Wanted to add the photos from our experience. Have not been back since but may try again as the weather makes some changes

The ramen at Fuyu is quite good. The restaurant is immaculate. I was the only one dining due to the fact that it was 98 degrees outside and no oneee wants to eat hot ramen. Friendly and quick service. I ordered Combo B which came with Ramen+Small Rice Bowl+Boba. The miso ramen was tasty. The broth was savory and I loved the fish cake and soft boiled egg. The only thing that I would change is the pork chashu which seemed to be a rolled up slice of bacon. I am used to a hearty pork roll chashu. The beef curry was excellent. The cubed beef was cooked well, so juicy, the carrots melted in my mouth, and the curry was delicious. I ordered the Jasmine milk tea and it was superb plus I really liked the cup it was put in and the cap that fit the straw perfectly. This is definitely a great lunch and dinner spot. I will totally beee back in the fall and winter. いただきます

Above average ramen for the area. Service was quick and they allowed for substitutions. The noodles had the perfect texture and the broth was savory (I prefer my Ramen a little bit saltier). Perfect jammy egg! Restrooms were clean, calm ambiance.

Fuyu ramen to me is reliable standard ramen. Try the Diablo for some spice! Really appreciate their combo deals, restaurant cleanliness and positive staff attitude. Diablo ramen - yummyyy :9 do feel it could have been hotter I like my ramen/soups really hot. Pork Fried rice - good but felt a little too salty for my liking. Dumplings - standard yummy Katsu - good Boba - the consistency of the boba pearls themselves was good but wish they would have had honey (little sweetness to them) the drinks? Good and no complaints there. Will give them another try for sure!

The restaurant is very open and pleasing. If you are bored you can watch One Piece while you eat. The food was good. I had miso raman and my wife ordered curry Raman. We also had the katsu curry and kirage. Both Raman was good but it felt like it was missing a few ingredients to get the right flavor. My wife enjoyed the kirage and the katsu curry was delicious too. The pricing on all everything was very reasonable. Staff were courteous. We received are food fairly quickly too. My only recommendation is the place needs more color and decor. The plain white walls feels like a cafeteria.

Went for Linner (Lunch/Dinner) and it was very fast service and an abundance of food. You can definitely share. Going to be a new frequent patron!

Stopped by to pick up their Diablo Ramen that I've heard was delicious and it did not disappoint. Creamy broth, full of flavor and perfect kick ! I wanna say I'll try the other options but this was so good that I might have to stop by this week and grab another bowl. Give it a try and thank me later !

Wouldn't have known about it but we saw the signs on Gun Club Rd so we had to try it!! My husband LOVES boba and got the mango passion fruit and thought it was 5/5 stars good! I ordered a hot green tea but never got it... all good because we ordered the spicy garlic edemame and it was AMAZING- perfect amount t of spice! Then the ramen bowls- my husband got the diablo bowl and I go the tonkosuto with pork belly and WOW!! 5/5 for the flavors and loaded with stuff!! We will ABSOLUTELY be going here again!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

So glad this place is here! A convenient location and really great! The ambience is really fun. Excellent service ! They do NOT use MSG which is a plus in my book! We shared the spicy garlic edamame and loved it! I got the miso ramen. Very flavorful. The pork in it is delicious. Others got the creamy spicy ramen. Soooo good! Highly recommend this restaurant

Service was ok, had to ask for water then ice. Ambiance was tv's filled with anime, nice wooden furniture. They also had a live lobster tank where my lobster was pulled.

We were seated fairly quick and was given water cups fast. We got a quick rundown of the menu, however we did have a newer server. We thought she did great as she constantly checked in on us and made sure that we were doing well. The takoyaki was a bit too doughy for my liking, but it was okay. The gyoza are on the other hand was absolutely perfect and needed no additional sauce except the one that came on it. When the black garlic Ramen came to the table, it had a slight flavor, but I would say it was pretty plain. We ended up asking for some of the sauce that was on the Gyoza for the soup base. When we added that to the soup base, it became 1000 times better. The noodles were cooked fairly well, but I would just say the broth needed a bit more flavor. Overall, it was a nice spot and we may be back to try other things.

They give you the entier collar! I also liked the yaki ika which was very tasty, not rubbery at all. They have a lot of ramen on the menu which was a crowd pleaser for our group. Their edamame is also very spicy and quite good -- not your typical simply salted edamame. One thing I wouldn't order - the kimchi fried rice. What a cute little place!!…read more It was late in the evening and I was getting hangry. I was craving ramen and Neko came up during my Yelp research. They were open late, so we decided to go. The restaurant was popping at 22:00 on a Friday. We were greeted warmly by staff. It was intriguing to us that we ordered via an iPad kiosk as if we were at a boba place, but we didn't mind. However, usually only to go orders are placed on a kiosk. In my hangry state of mind, I had not realized that Neko only serves their ramen with chicken broth, so for those of you who prefer tonkotsu broth, this isn't the place for you. For that reason, my husband had to order a chashu rice bowl instead. Personally, I enjoy both paitan and tonkotsu. I went with the black garlic ramen. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive. While we waited, we dispensed water for ourselves from the soda fountain. I was a little confused upon receiving my black garlic ramen, as I thought the black garlic oil would be more prominent. I was assured that I had the right bowl. My husband enjoyed his chashu rice bowl. I had a small bite and the pork was tender and well-seasoned. The paitan broth was very umami indeed. I would have liked to have more of a black garlic flavor, but it was still good. Next time I would just pay the extra $2 for more black garlic oil. The noodles were bouncy, and the chashu was tender. The egg was deliciously jammy (alas no photo because I devoured it). I saw they had soy sauce and hot sauce, but wish they had the classic chili powder so I could have added some to my ramen. Neko Ramen & Rice hit for late night noms, and the cat-themed decor all around (since Neko means cat in Japanese) was such a vibe. They also serve curry, poke, and various small bites if you want some apps to enjoy before your entrees. If you don't mind chicken broth for your ramen or will be ordering rice bowls instead, Neko is a fun little place to come dine at, especially since they open late.

The value was fantastic too--we spent about $53 total (including tip) for two entrées and two specialty drinks.
