my car keys. Within only a few minutes, I had 3+ Coark employees on the ground, digging through trash cans, and scouring the parking lot trying to help me find my keys! They were so, so kind and genuinely worried for me, and after I finally found my keys they completely remade my meal so it would be fresh. Wonderful people, delicious (and different!) food options, and a fun atmosphere with k-pop music videos playing on TVs in the background. Thank you Matt C for hosting this event, it was really amazing and great for the Asian Community. THE FOOD SAMPLES: Loved it. It was a small piece of every restaurant here. The food hall offers everything from healthy poke bowls, fried chicken, and desserts. Everything was great as samples were provided and I know I will be coming back here to eat at all of these shops. FAVORITE: It's hard to choose my favorite, for dinner I absolutely drooled over the Short rib musubi. So delicious, filling, tender, and flavorful. For dessert I have to say was the Korean shop at the very end on the left. They had a traditional dessert drink called shikkae and it is just so refreshing. This place reminds me of one of those famous Korean rest-stops!! The concept here is that there are a ton of vendors with different types of food (mostly Asian food + non-alcoholic drinks + desserts). You order at the front and wait for your order to be ready. We tried a bunch of different foods like spicy tteukbokki, chicken, kalbi nachos, croffle, and the drinks from 3456! I would say that it's nice that there is something from everyone here. The owner puts a twist on traditional Korean style drinks to have flavors like rice drink, plum, yuzu, mixed grain, etc. They have tons of seats here so it's perfect for groups. When I walked in the wonderful woman at the counter told me how this food hall concept worked and even offered me some suggested items to try (I.e. tofu pockets). I decided to do a bit of a sampler and got a poke bowl, bubble tea, and something new for me tofu pockets. The milk bubble tea wasn't my fav, too sweet, so I probably wouldn't get that again. My fav item was the tofu pockets, so light and unique, but packed with flavor! The poke was good and all felt fresh but I wanted better topping options. It's quite interesting to see how a buffet was transformed into a Korean food court. If you've been to an Hmart in other states like Texas, this is what the food court resembles. There are several options from bibimbap, Kimbap, ramen, poke, croffle, etc. to choose from so a little something for everyone. As I learned about this place from a friend Yelp Elite two weeks ago, I wasted no time to go and check it out. This food hall is conveniently located on the northwest corner of Parker and Arapahoe, it's a much better concept than the predecessor (restaurant) that closed down due to COVID. Over 70 items to choose from, you WILL definitely find something that will satisfy whatever craving you have at the time of visit. Today was my second visit to this place. I invited a good Elite friend to do lunch with me. She had what I had at my first visit (Bulgogi Bibimbap); today I had the Curry Katsu (I used to be a curry fanatic!!) I skipped breakfast to enjoy today's meal so I was ready for a large portion of a good meal to fill my flat stomach. And the curry did just that! The place didn't get filled up during the peak lunch time (it was kind of empty.) I wonder why. I think this is a great place to grab lunch/dinner. The seating area has more than ample amount of tables/chairs for small to large groups of people. I mean it's quite spacious to say it in the least way. I know it just opened about a month or so ago.
