Nice little spot with decent options for Korean food and Kpop merch! You order at the front and then check the screen to see when your food is ready and walk by each of the kitchen spaces to grab your food. Not bad for trying a variety of what I would call "starter" Korean foods, Bibimbap/Ramen/Dumplings/Fried Chicken. Quality was decent, though a step down from what you would get in the Havana area or a dedicated restaurant space. The interior is spacious and comforting, though the trash cans weren't adequately emptied and had a lot of flies read more

My husband and son are Korean so of course we needed to go check this place out! It did not disappoint, we had lots of fun food and enjoyed trying out some old favorites as well. My favorite was the carbonara buldak. It had a nice spice to it. We also enjoyed Boba strawberry milk tea, and Katsu chicken. I'm excited to go back and I'm really happy to see this place is doing so well! read more

By far the tastiest item was the Kim-Burg bowl. The burger patty was flavorful, the spiced ketchup had a decent amount of heat, and the egg was just runny enough. I wish the taro milk tea was stronger. I think it just needed one more scoop of powder to make it just right. The fruit sandwich also felt like it was missing just a touch more sweetness to the cream and the strawberries could have been a little more ripe. The food hall itself was clean and well taken care of. I would consider going again to try a few more items. read more

Visited Coark recently when a Korean craving hit. The inside was huge, you order up front and then sit in front of a TV screen and wait until your order number pops up, then go grab it at the respective food station. The girl at the front was kind and was able to explain how it worked and what was good once we asked. The inside was very large and felt a bit sterile? or something of the sort, but was quick empty for a weeknight. The food was ready quickly, and we took it to go to eat at home as it was freezing inside. The food was good, the grilled veggie dumplings were fantastic, some of the best I've had in a while, and the tteokbokki was okay, I've had better and can make better myself, it just needed a bit more spice. They have so many options I would definitely go back to try more options! Overall, a great concept with a ton of options for different foods. Good for a quick bite or takeout. read more

So we recently discovered CoArk Collective [Korean] food hall & we keep going back for more! Honestly it's a bit overwhelming at first with so many food items on the menu. Upon entering..order from a large menu board, pay the cashier & then wait for your numbers to appear that are listed on the giant tv screens. Once your number pops up you can grab your meal from the specifically named food stalls. There's just so many options from Korean fried chicken sauced up with rice, noodles & kimbap. They also have snowflake dumplings, poke & so many dessert options. I tell you man the list goes on & I'm here for it. There's definitely something for everyone's taste palette. The potato chips are fire & I highly recommend the curry chicken katsu plate, It's one of my must eats when I visit. They also have boba and rice fermented slushy style drinks which are top tier. The service here is great. They are very attentive & accommodating to special requests or allergies. The space is generally clean with plenty of seating. The k pop vibes are real here, they have large TVs playing the latest k pop songs! Eat & drink your way through all the Korean food we know & love or unknown to us. It's definitely a fun place to discover. Go with a group or solo, order a couple dishes or in my case...as always many dishes, desserts & enjoy a fun night out! read more

Amazing 10/10. The best Korean food I've had in Colorado. And I really appreciate Korean culture so I travel for the food. I like the vibe. Honestly perfect place to hold any cup sleeve or kpop/kdrama themed events. The space is good too. Employees are friendly. We drove 45 minutes for the food after doing the Reuter-Hess incline. And the food was better than the view from the hike. Especially the takiyaki we ordered. read more

In the mood for some dessert after brunch, I did my usual Yelp search and this Food Hall place popped up. Not really knowing what to expect my roomie and I drove over to check it out. Turns out it was a Korean food hall. We were pleasantly surprised and super excited. When you walk in, you order prior to sitting down. From there , you are provided a number and it will appear on a television screen at the various stands within this food hall. Although we were not too hungry we opted for a mango Bingsu and other small delicacies. All of the items we ordered were ready in less than 15 minutes; when we receive the Bingsu were in awe, not only by its appearance, but also by its taste. There were so many good looking menu items, but this one took the lead, I will definitely be back in the near future. read more

A great concept with wonderful options! Coark is a food hall specifically carrying Korean restaurants/cafe. I came here with a big group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The parking lot is huge! Plenty of space for everyone. When you first walk in there is a register with alot of screens showing every menu from all restaurants offered. You could order one thing from some place and something else from another. Or you can go to the place and order it at the separate registers. The place is huge! Offers plenty of seating and wide range of tables sizes so everyone can sit comfortably. I got food from The Up Bob. I got a beef bulgogi bowl. It came with steamed rice, veggies, and beef bulgogi. It was hot and savory! I enjoyed the flavors! I got a drink called Wolf Berry Shaker from 3456 Tea. It was so cool to watch him make it and even cooler to watch it change colors! It tasted delicious! I hope to return to try the other restaurants! read more

The service was excellent in that the hostess recommended a dish that turned out to be too spicy hot for me so she had me try another dish at no charge. Because it's a food hall that is a great variety of food and beverages to choose. Dishes take time because they are made fresh so go with the intent for a slow, casual dining experience or order something to go, that's faster. read more

Kimbap was good, most of the food was kinda dry or took really long to cook. Overall a little weird being a food hall and we order at the front was a little awkward to know which food was mine or someone else's. Front desk was very nice and friendly. read more

This place used to be my go-to spot for a delicious meal. They had an incredible variety of options, and the mapa tofu and kimchi pancakes were my absolute favorites. However, I haven't been here in months, and when I finally decided to return, I was disappointed to find that the business that made the mapa tofu was no longer there. Another place where I used to get my cucumber kimchi to go was also gone. I had to settle for the kimguri bowl, which had hamburger steak, fried kimchi, and vegetables. But to my dismay, I only received the rice hamburger patty and an underwhelming amount of shredded cabbage with a drop of dressing. It was a real letdown, especially considering that the bowl cost $15. I used to highly recommend this place to everyone, but it seems like the entire food hall is going downhill because the quality of the food has completely changed. This is my warning to anyone considering coming back: don't waste your time. read more

Came back. TLDR good food, but pricey. Spent $27 for 3 items. Gomtang ramen was good, but there wasn't much brisket. Or any other ingredients, for that matter. It was just broth, noodles, a little meat, and some green onions sprinkled on top. Pancakes from 3456tea were great, and blueberry drink from Momo Bing was great. I've gotten bulgogi and ramen from CoArk, and both were average, so I'd say this place is good to get a treat, like the buns, pancakes, or slushies. As such, I'll come back to try their croffles, but probably not again after that. read more

Be prepared before you go! There are 10 different vendors and multiple menu options. This unique food hall focuses primarily around Asian cuisine. To order, you can order at the front desk (that has all vendor menus and a cashier) or you can walk around, view, and order by phone. If you choose the line option, keep in mind that you'll have to wait depending on what time you go. After you order, you can check the big TVs for your name or number for when your food is ready. Everything was delicious, refreshing, and hit the spot! We ordered: -3456 Tea - Galbi tacos, Bean Bun (perfect toasted but soft bun), Yuzu Shaker, and Asian Pear Shaker. Honorably mention Rice Slush, Cinnamon Slush (tastes similar to Horchata), and Wolf Berry Shaker (color changing drink) -Soup & Stew - Gom Tang Soup (nice, light beef broth). Came with side rice and kimchi -Seoul Food - Yangnyeom Fried Chicken (sweet & spicy, but not really spicy IMO) -Kicnic Time - Original Kimbob -The Up Bob - Fried Tofu Pocket Sampler (1 each of all flavors Prices are reasonable if you think about how many Asian Food Halls are in CO / ability to get so many options in one place! All staff were polite and courteous. The Hall had many tables and chairs for seating small to large groups (or large orders of food). Don't forget to check out the fun events they have going on throughout the month! You can find these on Instagram. Will go back again if in the area. I love food halls and I love Korean food so this all Korean food hall was made for me. My husband and I shared: - Sweet Pancake from 3456tea - Flight with Yuzu Shaker, 50/50 Rice & Cinnamon Slush, Asian Pear Shaker, and Wolfberry Shaker from 3456tea - Jjajang Ramen from Seoul Food - Fried Kimchi, Tuna Mayo, and Spicy Pork Fried Tofu Pockets from The Up Bob - Kimchi Snowflake Dumpling from Soup & Stew - Beef Kimbop from Kicnic Time - Mild Spicy Toast from Mad Toast - Cheese French Toast from Mad Toast - White Chocolate Taiyaki from Croffle Haven - Dalgona Candy from Croffle Haven - Blueberry Cream Cheese Croffle from Croffle Haven Everything we had was fantastic. We got way too much food and still only got to try a small fraction of what we want to. My favorite items were the fried tofu pockets, both toasts, the snowflake dumplings, the Asian Pear Shaker, and the 50/50 Rice Cinnamon Slush. We eat a fair amount of Korean food (and Asian food in general) in cities across the US and this place has many items that aren't commonly found which makes it even more appealing to me. There is so much more I want to try so I'll for sure be back. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Denver now. read more

Very unique experience, First time for me to experience this setup, seems to work good. There are several individual restaurants in a food hall setting, with one main order counter. You can walk around and see the different styles of food, pick one then order at the common counter, When your food is ready, it shows on a monitor, and you go pick it up and your restaurant. Very efficient. The prices are no bargain, but the food tastes good, This is a very good place to either eat quick, or, hang out and socialize, no rush to leave. read more

Went for the first time today and was greeted by a very nice and friendly lady at the front. She was super helpful at explaining how everything worked and how to order. Inside is very clean and the ambience is very cheerful, with a lot of TVs with K-Pop groups performing (on tv). We ordered a selection of plates from two Different vendors, curry Katsu chicken, short ribs and jangjamyeon ramen (comes with fried egg). The Curry Katsu was very basic and nothing out of the ordinary, it came with rice and a side of salad. There are other places with better. The short ribs came with macaroni salad and rice. The ribs were super tasty! The macaronis salad was 10/10, the rice was a little stale. The jangjangmeyon was a bitter which made it a bit unpleasant to eat. The egg was a bit undercooked, it is sunny side up but could of used a little more time to make sure the whites weren't transparent still. (That may just be how it comes and it's a personal preference thing). Overall we loved the concept, the vibe, the place and the host in front was lovely, just wish the food was a bit tastier. (Again there are a TON of dishes to try, this was our first time there, might go back to try again.) read more

If you are nearby or if you would like a fun excursion, go here! This place is a collection of Korean food that is wonderful. Most food halls I have been to have you order at each individual restaurant. I like their model, there are cashiers at the front with all the menus behind them. You make your purchase and then just watch one of the conveniently located display boards for your receipt number to pop up under that specific restaurant, then go get your food at their stall. We walked a lap looking at each place before heading back to the front to make our order. We got fountain drinks. The station for that is at one end of the hall. I got dumpling ramen called Ttuk Gogi Mandoo from Seoul Food. It had meat dumplings, rice cakes, ramen noodles and egg in a spicy broth that warmed me. I would love to try more of the varieties of ramen that were available on the menu. My daughter had dumpling stew from Soup & Stew. She said it was temperature hot but not spicy hot. The dumplings and egg were tasty. It also had rice cakes so a filling dish that she would get again if given the opportunity. My son ordered Chicken Katsu from Bibim House. The chicken was breaded and crispy with a delicious sauce. It was on a bed of rice with pickled daikon and cabbage with a dressing. He had enough to enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. Overall we had a great experience. read more

Korean food hall! Interesting concept with a variety of Korean flavors to explore. Centralized ordering and pick up from the individual food stalls. I tried the kimchi dumpling soup with rice cakes, very comforting. The croffle (croissant waffle) was amazing And sampled the rice slushy and cinnamon slushy drinks, and got a cold Asian pear drink, which paired perfectly with the hot soup. Great location with plenty of parking! Upon walking in, you're greeted at the register and guided to order from the different stations/menus. You mostly will find trendy/fusion Korean foods like ramen, bibimbap, bingsu, skewers, katsu, etc. I ordered the tea flight for $17 and tried 4 different teas. Your order number is displayed on TVs that direct which station it's ready at. Cool concept, but when you're ordering a lot then your food is ready at different times. Although it was fun, the price for the meal was shocking. This would be a place to visit with friends! read more

Korean food hall? Count me in. This food hall offers a great variety of Korean food and allows you to mix and match orders from different food stalls (as opposed to ordering and checking out at each one individually like in a traditional food court). I have not been disappointed by anything I've eaten here, from the toast sandwiches, gimbap, chicken katsu, Korean tacos, chicken bowls, poke bowls, dumplings, and coffee/tea. After you order, you watch a screen to wait for your order to come up. It's nice to not have to listen to order umbers being yelled out but it does mean you have to pay attention to go pick up your food. Our orders always come out quickly. Food is served in to-go containers, on trays. There is plenty of seating available and a soundtrack of kpop or OSTs are playing on screens mounted on the walls. It's a very comfortable, casual atmosphere and a great place to grab a quick bite to eat while on the go or to hang with friends. read more

The big menu at the beginning is super overwhelming. We asked to walk around first to take a look at each spot individually and that helped make our decision. The place overall is really cute and feels like a community. They even have a church and a pottery section. It's a little random but keeps giving that community feel. We went at 6 pm and it was pretty empty which made our wait time shorter. It was nice and quiet which we enjoyed. The only issue is that we did sit on the side where the bathroom was and it kind of smelled. The food was amazing. I'm vegetarian and found a few options that had tofu, just veggies, and eggs. They also offered a dalgona coffee and it was just the old viral whipped coffee people were doing during lock down. It wasn't really our favorite. I will come back because the food is delicious and there is so much to chose from. read more

This place is pretty fun! There's a lot of variety of food offered and it's fun to walk around and get something from a bunch of places. It's a little expensive though. The spicy toast from Mad Toast was really good and I thought the mildly sweet egg inside was interesting and delicious! I also really liked the rice slush from 3456tea. This is truly a hidden gem!! The authentic cultural cuisine left nothing to be desired! The customer service was excellent! Each place was truly happy to serve you. Especially at the rice and cinnamon slush station. Favorite: I'd have to say the dumplings were my favorite!! They are cooked right in front of you! 2nd favorite was the Poke bowl. Soooooo fresh. This food hall holds a handful of great Asian owned restaurants and when I attended the Yelp Elite event I had an absolute blast. Thank you Matt C for hosting this event, it was really amazing and great for the Asian Community. THE FOOD SAMPLES: Loved it. It was a small piece of every restaurant here. The food hall offers everything from healthy poke bowls, fried chicken, and desserts. Everything was great as samples were provided and I know I will be coming back here to eat at all of these shops. FAVORITE: It's hard to choose my favorite, for dinner I absolutely drooled over the Short rib musubi. So delicious, filling, tender, and flavorful. For dessert I have to say was the Korean shop at the very end on the left. They had a traditional dessert drink called shikkae and it is just so refreshing. Thank you Yelp Elite team for making this such a fun event. I, as a Korean American, thank you all from the bottom of my heart for representing the Asian community and what it has to offer. read more

This place reminds me of one of those famous Korean rest-stops!! The concept here is that there are a ton of vendors with different types of food (mostly Asian food + non-alcoholic drinks + desserts). You order at the front and wait for your order to be ready. You'll know it's ready once you see your number on one of the many TV screens and you'll go pick it up at the respective station. We tried a bunch of different foods like spicy tteukbokki, chicken, kalbi nachos, croffle, and the drinks from 3456! I would say that it's nice that there is something from everyone here. I would say to defintately try 3456 tea for their drinks. They flavor profile they create here is very high quality and complex. The owner puts a twist on traditional Korean style drinks to have flavors like rice drink, plum, yuzu, mixed grain, etc. They have tons of seats here so it's perfect for groups. It is more on the causal side which makes it pretty family/kid friendly. They even have a private room you can reserve! They also have tons of board games in the corner of the shop and they also have ceramics classes here!! Def recommend for your next outing in Centennial!! read more

Coark Collective is my favorite food hall in Denver as of the time of writing this review. All the restaurants are Korean or Korean Infusion and re delicious. I've tried all but one of them I believe... Doesn't really matter though, I'll be back again soon to try any I missed and try some more food items I didn't get to try the first time around. As for the food, my wife and I shared all of the following in our first visit: from 3456Tea: Drink flight with 50/50 Cinnamon Rice Slush, Wolfberry shaker, Asian pear shaker, and Yuzu shaker, and a sweet pancake from Mad Toast: Mild spicy toast Cheese french toast from The Up Bob: Fried tofu pockets with tuna mayo, spicy pork, and fried kimchi from Kicnic Time: Beef kimbop from Seoul Food: Jjajang ramen from Soup & Stew: Kimchi snowflake dumpling from Croffle Haven: White chocolate tayaki Blueberry cream cheese croffle Dalgona candy Everything was delicious, delightful. This food hall is dangerous for my waistline. Favorite thing I drank was the 50/50 Cinnamon Rice Slush from 3456Tea. Favorite thing I ate was Jjajang ramen... I think. It's hard to say when everything was 8s and 9s out of 10. As for the vibe, it's very casual. Easy to order. There are screens in the hall to indicate when your order is ready and at which restaurant in the hall it is ready at. Super convenient. read more

We love this place. There's so much variety for everyone that we usually try something new each time we go. This time around we tried their tea from 3456 Tea and it was delicious. The collective hall is an experience. You order as you first enter and are given a ticket. Then in the seating areas, there are screens with the different food vendors listed along the top. When you see your ticket number pop up under the name of the vendor, you pick up your food from that food stall. Everything is made to order and it comes out fresh and hot instead of sitting under a heat lamp. We will be back time and again to try more and more new items. Soany vendors and options, I grabbed something quick and had to run. It's unique for a food hall in the sense that you order up front vs at an individual location, but then look at the screens for when your order is ready. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and the place had a cool vibe as I walked around. I'll have to try more food to make recommendations, but positive feedback goes out to the chicken bulgogi bowl. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient. read more

Delicious Korean Food Hall, with multiple restaurant options, including a couple different bulgogi bibimbaps. We also tried two different croffle a for dessert, which were delicious. I will say I remember the bulgogi bibimbap I had in Chicago being slightly tastier. And I was disappointed by my honeydew milk tea with boba. Absolutely loved the unique selections at Coark Collective! When I walked in the wonderful woman at the counter told me how this food hall concept worked and even offered me some suggested items to try (I.e. tofu pockets). I decided to do a bit of a sampler and got a poke bowl, bubble tea, and something new for me tofu pockets. The milk bubble tea wasn't my fav, too sweet, so I probably wouldn't get that again. My fav item was the tofu pockets, so light and unique, but packed with flavor! The poke was good and all felt fresh but I wanted better topping options. Though they weren't busy at all it did take awhile to get my food. But overall a solid experience that I would definitely come back to! read more

Excellent Korean food. Unfortunately, I don't go there as often as I would like because if you ask for a cup for water to drink they give you a super small cup not much bigger than a Dixie cup. They meet the legal requirement to offer water to customers, but only by the barest minimum. I'd rather go to Bon Chon or Famous Dave's or any of the other places right across the street where I don't have to get up and refill my cup 3 or 4 times during a meal. read more

You can get free fountain drink refills (after you buy one), there's free cold water, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. They have high chairs for little ones as well. It's quite interesting to see how a buffet was transformed into a Korean food court. If you've been to an Hmart in other states like Texas, this is what the food court resembles. There are several options from bibimbap, Kimbap, ramen, poke, croffle, etc. to choose from so a little something for everyone. You place an order and then you look at the screen for your number and the station to pick up your food. The tteokbokki and tuna Kimbap was really delicious. The tteokbokki isn't too spicy.
