Bun bo hue is really good. It's loaded with all the different kinds of meat. Location is conveniently located outside of the cherry creek park. Typical service you get from an Asian restaurant. Take your order and that's it. No chit chatty which I like. Quick service too.

Pho Filet Mignon Pho - A bowl of Vietnamese pho containing beef, bean sprouts, herbs, and broth, with noodles being lifted by chopsticks.

We came around 8pm on a cold snowy night and it was still super packed even though the close at 9. We got seated pretty quickly even though they looked very busy. We got menus and water in a timely manner. The food took a little longer than usual for pho, but it was well worth the wait. The meat in the filet mignon was super soft and tender and soup flavor is good . Bun bo hue also had good flavor and came with pork blood and pork leg bone? With skin. It was yummy. My only critique is that it doesnt come with the usual cabbage and diff herbs for the bun bo hue. Id come here again, its a real hidden gem. Service is decent and food is delicious! Prices are reasonable too.

The only con about this place is when ordering takeout there's no bowl but the food is amazingly delicious

Pho Tai Chin - A bowl of Vietnamese pho featuring sliced beef, chopped green onions, and onion rings in clear broth, placed on a wooden table.

Been a while since I've been here. Very flavorful pho and this bowl had a lot meat in it. The place was empty when we arrived around 10:50 but people were starting to flow in throughout the time that we were there. Will definitely be back.

The store was busy when I arrived but there was still plenty of seating available. I was immediately noticed when I walked in and seated. The first thing the waiter did was set down the vegetables for pho kind of like they were predicting that I was going to be getting pho. I was, but I was also craving bun bo hue. I didn't want the vegetables to get thrown out for not being used so I ended up getting pho. Service was fast, I ordered my pho and within 5-10 min or it was served. The broth tasted really nice and there was plenty of meat as well. I liked the fact that they already provided the sauce pan for the sauces so I did not need to go through the extra effort to request for it. There were plenty of slices of lime instead of the typical 2-3 slices. Overall I enjoyed my meal on a cold day. I got a medium and thought it was decently priced for the size and ingredients provided.

Moved to the edge of the box. It's literally alive - A tiny insect is seen on a white textured surface, which appears to be a foam food container or tray.

So my fiancé is sick so I ordered these filet mignon pho and the pho Ga Dai via delivery Upon arrival, i opened up her box and there was a TINY snail crawling all over the inside of the box. I called to let the restaurant know and they blamed it on the uber driver. Zero accountability. I'm not here to bash but if you go here. You better watch out.. clearly aren't cleaning the greens. But I've literally had to throw everything away $54 order. Cause I don't trust anything they've prepared.

Smells wonderful!!

The phô was decent and very hot with a good portion of rare steak and sliced onions. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls as appetizer but they always neglect to bring plates so we asked for them. Five minutes later we got them. Oy The biggest issue with this place is the fact it needs a serious deep cleaning!! EVERYWHERE. Doesn't make me desire to return because if it's yucky out front of house, what the heck must it be like behind the scenes! Eek. I'll leave that right there.

Chicken Pho (extra noodles were requested) - A large bowl of chicken pho with sliced chicken, green onions, and herbs, accompanied by a smaller bowl of clear broth on a wooden table.

The pho was delicious, the workers were polite, and the service was fast. The flavor was good, and they serve generous portions.

It's been a long time coming but Dan Da is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado…read moreand probably in the US. When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

The vibe is warm and relaxed with low lighting and volume. You can choose from booths or a table. The booth was firm yet soft and not worn out or peeling. I ordered the pho with rare steak and two beef ribs. It was only $16 compared to $32 when I order that in Cali. My fiance got pho with well done brisket. The first thing she commented on was how delicious the broth is. It's golden, warm, and savory like a big hug for your insides. I'm picky with my pho broth and this place is on point. I've been in Central California for the past 6 years, so it was great to finally have some PHOnomenal pho. My fiance loves sandwiches and never had a banh mi, so we ordered the grilled beef and it was . She loved it so much that she ordered one to go.

The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help me. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one that would bring me back.

It's easy to get distracted by all of the dessert options in the bakery case. Pastries. Cakes. Cream. Fruit. It's all here in combinations that will make you say, OMG. We had a Pain au chocolate, ube black sesame cake, egg nog and ginger cake and passion fruit cake. All were fantastic and unique in flavor. We had all the coffees but the ube foam makes for a whole new experience. The chicken banh mi Sammie's heated are so good. Love the pickled onions and aoli on a homemade baguette. It's hard not to eat the entire thing. We went a bit crazy and spent $70 but it was worth every penny. Seating is limited. Four tables and some small spaces for individual dining. I had a dinner reservation for 1 at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. First off, I appreciate that they let me have a table seat to myself. I know a lot of places that want solo diners at the bar. My waitress was absolutely perfect, she gave me such excellent recommendations and really helped shape my meal. Everything she recommended was fantastic. I had 3 dishes, because I wanted to try everything. I would've been fine with 2, since these portion sizes were pretty generous, but I just had to. My first dish was the trứng và trứng - soft scrambled egg, brown butter, fish sauce, trout roe, rice. This was so comforting, so homey, so warm. It was exactly what I needed after a long weekend of working. Get this. My second dish was the tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm - shrimp cake, butter, trout roe, mint. You're probably thinking this is like a fried crab cake, but it wasn't. There's basically no breadcrumbs in this, so it's more like when you get shrimp paste at hot pot. It was so tender, moist, and so flavorful. And of course, my veggie choice was the bắp cải luộc - charred cabbage, anchovy breadcrumbs, egg yolk. My waitress had said this was basically if they put charred cabbage on top of the filling in a deviled egg and she was right. This was so good. If you're into deviled eggs at all, get this.
