Great establishment, love the theme of the whole place. there was light anime music playing in the background such as intros and outros to certain anime's that i recognized. my friend and i noticed that it attracted every age group, there were families eating here, people going on dates, people eating by themselves, old people, and groups of friends. we order the crab cheese wontons, they were smaller than in used to but packed with flavor 4.5/5 my friend ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi and he rated it a 5/5 i had the Chicken Karaage Ramen with koterri broth and i had it super spicy. if you like spice the super spicy is extremely spicy i loved it but it definitely isn't for everyone especially if you can't handle spice. the ramen for new was 4.75/5 service was great, people there were really attentive to if your drink was running life and checking in if you needed anything and food came out without too much of a wait. we've already told our family and friends to check out this place, that's how good it was! read more

Update!! The owner called me personally to apologize & make it right. It was greatly appreciated. We have ordered a few times from here. Food is good. Last week when we ordered, they forgot part of 1 of our meals. I called and the manager told us he'd give us a refund. I never saw the refund. We ordered again today & I told them we didn't get the refund. The manager didn't talk to me but told the cashier he wouldn't give a refund. Part of our order today, AGAIN, was wrong!! O MAN! This place has some delicious yakitori!!! The scallops are absolutely delicious! The chicken wings are delicious! The ramen is delicious! I'd be hard pressed to find anything here that isn't delicious! They have Japanese soda too! Melon is my favorite by far, but everyone has their own taste. Their fried rice is different, but delicious! I'm so happy I found a new restaurant in Parker that not only had a great food, but great drinks and great staff! The music and the atmosphere is also awesome! Especially if you're into anime as much as I am! I will definitely be returning to try new things! A nice little place to grab a very tasty bowl of ramen. The partner and I came here as it just opened up not too long ago and wanted to give it a try. The chasu had a great balance of meat and fat paired with the tonkatsu broth made for an excellent bowl of ramen. The yakitori (miso beef & chicken thigh) had great flavors and were really tender. Partner had the seafood ramen, and they did not skimp out of the seafood. We were digging all the anime decors they had. If you like anime and all things anime, this is a nice place to go to grab a delicious bowl of ramen. The only thing is that the karaage was just ok. Really cute place that I wanted to LOVE. The decor inside, mural and anime art were very cute & fun. Our waiter was so sweet and attentive. He talked with us about the restaurant and their house specialty ramen. My husband and I both ordered specialty ramens, he got the Curry Ramen and I got Hiratori Spicy Ramen. His was very good and the curry flavor wasn't too over powering. Mine on the other hand tasted like spicy chicken noodle soup. The broth tasted nothing like miso or tonkotsu, like I'm familiar with from other ramen places. I'm a big broth girl and this just didn't taste good. Noodles otherwise had a great chewy texture and the homemade fish shrimp cakes were definitely interesting. Not my favorite but I not horrible. We had the onion soup, takoyaki, fried dumplings, agedashi tofu with the dashi on the side, some yakitori skewers of beef, miso beef and pork belly, chicken karage with fried rice and curry on the side. Everything was flavorful, tender and well presented. The service was so friendly. The atmosphere is fun, it's decorated with an anime theme. Lots of pictures on the wall, a large mural, and figurines. The music also matches the anime decor. There's plenty of parking. There were plenty of places to sit, it wasn't too crowded or loud. Definitely a restaurant just getting started. I came to try their yakitori menu since there isn't another Yakitori restaurant in town and I miss my days going to ShinSenGumi in LA. Quality of the food is average and any individual dish you could get better somewhere else, but you can't really get this mix of dishes at this price anywhere else, certainly not in Parker. Tried the scallop hibachi and it was so so good. I don't even like carrots but loved the carrots on this plate. Scallops had a nice crust on them but still tender inside. Everything was amazing but I didn't really like the chicken Karage good flavor, but too much flour or two much time in the fryer. The customer service was spot on super friendly and super informative with the menu. They were playing kpop Korean & Japanese music. with a bunch of anime posters all over the back wall and a bunch of anime action figures. If you're into anime, definitely should give this place to try and I will definitely be back to try the Ramen definitely kid friendly, but you can also go here for dinner with the family or date night. Noticed this new place in Parker and saw it had some good reviews. I ordered the Miso Soup and Curry Chicken. Maybe I should have ordered the ramen?!? There were only 3 other groups in the 2-tiered space, so I really didn't expect a wait, especially when I ordered soup before the meal. Guess what! I got my drink, my chicken with rice, my water, and then my soup... in that order in about a 30 minute time period. The soup was bland and not hot. The rice was perfectly done, but the curry sauce wasn't pleasant at all. I ended up taking the rice and drink with me - and drove over to West Taproom to get something to eat. I gave my visit 3 stars because the manager/owner noticed I wasn't eating and talked to me about my experience.
