Our first time here and we were greeted with the warmest welcome! He offered us so many toppings. He let us know what all comes with the meal. He was so cool because he was going to make a sauce for me because I wasn't too sure if I wanted spicy teriyaki or regular. He was going to mix the two so I can have both. I thought that was super sweet. My husband and I will definitely be back! The free soup was a nice surprise! It was warm and cozy in the restaurant too!!! read more

While trying to get use to the low carb meal options, I had two choices. About equal distances from my house. Have Korean bibimbap without the rice or Poke. I am glad that I made this stop. Always nice to add more choices to the arsenal. One thing I noticed about this place is... it is super clean. Very minimalistic but delivering coziness without the clutter. Decided to try one of their suggested bowl which are great option when you do not know what to get for being a first time customer. I ended up getting the Poke Paradise but substituted for spicy ahi poke and getting half brown rice and half salad. Also added a tako (octopus) salad. Ordered it to go but on the way out, decided to eat on site since it was so clean and not too many people inside. However, during the meal, lot more people came in. Apparently, its a hot spot for likely minded customers. Very happy to get awesome friendly service and to get very full filling low carb meal! My stomach agrees! read more

My family has been hesitant about coming here after not feeling so well after the first time we tried it. Likely just a fluke (and maybe even completely unrelated!) since I've seen no other reviews indicating anything but good and fresh. So I tried again last night and wasn't disappointed! We often go to another place ~15 min away but this is walkable from my house so I wanted to give it another try. I got a small (1 scoop of tuna) with white rice. They had all the normal sauces and toppings. I'm one of those people that likes all toppings on my poke bowl. However, I didn't love the tomatoes and carrots (seemed forced salad). And the ginger was normal ginger from a can, not pickled (I know, I know - now I sound bougie and I know this is personal preference). Other than that, the food was great, reasonable portions, and and competitively priced. I loved the friendly service. They were super patient with me and I didn't feel pressured to tip so I did! I didn't stay to eat this time rather took the food to go, but it was very clean, bright and cheery inside the restaurant. We've been visiting here for just over a year and every visit has been very predictable. I like that a lot. The first time we walked in, I wondered where are the people were. I've since determined they do a great carry out business because people are in and out in just a few minutes. All of the food has been fresh on every visit. We always build our own for one flat price unless we add avocado or extra protein. Most recently we built a medium (24 oz) with white rice, tuna, salmon, jalapeños, edamame, mango, crab salad, crispy garlic and onions, spicy mayo and maybe another topping or two hidden in there. The medium is nice because you can choose two different proteins. My favorite build your own is a small (16 oz) including white rice, shrimp, corn, edamame, pineapple, mango, crab salad, carrots, almonds, crispy garlic and onions and a spicy teriyaki sauce. The staff is very friendly and when I mentioned preferring extra crab salad on my last visit, they added extra while building the bowl and went back and put more on top toward the end. They don't skimp here. The bathrooms are super clean. There's plenty of room in the parking lot and they are easy to find. One of our obvious choices for a quick meal. read more

As a recent transplant to Colorado from California , I can say that this is the only good poke I've had in the greater castle rock, highland's ranch, and lone tree area. I've tried 5 other places so I'm not an expert in Colorado, but I love Poke. Definitely recommend this place. Sauces on point. Toppings are fresh and delicious. Fish is good. Choices are limited, but not any more limited than other places in Colorado I've been to. 4/5 California rating. 5/5 Colorado rating. read more

We entered in at 720pm on Saturday night, when they close at 8pm. we felt badly about arriving so late, but As we were getting our order together, the line grew to 6 people, whew! The food was good, I asked for rice, 3 proteins (salmon and two orders of shrimp), crab salad and more. The shrimp container was empty but he went into the back and got me more. I wanted avocados (additional costs, but only received two slices). Overall the food was good. the only thing I wished would be different would be adding more slices of avocados and more of the garlic and tempura toppings (it was a small sprinkle from a small spoon). read more

First time visiting and we ordered a large poke bowl. Though their portion sizing wasn't that great, we didn't mind as we were craving poke for lunch. The following day, those of us that ordered, didn't feel so good. Went out with friends for both lunch and dinner, but another friend skipped lunch from here, and she was okay the next day. The Mrs. and I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Standard Poke shop in that they have a small that comes with one scoop of protein for $9.95, a medium that comes with two scoops for $11.95, and a large that comes with three scoops of protein for $13.95. flavors were delicious and they an ample selection of protein, mix-ins, toppings, etc. Everything was delicious including the Miso soup. But what sets this apart from other poke shops is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. read more

Yum!!! This place opened up a couple months back near my work and we finally checked it out! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients. I noticed either away that they don't put a lot of stuff out so I'm assuming things get replenished frequently. Their sauces are out of the world! I had he spicy teriyaki and the spicy mayo mixed and the flavors were vibrant and accentuated the taste of the fish rather than overpower it. I had a regular bowl with salad and double octopus and it filled me right up. The octopus was perfectly cooked and not chewy at all. I will definitely be back for more. The best part is that they have a loyalty program. 5th bowl is half off and 11 bowl is free! I honestly can't wait to come back! read more

Been here twice now, and it's not a bad place for poke. Slightly on the more expensive side compared to some places, but overall my experiences were pretty good. The variety of proteins is decent: they had shrimp, scallops, octopus, chicken, steak, and a few different kinds of fish. I got the steak and shrimp, and they weren't bad. The topping choice is decent as well, although I wish they had a few more options. The biggest highlight of this place is the service though. Both times I've been, the service has been great! If you're looking for a quick lunch spot, I definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

Ordered here for the first time. I got the vegetable ramen and a small salmon poke bowl. Ramen was way too salty! Poke bowl was so skimpy! Barely any salmon in it. The salmon didn't taste fresh it was super fishy. Won't order again read more

Super clean inside and friendly folks behind the counter - very much your typical walk-down-the-line-as-you-order poke spot. They even have flaming hot Cheetos as one of the topping options - nice touch. The fish was fresh - I chose regular cubed salmon and their spicy tuna for my proteins, brown rice and salad mix for the base and basically 80% of the toppings available - crab salad, avocado, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, edamame, they even had octopus. No complaints when it comes to the variety on the toppings bar. The only problem here for me was that they mixed my sauces of choice in a bowl with the fish and then they put it all on top of the rest of my bowl. The spicy mayo and sesame shoyu sauces were great, but by the time I was 1/3 into my bowl, there was no sauce to left to be tasted. Thank goodness the veggies and toppings were crisp and yummy, but once the sauce was gone, it was all basically pretty bland. This is a solid spot for the poke move, but if you like a little bit of sauce with every bite of your bowl like I do, ask for some extra squirts in there after they mix up your fish. read more

As someone from Hawaii I can confirm there poke bowls are delicious. The tuna quality was very good, and they had all the right sauces to complement the poke. They had a wide variety of fresh sides to put in your poke bowl to make it your own. But above all the gentleman serving me was one of the nicest guys I have ever met. My shiitake buns were delicious, and I wanted more when I finished the two I ordered. It was a nice, low-spice taste with a wonderfully soft bun that held everything together well. Definitely would have ordered more if not for the big bowl of ramen that came shortly after. Vegetable Ramen can be a tough dish to make tasty, as ramen typically uses animal broths to hold the flavor, but Nami did an excellent job. All the toppings they used fit perfectly, especially the fried tofu, which is my favorite go-to for any ramen restaurant. If you are in the area and want a filling meal, go check out Nami Ramen!

The menu description said that it came with corn and bok choy, but I was missing both of those items. The Ramen itself was really good. The broth was super rich and they gave you a lot. There were also a lot of Ramen noodles. And I did like the addition of the bamboo shoots. The marinated egg was fantastic. This classic was so tasty. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit pretty often. There's so many different menu items that looked so good and I'm sure the other Ramen varieties are fantastic as well.

From my favorite, Kurodai to Aburi Salmon to Hotate to Kampachi to Bincho, had this place been a fancy restaurant they might get considered for a Michelin star dining spot. But some restaurants want to stay humble as they want to stay away from the spotlight so I get it. In a way, this is my neighborhood sushi restaurant that I can count on. I don't want them to be more than what they are now to be frank. Good and efficient service. They always treat me well with respect and regard. Small and yet clean tidy ambience is always appreciated. I always do takeouts; I don't think I have never dined here to be frank. So my aim is to do a nice sit down dinner with my family or friends soon.

This place is AWESOME!!! I had never had poke before this, and I am very happy this was my first experience. I found this place a little over a month ago because it is close to where I work. The place was clean, and the customer service was great. They were kind enough to explain how to construct my bowl and recommendations on what to put in it. I have nothing negative to say about their service, or anything for that matter. Apart from the service, the food is incredible! The seafood is fresh, and there is a wide variety of toppings. Furthermore, there is not much that is "extra charge." I have been known to eat a lot, and this place is satisfying and is still affordable. I have my co-workers hooked on this place too now. Every time I work close, my coworkers and I will grab some. I am to the point where they recognize me now! Overall, I highly recommend POKE ONE. It's great; I have nothing bad to say. read more

This place is fairly new in the Safeway plaza at Lincoln and Yosemite. I wanted something a bit more healthier than the McDonad's, Taco Bell and KFC in the lot and I stumbled on Poke One. I'm so glad I found this place because it is delicious!! I was really hungry so I got the medium bowl with half white rice/half salad, spicy tuna, and a bunch of mix ins. Prices have increased significantly, which I can understand given today's economy and rising food costs. However, the portions appear to have shrunk considerably at the same time. My poke burrito was noticeably smaller than I remembered, and the seaweed wrap seemed too small to properly contain the rice and fillings. The result was a messy burrito that constantly fell apart and spilled everywhere while eating it. For nearly $20, I expected a more substantial meal and a better overall experience. The quality of the ingredients was still decent, but the value simply isn't what it once was. What used to be a fun, satisfying poke spot now feels more like a quick "take my money, here's your food, next customer" experience. I truly hope this location can find its way back to what made it special because I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past. For now, though, the combination of higher prices, smaller portions, and a less inviting atmosphere makes it difficult for me to justify returning as often as I once did.

Asuka Ramen and Poke, all of a sudden, hit me with a thought, "It's been a while since I last used them for a good poke bowl." In a way, it was an opportunity for me to appreciate it for the first time in a while so I did just that. They use a deep (large) bowl for the Build Your Own poke bowl (this is the only size) for to-go. When I asked for "half and half" for the base (white rice and greens), the young man behind the ordering counter generously pressed the white sushi rice into it. He then placed some green leaves on one side of it. "Looking good" I thought. For the protein, I chose salmon, tuna and yellowtail. For the rest (such as sauce etc.) I don't quite remember what I got me and yet, this young man sure wasn't anything close to "stingy" (lol)! As to show his appreciation for my business, he built my bowl with precision and generosity. I like the fact that they have one size for to-go poke bowl (this simplifies the process on their end and our end.) At the flat rate of $16 (unless you get additional protein which is $3) is also reasonable for the size. I got the impression that this is a business that they simply don't operate for profit; they operate for the social responsibility's sake. And of course, this above-and-beyond young man didn't fail to forget to ask me if I would need utensils or drink. He gave me everything I would need. Once I got to my job site, I parked my car in the parking lot and started devouring my beautifully tailored (to my preferences) bowl. The fresh ingredients, the way it was built, and the overall volume of it, it was impossible for me to find a single reason why this was one of the best poke bowls I've had in the recent few months. That was when I came to appreciate how lucky I am to live just up the street from this tiny and yet mighty poke place. I need to visit this place more going forward.
