We started with the salt & pepper calamari, and it was the perfect appetizer--lightly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. Some disastrous situation (my car's battery and alternator died as I parked my car with my headlights on for an extended period of time. While I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive I had to eat as I skipped lunch and it was 5pm ish when this whole thing happened. When I looked around this restaurant was only a 50 yard away) led me to discover this hidden gem restaurant. What a peculiar discovery indeed!! When I stepped in the restaurant I absolutely had no expectations because all I wanted was food, I mean any food! I explained to the guy who sat me at one of the tables that I'd want my food in a to-go box in case my tow truck would arrive earlier than they had planned. He understood so when my Hibachi Vegetables and 8-piece pan-fried pork gyoza were ready he, of course, put them in a to-go boxes and yet he took both of them out of the bag so I could eat them when he brought them to me. Like I said earlier, I was super hungry so I started to devour the food without wasting a second. The veggies in the Hibachi Vegetables were cooked in a soy sauce based sauce and they were cooked to perfection. Not mushy but not too hard. The right amount of crunchiness was still felt in every bite. They certainly used just the right amount of soy sauce to cook it where nothing was salty at all. Simply a well done dish! The rice underneath the cooked veggies was also the kind of Japanese rice I would want to eat in a dish like this. Two sauces accompanied the dish and the guy said to use them to dip the veggie pieces into them for flavor enhancement. These sauces were true game changer for sure. The pan fried (pork) gyoza comes in 8 pieces and for the price of $8.95, this count is quite generous. This is also a solid dish (quality wise.) Yum! This restaurant is all about Japanese. Some anime characters are seen on walls throughout. They were even playing some Japanese pop songs in the background. I heard some familiar songs I had listened to when I was still living there. Ok I came here right after they opened and had the habachi! So thought it's been a while let's give this place another shot. Man I'm glad I did. Got their egg rolls as an app and loved them! I tried the chicken and shrimp hibachi, but the hibachi ramen also looked pretty darn good too. There were several pick-up/delivery orders happening as the night progressed, indicating this is a well known, go-to spot, for many in Parker. O.M.G this place is AMAZING. The vibes were 1000 when we walked in. Anime everywhere , cute little charms in front for purchase. We got seated and we were super hungry. We ordered. The dragonball Takoyaki and it was DELICIOUS! (Amazing name btw) 10/10 creativity and taste! The onion soup was so warm and comforting. the little side sauces were also so freaking good. They even have Japanese imported liquor here too. Don't have enough dipping sauce? No sweat, hell grab you some more. Want more selection than your basic broths? I really enjoyed this place. I ordered the souma hibachi and I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the food portions were solid. My date and I are especially well. There is plenty of safe, close in parking. The menu choices were mouthwatering and it made ordering rather difficult. It was hard to choose justice entree. My only complaint is that the seats were a little torn up and it gave it a slight appearance of not being maintained well. Plus, there is no padding while in a booth and it was a little hard on my back. The bill was reasonable and all in all, it was a great meal in a new place. This is my favorite ramen shop in Denver by far! The location is a perfect drive and the restaurant has such a chill vibe. If you are a big fan of anime, they have decorations and posters everywhere. In addition to that, they actively hold events there as well! The food is on another level. It's one of the best ramen shops in Colorado and it feels authentic. My favorite go to ramen there is a vegan cream broth with fried tofu and I'm not even vegan, it's just that good! As for the service, they are always welcoming and engaging every time I go. The one downside of this place is the cleanliness. I wish it was a bit better. Maybe their dishwasher needs repair or something but the last time I went two plates for appetizers were stuck together and when I separated them with effort, there was some residue on the second plate from either previous use or cleaning without thorough rinsing. It hasn't happened the previous times but thought it worth mentioning. I truly love this place and hope to see it grow! read more

This is a cute little ramen restaurant tucked away in plaza out in Parker. The owners seem really friendly and kind. There's so much to look at. The wall is covered in anime posters and throughout the restaurant, there are little figurines. Worth to just take a tour with your eyes when you're waiting for your food. The ramen was actually surprisingly good. The broth was flavorful and it's a good portion for one. I wished the fried chicken was crunchier but it's pretty soft because it's soaked in the soup (I've had it in ramen restaurants outside of CO and the chicken was still crunchy). We stopped in for dinner and were very impressed with the food. We brought a large group and order most of the appetizers and all of them were great. Some of the best crab Rangoon that we've ever had! We ordered a hibachi plate, multiple ramens, and my kids had a few of the kids options. All of them were great. The basic ramen is a little underwhelming so next time we will order a little spicier than recommended. The only issue we had was that it took a little while for our group to be served and food took almost 30 minutes to come out. We were a group of 8 and that slowed it down, but the quality of everything outweighed the issue and we will be back! read more

We ordered the salt and pepper tofu to see how it compares to our favorite place (Hong Kong Station) and it taste slightly different but delicious! Nice crisp on the tofu and the veggies was sautéed well to compliment the tofu. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful with the black garlic. Chasu was tender and good balance of meat and fat and gotta love curly noodles. Heads up that medium spice is a good level of spiciness :) We also got a hibachi steak with fried rice. Good addition to the list of dishes! The location was convenient and plenty of parking. Inside is also spacious for small and large groups. At the end...we chatted a bit with the owner (Steve) and very excited for him! He provided some inputs on trying out Yakitori next time and give his new dish, hibachi ramen a try. The decor is anime themed so if this is your genre, you will have a feast of the eyes as well. Posters and action figures adorn the walls and a tv plays anime. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. We split the chicken karage. The chicken was cooked well, but due to the large size of the pieces, the fried part around the chicken was a little soggy on the inside. I opted for the Hibachi with chicken and steak. Your meal is started with a flavorful and steaming bowl of onion soup. The meat on the hibachi plate was tender and marinated well. Yumyum and ginger sauce were both good. Service was super friendly. I would recommend if you are going to split a bill, let them know ahead of time as that caused a little confusion when we did not make that request up front. read more

Absolutely delicious! I ordered delivery from this restaurant, trying several of their hibachi items as well as some yakitori skewers. The yakitori skewers that is cooked via charcoal flame might be one of the most delicious meat skewers I've had in all of Denver. Simply because it just gives that outdoor BBQ park taste. It was perfectly seasoned and let's face it, I just love some outdoor BBQ so this was just hitting the spot. I hope they give an option to get several skewers for a fixed price. Hiratori is a new restaurant in the Parker area that knows how to deliver on great flavors with a broad menu of Asian specialties. I have been twice and have wanted the same dish both times, the Hiratori Curry Ramen. The broth of this Ramen is so special because it has all the great flavors of the curry. It has a nice level of spice and the noodles are wonderful. Also filled with corn, bean sprouts, and a hint of sea week, the dish gets an extra delicious kick from the shrimp, fish cake, and of course the soft-boiled egg. On my second visit, we decided to try the egg roll appetizer. These egg rolls are different than a lot of egg rolls and they are served cut diagonally across the egg roll. It was great to see that they are also doing their appetizers so well. The restaurant is decorated with a lot of different collectible items and the music is very fitting for the overall vibe. Yakitori is something that's really hard to find in this neck of the woods. The chicken thigh is quite good, gizzards are decent and beef is good but chewy. Karage was a bit on overdone side but Agedashi tofu was pretty decent. The takoyaki were pretty salty. The hibachi Steak and Chicken combo was tasty.
