    Edamame and spicy garlic edamame
    Darlene M.

Don't let the strip mall location fool you! This is an amazing restaurant with excellent service with a mod sushi vibe. All the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the poke bowl. We had ours with greens not rice. I had tuna which was super fresh and my husband had the salmon. My son and daughter-in-law had a variety of sushi rolls. Miso soup was good and the veggie summer rolls too. The edamame was great, hot and fresh. The girls liked the regular edamame but the guys loved the spicy garlic. Great serving sizes. The only so so dish was the cucumber salad. We all loved the food and are looking forward to another visit when we return to Parker.

I love this place! I don't really like sushi BUT their Colorado roll is soooo good!!! My mom tried their ramen and the broth was so flavorful and delicious! The spicy edamame was truly spicy! it had so much sauce and it was full of flavor not just spiciness! The service is always great and they always are steady and full of customers but I've never had to wait long for my meal. Can't wait to come back!

Decided to try this place as my friend was craving sushi. Parking in shared lot. The restaurant is clean and bright. Greeted upon entering and seated right away. I wanted some uni but they usually have it during the weekend because it isn't fresh long. We ordered baby octopus and shishito pepper appetizers. And a few different sushi and sashimi. One roll - the surf and turf. It's not my favorite roll. The combination grilled Kobe beef and asparagus tempura doesn't wow me. It's their favorite roll. It has lobster tempura and avocado as well. I don't know all the items we order because my friend selected them. I know we had salmon and tuna and shrimp. The presentation of the sushi in a bamboo boat is cute. The server is friendly and attentive. Also welcoming and didn't rush us. I will be back and pay more attention to the items I order next time.

Food was great! Atmosphere was great!... so why 2-stars?! 100% Service! Let me explain... Lunch Sashimi which includes a side of rice & Soup OR Salad (my fault, I read it as both, but was never asked my preference, if I was asked, I'd have said, "both please, I'll pay extra". Also ordered a side of edamame (very good!). Never received the side of rice, never asked which I wanted (soup or salad or both for an up charge). Then asked (as I was finishing) "how was everything?" I said "good, however I have a question.........." as the young lady walked away ignoring me. (Her first chance to redeem herself as we all make mistakes). She went back to her own food and phone (I was the ONLY person in the restaurant btw). As I finished what was delivered (minus the salad as I would have paid for and rice that never came with empty water & green tea). She finally comes over to give me a refill of water & green tea that's long gone, (which is fine IF I wasn't the ONLY diner in the place). I then politely (interrupted her cell phone time) & gave her some constructive criticism about the issues above.... Had she shown ANY remorse at all & even tried to remedy the situation in any way I would have given her a 50% tip, 5-star review and said "I'll see you next time". Instead, she didn't care at all, and went back to her phone immediately. Constructive criticism to the owners..... I grew up serving in my grandfathers restaurant as a kid, well trained on serving and held accountable. If this young lady is family, then either step up the standard of quality as you would any other employee or let her go be where she prefers... Free labor doesn't exist! Hire someone who cares, because your business is only going to suffer Your food is great! Dont let it be ruined by bad/lazy service & clearly lazy management please Parker needs you!

This restaurant was recommended by ChatGPT and we gave it a try. It was really good, very clean, and really nice people.

The food here is so good! The staff was friendly and service was fast! Food presentation was immaculate , the restaurant is clean and we loved the R&B they had playing in the background. Now , the karaage chicken(JFC) was THE BEST we've had ! Crab rangoons were bomb! Our sushi rolls were fresh and tasted so yummy!!!

Came here on a Saturday for a late lunch. It wasn't too busy and was told to sit wherever I felt comfortable-- being solo, I elected to sit at the sushi bar. The server came over immediately with menus and told me he was available for any questions and gave me a few minutes to review the menus. I went with the AAC Roll & the vegetable tempura. The chef at the sushi bar was very kind and handed me my sushi roll quickly. The vegetable tempura was quick to follow (lightly battered and airy tempura just the way I like it). Welcoming staff, fresh taste & good prices. Definitely recommended and will be back.

Arriving a bit after 11am, the server told us to take a seat anywhere. The restaurant was brightly lit, with varying cooking shows on their television. We started with the Shishito Peppers as an appetizer. For sushi, we ordered the Albacore, Yellowtail, Eel, and Octopus - each topped with something unique to complement the flavors. We stuck with the Waterfall Roll, Cherry Blossom Roll, and Black Canyon Roll. All three were served in an engaging set up, showing us that we ordered fantastic dishes.

After looking at what they had…read moreto offer, it was hard for me to choose, but I eventually settled on Vegetable Ramen with a side of Shiitake Mushroom buns, while my brother ordered a spicy Poké bowl with a side of Pork Buns. The chefs know how to plate their food because everything came out looking delicious and beautiful. My brother was nice enough to let me grab a couple of pictures of his food before he started eating, which was greatly appreciated. My shiitake buns were delicious, and I wanted more when I finished the two I ordered. It was a nice, low-spice taste with a wonderfully soft bun that held everything together well. Definitely would have ordered more if not for the big bowl of ramen that came shortly after. Vegetable Ramen can be a tough dish to make tasty, as ramen typically uses animal broths to hold the flavor, but Nami did an excellent job. All the toppings they used fit perfectly, especially the fried tofu, which is my favorite go-to for any ramen restaurant. If you are in the area and want a filling meal, go check out Nami Ramen!

It's in a very chill little plaza, parking is easy. Inside the places clean while lit and inviting, the staff is friendly and sweet. We started with a Gyoza, those were so good some of the best I've ever had. Then each person ordered their meals, I opted for a build your own Poké bowl, which I was happy to see did not have a topping limit, like many places do, but I was a little disappointed by the tiny amount of each topping that they actually put on, but it was delicious. The birthday boy was, unfortunately a little disappointed in his meal, he said the Ramen was way better. Last time he was there, not sure the difference there but a couple other people felt the same way. I know your experience can be so different based on who is there that day cooking the food, the quality of the ingredients that come in that time, and a number of other factors, so I will definitely have to give this place another chance and see what the real deal is .

It was fine, but not particularly overwhelming. About what you'd expect from a chicken and broccoli dish. My wife and one daughter each had the orange chicken. They both found it to be fairly sweet. My wife thought she'd get it again, while my daughter likely wouldn't due to the overall sweetness of the dish. The other daughter got the Mongolian beef. This might've been the best dish, as we all enjoyed bites of that one. Being Mother's Day, my wife enjoyed an order of the gooey butter cake, which she really liked. I had one taste and thought it was ok, but I wasn't tempted to have more. Both daughters enjoyed it too. Service was friendly enough but a little spotty at times. I'll cut him some slack, as he was also dealing with a few large tables. We'll likely come back again.

Looking back, the fact that we were able to get a last-minute reservation on a Friday night should have been the first warning sign. The restaurant itself felt neglected. The floors were sticky throughout the dining area, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, one toilet would not even flush, and there were visible cobwebs hanging above the bathroom lights. Our waiter was fine, but overall service lacked attention to detail. My husband and I ordered the 5-course meal, and unfortunately the sushi tasted like grocery store sushi that had been sitting for days. The only highlights of the meal were the lettuce wraps and the margarita. The Mongolian beef was overwhelmingly salty, and the rice was clumpy and flavorless. The worst part of the evening happened when my husband took a second sip from his iced tea glass and we noticed chalky red lipstick residue on the rim. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and dishwashing standards. We used to enjoy coming here often years ago when our daughter worked there, but it feels like there has been a major decline, possibly under new management. Employees appeared to be hanging around the bar area while basic cleanliness and customer experience were clearly being ignored. Every time we stood up, our shoes literally squeaked from the sticky floors, and under the table were questionable brown chunks that looked like either old food or gum. This location desperately needs stronger management, better cleaning standards, more attention to food quality, and employees focused on customers instead of socializing. In this economy, restaurants cannot afford to let standards slip this badly. P.F. Chang's -- this is not a good look and we will not return. Sunday update: I got so sick as I believe my gluten-free items were mixed up with my husbands so all night & today Im home sick.
