The broths in both bowls were not as flavorful as expected, and the broth-to-noodle ratio felt a bit off. The chicken buns were good and probably the highlight of the meal. Vegetarian Options They do offer vegetarian options for ramen as well as some appetizers, which is nice to see. Service Service was quick and efficient, and the food came out promptly. Ambience The place is clean and has a simple, decent ambience. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly memorable, especially when it comes to the ramen. read more

I like the aesthetic, gives you a simplistic feel for Japanese culture and has some iconic figurines of Godzilla, Goku and others. I got the Yuzu Aladdin wine bottle and it was delicious! I'm not really into alcohol but that was just so refreshing and it was the perfect flavor to start the beginning of spring. My main dish was the chicken tonkatsu which was very good and filling. I also tried my friends pork chasu Dan donburi bowl and it was even better! The pork was thinly sliced and and some burnt ends and the flavor was just so delectable. I think this is a chain so I'll try the one closer to my home...hopefully it's just as good! Service was fast and friendly and prices were just right. read more

Service was great and quaint restaurant by mall. The ramen wasn't very spicy but good flavor. I would ask for more spice next time and no seaweed. The seaweed had a strong smell that wasn't very appetizing. read more

Beef Ramen broth had a ton of flavor, and of course the rest of the ingredients were good too. Coconut jelly drink was new to me, but I really enjoyed it. I think I got lychee. Food was ready quickly, but they weren't especially busy when I went. read more

Had a great experience at Sukiya Ramen The Spicy Tonkatsu was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying--exactly the kind of comfort bowl you crave. The interior is nice with plenty of seating options. The staff is friendly. It isn't too busy so you don't have to wait. I think I should've ordered the spicy option or one of the rice bowls instead. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and it was just okay. It felt like something was missing. The broth was kind of bland and could've used some salt or msg to bring the flavors alive. There weren't a lot of pork belly in the bowl. I guess if you really want ramen, this is a nice place to try. This is probably my favorite Ramen spot in all of Colorado. Every single time I've been here I've had a great experience and great food. My personal favorites are the Hakata Tonkotsu, Shio ramen and the Sapporo miso. The chasu has been delicious every time I've gone and the broth for all of these ramens are flavorful. I have always finished my bowl every single time. (broth included) The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and the service is always on point. The only real negative is the price point. Most of the bowls are around $16-$17 which is fairly pricey. While it's kinda expensive it is definitely worth it. 10/10 best ramen I've had since my two week trip to Japan. read more

Continuing the my search for Colorado's best ramen has brought me to Sukiya. There are multiple locations and this Park Meadows location was convenient and wasn't busy at the time of dining. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick, I ordered take out instead of dining in due to time constraints. I ordered the Spicy Miso ramen and it was really good! But does it take the best ramen? It's one of the better places here but still doesn't have that authentic feel and taste. The broth is rich and salty, the noodles firm with an amazing hew but still has that "mass produced" taste and feel from every Americanized ramen restaurants. The char shiu was very flavorful but can be a bit more tender. I would definitely order this again but it still doesn't beat Jinya. I give this ramen a solid 4 out of 5 and you will not be disappointed. I'm continuing my search for that authentic ramen and can highly recommend this if you're craving noodles. Is it close to what you get in Japan? Maybe not but better than most in Colorado. read more

We really enjoyed this place! We arrived around lunch time and plenty of seating. We were brought waters right away and there is a QR code for you to view the menu on your phone. Lots of choices of ramen which is always nice. I couldn't decide because many sounded good. I ended up getting the Spicy Chasu Miso Ramen. Upon getting our bowls - it smelled so good, I couldn't wait to dig in. It definitely didn't disappoint. I ate the whole thing. The ramen noodles were great. The pork in my dish was tasty. The broth was awesome - not too spicy but a perfect kick. I didn't love the pickled radish but I just set them aside and it didn't overtake anything. We'll definitely be coming by again to try more from the menu! read more

This is a nice ramen place at Park Meadows mall, just outside. The spicy miso pork was awesome broth, medium spicy, just right for me. The appetizer of chasu buns (3) was amazing. The flavor and texture were perfect. The dining is enjoyable, small place. Service was a little behind, but for a Friday night to only have one waitress, I suspect someone was out this evening. I love sukiya, I always go to the Arapahoe location. I was so excited when they opened a location in park meadows. They have the exact the same menu. The Gyoza I love them here. I love the crisp part they make with the Gyoza. The buns were great also. I ordered the Tsukemen, the dipping noodles. I love dipping noodles, I didn't like the carrots. My fiancé ordered the miso ramen. He loves the miso ramen. He drank all the broth too. The decor was cute and quaint. I will definitely be back. read more

Loved it. Was in town for work and met up my friend for dinner. Being a chilly November evening I requested something soup-y and she suggested this place. Since she lives locally she had tried other locations but not this newer one in the mall area. It's a smaller restaurant, so I would not recommend this place for larger groups. But it was cozy, and we were seated quickly which was expected for a Wednesday night at 6pm. But at all times the restaurant was decently full of diners and also those ordering takeout. The waitress was nice and helpful as we were trying to decide what to order. I ended up getting the miso ramen and my friend got the kimchi ramen. She loved hers and mine was delicious as well. The miso broth was full bodied and very flavorful without being overly salty. I loved all the veggies, and the noodles had a nice chew texture. We spent about $40 after tax and tip, which was very reasonably priced for the amount of food. Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area. read more

Excellent ramen with fresh ingredients and delicious broth flavor! The chicken yakisoba was also well prepared and extra flavorful! Awesome little ramen spot, especially with the cold weather setting in. Small intimate space with some cute decor. The chicken in mine was still covered in solid fat. Not my preference but I can't really complain considering fatty meats are the standard in this dish. Good respectful service, quick and efficient. I've been to Sukiya @ Park Meadows three times now and each visit has been a very satisfying. The decor fits the cuisine and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu with porkbelly and it was incredible. The service was friendly and non-intrusive , but attentive. If you enjoy ramen or Pho, I would definitely give this, or one of there other locations a try. read more

Really like this new location with its spacious and well-appointed decor. It even has a TV that is constantly playing Japanese corner. The food is excellent and they even have a DIY ramen that you can choose the ingredients. It is located near Boba tea and ice cream shops and the area is nice to hang out and walk around after your meal. I will definitely be back! read more

Went here for dinner on a weekday night. Not too busy, and service was ok. I ordered the curry tonkotsu ramen. My food came out reasonably quick, and it actually tasted really good! Unfortunately, the portion size left a lot to be desired. The chicken katsu was delicious. It was perfectly crispy despite being submerged in the broth. However, they only gave you a few pieces. The egg was a bit overcooked (closer to hard-boiled than soft-boiled), and they only gave half of the egg. Only 1 Naruto fish cake was included, and there were very few bamboo shoots and only a single piece of nori. The noodle portion was on the smaller side as well. It's a shame because the broth was exceptional. The curry and tonkotsu blended together really well, and I really just wished the portion size was slightly bigger/more filling. I wouldn't mind if they bumped the price up a bit to accommodate the bigger option, but I felt unsatisfied after my bowl. Overall though, not a bad choice for a dinner spot. read more

We love this ramen spot! Sometimes hard to find close parking since it is at the mall but my boyfriend and I come here on a near weekly basis. Just be aware they do shut down their kitchen 15-30 minutes before closing (took off a star because we were turned away 30 minutes before close- asking if we were doing a to-go, but when I stayed dine in, their kitchen was magically closed all of a sudden). Service is not always great, one person running the whole floor plus to go orders, but the ramen is the best around. read more

Nothing impressed us! One person serving entire restaurant, food drenched in sauce, we complained as the beef udon was drenched in mayo to the point that my daughter felt ill eating it. We asked if we could get another with much less or no mayo after one bite and they said no sorry the menu said mayo. Yaki Gyu Udon. It should say smothered in Mayo. The chicken yakisoba was mediocre at best, but that I just ate. Obviously they don't find it necessary to make their clients happy. So many other places around don't go there. I was just shocked at the lack of customer service. I even had to wait for 15 mins to pay for the food we hated. read more
