This is a secret delicious sushi and ramen spot in a shopping center. Went to IKEA right before and came across this spot. It was packed and the only place that had customers in the entire shopping center. A variety of saki options on the menu, along with gluten free options! They were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and our waitress was the best! We had fun laughing with her and making jokes. Will come back there when I'm back in this area again, or visiting IKEA.

Lunch specials are always a great option--but if sushi is involved, I'm in heaven! Lunch specials are served until 3 PM, and there are plenty of choices. You can go with the 2- or 3-roll special, which includes miso soup and a side salad, or opt for a bento box. The full details are outlined in the menu, but to give you an idea: you can choose either a couple of sushi rolls or one roll and sashimi (for a small extra charge), with base prices starting around $14 or $19. Service was quick, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is relatively small, but they serve good food--which is what really matters. For my lunch, I chose two rolls, and the soup and salad made a nice introduction to the main course. I would've loved a bit more wasabi, but overall, I'd definitely return to try another lunch item--or who knows, maybe a whole lot more sushi

Wow, what a great little place surrounded by businesses. The place is small, casual, decorated, and clean. We got here just in good timing to take advantage of their HH menu so we can try a few things. Our server was very pleasant and polite. We ordered some bulgogi sliders, vegetable tempura, spicy tuna and California rolls off their HH menu. All the food was fantastic. We both really liked the bulgogi sliders and vegetable tempura. We ordered the pork and kimchi gyoza and the shoyu beef ramen to share. The gyozas were okay. The shoyu beef ramen was delicious. At the end of the night our bill came and we both found it to be very reasonable for everything that we ordered. This place is one that I will come back to.

We stopped in here for lunch and I was excited to see that they do lunch specials even on the weekend! The base bento doesn't have many choices so many items were an upcharge, but it did come with a miso soup which was nice. We opted for teriyaki salmon ( upcharge) and 5 piece sashimi ( upcharge). The sashimi - especially the hamachi, was delicious. The salmon was overcooked, but still ok. It also came with salad and veggie tempura and both were good. I'd definitely do this again. Service was attentive and friendly.

One of the best places for sushi and ramen. We love their lunch special with sushi rolls and we share a big bowl of tonkatsu. Service is fast and friendly!

Build-your-own Shoyu Chicken Ramen. So delicious!

So good! Denma has quickly become our go-to spot for amazing ramen (I love the build-your-own option). Their sushi is always fresh and delicious - have tried nigiri and rolls and enjoyed all. Service is always great - friendly & attentive.

We came to Denver, CO for work and found this Ramen and sushi restaurant; we really enjoyed the food; and the broth for the ramen was really delicious, the sushi was fresh and delicious as well. The customer service was great and we really enjoyed our waiter she was very nice and friendly and she took very great care of us. The ambiance was nice as well and had a new style look, with a little Japan flair. I really loved it, we will definitely come back. Thank you; so much,

Food was very good. I had the spicy seafood Ramen. When I first tasted it I thought ,oh this is hot. But after a couple bites, I was used to it and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken teriyaki bento box. It was good also. Service was excellent and the ambience was typical Japanese strip mall. Very clean and neat. Overall a good experience.

The sushi was amazing! Large cuts of fish, even an extra sashimi piece with the 2 pieces of nigiri! Not sure if that was a bonus or if that is the regular serving, but I'll be back when in the area. Ramen was ok, lots of different ingredients. Sliced red onion, bean sprouts, nori, lots of red ginger (a bit too much for my taste). The chashu pork didn't have much flavor, but the marinated egg was really good. Broth seemed to be more of a beef base flavor (like pho) rather than pork although it was really white like the pork based broths. It also came with a green salad which was a nice bonus. Bonus orange and mango dessert! Nice touch! Service was quick and timely, nice upbeat music with contemporary decor.

Did I even visit my sister if we didn't get sushi? I finally got to try @denmasushi for the first time. My sister has been hyping up this place and the food did not disappoint! We ordered spicy edamame which had exactly the right amount of kick without the greasiness of other spicy edamames I have had. We demolished this pretty much immediately. I then ordered the Mango Lover & the Vader Roll. The thing I really loved about this restaurant is that everything tasted so light and refreshing. Getting a tempura shrimp or imitation crab roll can sometimes be not very flavor filled but I had no complaints. The real star was the Vader roll. I am cautious about salmon as I am normally not a fan of cooked salmon but I wanted to try a type of roll I hadn't had before but I'm not still not adventurous with various types of fish. The batter was thin and crunchy, the salmon was thankfully not overcooked, giving the sushi texture that I still wanted and the asparagus added a little twist of flavor that made this a deliciously unlike roll. Another interesting thing about this meal is that while I got PLENTY of food I didn't feel weighed down and bloated after finishing. Normally I feel like a hippo after eating this much sushi at other places. Customer service did have room for improvement as they were not remotely busy but the waitress took quite awhile to take our orders, refill waters, give us the check, etc. I would give them for food and for overall experience and service. Grateful for a delicious meal on my sisters dime

A friend and I were craving cozy ramen after all the rain and she recommended giving Denma a try. Super glad we did! We had to rush a little to make it for lunch (they close at 2pm) but it was totally worth it. Service was attentive and friendly and they accommodated our additional requests with no issue; I had the kimchi ramen but wanted tofu instead of bacon and my friend went veggie ramen but wanted an egg. Both dishes were fantastic -- hit the spot, was a good amount of food and reasonably priced. Will certainly come back when I'm in the area!

Was craving ramen and sushi on a snowy day. I tried the lunch special 2 roll (California and shrimp tempura) and Tonkatsu ramen. Thought the rolls were decent and good portion size. Also enjoyed the miso soup and salad it came with. (Though too much dressing). As much as I wanted to love this place - the ramen was not that great. flavor of the broth was bland and too many things in the ramen / didn't taste or look authentic at all.

We've tried Denma twice in the last month or so. The first time for lunch and the bento boxes were large, filling and delicious that we decided to come back for dinner on another night. This time my partner ordered the chicken teriyaki after having it in the bento box. The meal was super large and the chicken was paired perfectly with the other flavors. I ordered the Nagoya set and my meal didn't come out anywhere near the time the hot food did which was a little disappointing but manageable. The nigiri sushi was super fresh and had a good balance, the California roll was nothing special so next time I'd just order nigiri as a highlight to the fresh fish. Will definitely be back to Denma to try more options here in the future!

My brother was nice enough to let me grab a couple of pictures of his food before he started eating, which was greatly appreciated. My shiitake buns were delicious, and I wanted more when I finished the two I ordered. It was a nice, low-spice taste with a wonderfully soft bun that held everything together well. Definitely would have ordered more if not for the big bowl of ramen that came shortly after. Vegetable Ramen can be a tough dish to make tasty, as ramen typically uses animal broths to hold the flavor, but Nami did an excellent job. All the toppings they used fit perfectly, especially the fried tofu, which is my favorite go-to for any ramen restaurant. If you are in the area and want a filling meal, go check out Nami Ramen!

Then each person ordered their meals, I opted for a build your own Poké bowl, which I was happy to see did not have a topping limit, like many places do, but I was a little disappointed by the tiny amount of each topping that they actually put on, but it was delicious. The birthday boy was, unfortunately a little disappointed in his meal, he said the Ramen was way better. The chili sauce chicken dumplings were tasty -- a modification we requested off the menu. That said, the dumplings themselves reminded me a bit of Bibigo-style frozen dumplings in texture. The xiao long bao were decent, but I personally prefer the soup dumplings at Nana's Dim Sum & Dumplings. The crab rangoons were a highlight and had actual crab meat, unlike many places that use imitation crab. The Thai pineapple chicken was too sweet and ended up being our least favorite dish. Drinks The Thai iced tea was refreshing. Vegetarian Options They do have vegetarian options on the menu. Service & Ambience Service was quick, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I got to (re)appreciate this business that's in my direct neighborhood today…read more I don't quite recall when the last time was when I utilized this restaurant. I wanted something super quick and yet something of quality (as I was headed my way to my side hustle later in the afternoon.) Asuka Ramen and Poke, all of a sudden, hit me with a thought, "It's been a while since I last used them for a good poke bowl." In a way, it was an opportunity for me to appreciate it for the first time in a while so I did just that. They use a deep (large) bowl for the Build Your Own poke bowl (this is the only size) for to-go. When I asked for "half and half" for the base (white rice and greens), the young man behind the ordering counter generously pressed the white sushi rice into it. He then placed some green leaves on one side of it. "Looking good" I thought. For the protein, I chose salmon, tuna and yellowtail. For the rest (such as sauce etc.) I don't quite remember what I got me and yet, this young man sure wasn't anything close to "stingy" (lol)! As to show his appreciation for my business, he built my bowl with precision and generosity. I like the fact that they have one size for to-go poke bowl (this simplifies the process on their end and our end.) At the flat rate of $16 (unless you get additional protein which is $3) is also reasonable for the size. I got the impression that this is a business that they simply don't operate for profit; they operate for the social responsibility's sake. And of course, this above-and-beyond young man didn't fail to forget to ask me if I would need utensils or drink. He gave me everything I would need. Once I got to my job site, I parked my car in the parking lot and started devouring my beautifully tailored (to my preferences) bowl. The fresh ingredients, the way it was built, and the overall volume of it, it was impossible for me to find a single reason why this was one of the best poke bowls I've had in the recent few months. That was when I came to appreciate how lucky I am to live just up the street from this tiny and yet mighty poke place. I need to visit this place more going forward.

However, within a few minutes of placing the order I received a call, wanting to confirm which location I had wanted to place the order through. I had accidentally chosen the wrong location so they canceled my order and had me place it again online. They called the other individual I was with who also placed an order. This must happen pretty often if they're calling every single person that places an online order and I will say that I did not notice that I picked the wrong location when I placed the order. So I was grateful that they called to confirm. The order was ready when we arrive to the location and everything was accurate. I started with edamame. And I will say it is pretty standard edamame. I also wanted to try a California roll. It was really fresh and I would definitely order one again. My favorite of the appetizers was that Gyoza. Those were so good. I always order them with Ramen in Kansas City but these knocked any of those out of the park. For Ramen, I went with a classic tonkatsu. The menu description said that it came with corn and bok choy, but I was missing both of those items. The Ramen itself was really good. The broth was super rich and they gave you a lot. There were also a lot of Ramen noodles. And I did like the addition of the bamboo shoots. The marinated egg was fantastic. This classic was so tasty. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit pretty often. There's so many different menu items that looked so good and I'm sure the other Ramen varieties are fantastic as well.
