I split an order of cream cheese wontons with my group and ordered a chicken banh mi. The wontons were very crispy, so I enjoyed these immensely. The banh mi was also good. The bread was warm on the outside and soft on the inside as a banh mi should be. The flavoring of the banh mi was a bit off from what I expected so I left a little unfulfilled, but it was still a good sandwich. Prices are pretty reasonable for this side of town, so that is a bonus for sure! You can scan a QR code at the table to order or wait for a server to come to you. The pho broth here is the clearest most tasty broth! When I saw the broth, I thought it would be less flavorful based on how clear it was.. I was severely mistaken.. It is impressive.. We live in Denver proper, but I would travel for the pho alone. The Brisket was delicious. The Springroll meat tasted old and I only ate one bite. I would try ordering them again as I am guessing they cook the pork in batches and if they have left over it goes into the next days rolls. The service was friendly and attentive. My heart has been won over with ViVi Pho Arapahoe. I was so nourished, full and had leftovers. The broth was on point. I can't tell you how happy I am to had found them. The staff were super friendly, their service was quick but thorough, and food was amazing. I ordered the Thai tea, fried shrimp, and oxtail pho. Everything was strikingly very similar to mom's cooking. It warmed my heart so, and had me a bit in tears. The restaurant itself is nice, with plenty of seating, and it was busy both times I visited (a good sign). There are a lot of good options out there, but this one is worth trying. Late lunch today and wanted to find something close to the rink. Originally I wanted a banh mi and ended up with pho. Since it was cold outside I wanted something more hearty and satisfying. The pho certainly did the trick. Could've been hotter with more meat but for the size, portion and price it was sufficient. Service was great as my waiter kept checking up on me throughout the dining experience. This is one place where you will find it in a strip mall but tastes like a home cooked meal. My boyfriend and I come here once every two weeks if not once a week! We came on a Thursday night because we decided we needed a date night and it was very quiet and calm. The server was super funny and had a great attitude and vibe! Absolutely delightful food and service! Stopped in with my daughter after volleyball practice one afternoon and immediately brought my husband back because I enjoyed it so immensely. Daughter had the Pho and I had the "5H. Bahn Mi Vietnam Sandwich". The sandwich was a deliciously flavorful beef and crispy fresh cilantro served on a tender and crusty french bread. My go to Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Service is always friendly and prompt. Came here a few days ago on a rainy day for some pho. I rarely crave pho, but when I do, ViVi Pho is where I go. Their broth is so tasty. I love that they offer a small bowl that is the perfect portion. I ordered the combination pho but instead of tendon of I subbed for meatball. Lately whenever I don't feel like making dinner (happens about once a week to be honest) I've been ordering from here. The Bun Cha Gio aka the Egg Roll Noodle Bowl is my go-to order. I can see why it's listed as one of their popular items because it is delicious. I love the slightly acidic slightly sweet sauce you put on the noodles and then the crunch of the little egg rolls. I've also gotten pho here as well which is very tasty. I will say that this place does pickup/delivery very well. Good Vietnamese in Centennial. I ordered the combination noodle bowl to go. It was prepared and ready in less than 20 minutes. I was offered a glass of water while I waited. The employees were polite and friendly. There were a few patrons eating in on a subzero temperature day. The combo bowl comes with egg roll, chicken, beef, shrimp, noodles, lettuce, cucumber and carrots. You get a side of the fish sauce and peanuts to garnish. Very filling and I had leftovers. I previously placed a DoorDash order a month ago and was given the wrong item (pho tai instead of pho tai bam). I reached out to DoorDash to let them know and was informed that I would be given a refund. I did not realize it would be a full refund, as I have never needed to do this before in DoorDash. I placed an online order today through the restaurant's ordering service. When I came to pick it up, the man working at the front confronted me about the refunded DoorDash order stating that "they needed to refund all of the money" and asking me if the "food was still good" even though they gave me the wrong item. He made me feel very uncomfortable and expressed his displeasure over refunding a $12 order. I have never asked for a refund in the past and never had any issues as a regular customer. I am clearly not trying to scam them and was happy to support a small business. After the confrontation today, I sent them an email and was given the reply "sorry you feel that way, we just speak the truth." I was really upset at the way that entire situation was handled. If they have an issue with DoorDash's policy, they should take it up with DoorDash. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

To be honest, there are very few restaurants that have my name on it in the Denver metro area overall. But the fact that it has my name and it is Pho restaurant, the restaurant including the aesthetic itself is pretty much calling my name. I am actually Vietnamese and I have been to so many pho restaurants in Colorado. But nothing compares to this pho restaurant because not only the food is delicious, but the service is amazing.
