A7. Gi Cun Tht Nng - grilled pork spring rolls
    Justin T.

I only tried three items -- the pho, their BBQ pork spring rolls, and a Vietnamese coffee -- and all three were better than most places I've been. The pho broth was especially impressive; the flavor is rich and balanced, with the star anise really shining through. The spring rolls were fresh and flavorful, and the Vietnamese coffee was spot-on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was pleasant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the service was great, and overall it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back and encourage you to give it a try. Happy eating!!

We called ahead to make sure Pho Khang had a vegetarian broth (another local place didn't.) The owner answered and said, "Yes! We have the best vegetarian broth in Denver!" Well, he was right! The broth was delicious, but a little too salty. The price was high too, comparable to the cost of their meat pho. But the service was fast and friendly, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place had a good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd definitely go back if I was in the area. Thank you!

Liked coming here .... The pho was delicious , had amazing taste to it .. the shrimp rolls were a great size. The sauce maybe needed more of something. The staff was super nice and helped where needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the location is right across Park Meadows Mall and had plenty of seating and a bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Pho Kang is a hidden gem right across the street from Park Meadows. We decided to give it a go and, omigosh, were we glad we did. The owner Henry welcomed us in really enthusiastically. The special noodle combination had some of the best spiced pork in town (according to da boss). I was a bit skeptical about the veggie noodle bowl because in some places it's kind of flavorless? Pho Kang's veggie noodle bowl was packed with flavor! And the taro boba smoothie? It had freshly made boba and was so yum that it hardly made it to my side of the booth. Lesson learned...next time order two.

I was craving something for my stomach and needed something quick. Instead of getting a coffee I asked Henry for a cup of broth. He gave it to me in a coffee cup and it was absolutely delicious. Way better than a coffee. Thank you, Henry for your amazing service.

Just found my new favorite noodle/bun bowl! The marinated/grilled shrimp was so tender and juicy, best shrimp I've ever had! Our server was kind and consistently checked in on us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great location![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Did the dine instead of takeout and I actually think the meal I had for takeout was better. I had the combination noodle bowl and for some reason the fish sauce was lacking the kick it had the last time I had it. Also note that the combination noodle bowl only comes with one shrimp and no beef. The pork pieces were a bit fatty this go round. The 4 other diners all had Pho and they loved it. We tried the chicken wings which had a nice crunch but only a few had the chili sauce on them. Also had the shrimp spring rolls which I would rate as average. It seems like the prices at this place on the whole are more expensive than other Pho or Vietnamese places. I think all in all you should give it a try and see what you think.

The pork spring roll was good given that the pork was well marinated and tender. However, the peanut sauce was too watery and lacked flavor which made the spring roll a little bland overall. The pho came with an appropriate amount of noodle and meat, but the noodle was too hard. Service was quick. We were one of the first customers tho. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant had a big dining area so good for large parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The food is good and priced well but the reason for this low rating is due to their dishonesty. I thought perhaps this was a one-off situation but I read another reviewer years ago experiencing the same thing. We were planning to pay and apparently, the 20% "gratuity" was already added for our family of 5. Then the server proceeds to ask how much we would like to tip on the screen, but something didn't add up. The total amount seemed like it was way above it should be including the tip and when we requested a printed receipt, another server had to come by. It felt like the older gentlemen was trying to double-dip by telling us that the tip wasn't added but clearly there was a gratuity already there. No apology or anything. We didn't even add the gratuity and it looks like the server automatically added it to our bill without us knowing. We didn't want to have any other issues so we just left paying for the 20% gratuity and decided that we won't be going there anymore. It makes me sad since this was our solid Pho spot in Denver but I cannot support an establishment that is dishonest. It only makes me wonder how many other customers they had done this to and if anyone else has caught them. I get it, cause often times, I don't even check the bill so I would say beware if you do go here. Look at your ITEMIZED receipt and check what you ordered.

The food, portions, flavors, and overall experience are absolutely outstanding. First - you cannot leave without trying the homemade ginger ale. I have no idea what magic they put into it, but it is truly out of this world. It's unique, refreshing, and easily one of the most memorable drinks I've had at a restaurant. The pho is consistently delicious - packed with incredible flavor. The sesame chicken is another standout, but honestly, the curries are where this place really shines. My friend said the lamb curry was one of the best things he has ever eaten, and I completely understand why. The curries come out piping hot and overflowing- literally. The atmosphere is just as special as the food. The inside has such a great vibe - cozy, welcoming, and full of character. They also have the cutest little patio that feels like a hidden oasis with all the greenery and homey touches. The management and staff are phenomenal. They are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. They constantly check in and somehow always seem to surprise you with something extra. You can tell this place is run by people who truly love what they do. We've done both takeout and dine-in, and the quality never changes. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. They also have great vegan options, so there really is something for everyone. They are connected with the same ownership/management as Golden Bánh Mì next door, which is also incredible - clearly there is a passion for creating amazing food and experiences.
