Stopped in to try this place for the first time and ordered the chicken pho (small), vegetable egg rolls, and a Thai tea. The chicken pho was just okay. The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. I absolutely love this place. They have the best pho in the Denver area, in my opinion. Everything I've had has been delicious, ranging from: spring roles, egg rolls, pork dumplings, crab cheese wontons (the absolute best), rare steak pho, shrimp pho, and stir fry egg noodles with beef and vegetables. Love this place! I've been craving Pho ever since I had to go to the ER. The thought of hot bone broth soup made me feel better. The parking in the front is a bit tight if you have a big vehicle, but it works. It's one of the nicer vietnamese restaurant I've been to and it was quite clean. The staffs were very welcoming and quick to serve. I've been here at all times of the day and they track quite the customers. It's a good location as it's across from the Anschutz Medical Campus. I've ordered small and medium Pho with tendons a few times. Small is usually enough for me, but a day after the ER I wanted the medium! AND I finished it! The broth was almost boiling hot and I loved it. Some places, it comes out hot and immediately cools to warm. It was a generous portion - meat and noods. I find myself not finishing the small because of the amount of meats they gave me. Pho with meatballs were ordered once. I'm glad I can see actual meatballs shaped cut in half. Dear Owner/Manager, I am writing to formally notify you of a discriminatory incident that occurred at your restaurant, involving repeated challenges to my legally protected service dog and statements by management that directly conflict with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) guidance. During our visit, three different staff members, including a manager, approached me to state that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. Each time, I explained that my dog is a service animal, protected under federal law. Despite this, the manager insisted that my service dog could not be allowed due to concerns about customer allergies. As clearly stated by the DOJ and ADA under Title III of the ADA, restaurants and other places of public accommodation must permit service animals to accompany individuals with disabilities in all areas open to the public. Allergies or fear of dogs are not legally valid reasons to deny access or exclude a service animal. Additionally, the manager stated that "service dogs are usually large and have a service dog tag." This statement is factually and legally incorrect and demonstrates a serious lack of ADA training. Under ADA regulations and DOJ guidance: * A person's disability does not need to be visible to qualify for protection. Many disabilities are non-apparent, and businesses may not make judgments based on appearance. * There is no size or breed requirement for service animals. Service dogs can be small, medium, or large, depending on the tasks they are trained to perform. * Service animals are not required to wear vests, tags, or identification, nor are handlers required to carry documentation or medical proof. * When the need for a service animal is not obvious, staff may ask only two questions: 1. Is the dog required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Any additional questioning, demands for documentation, assumptions about disability visibility, or reliance on dog size or equipment as "proof" are explicitly prohibited under ADA and DOJ guidance. The repeated questioning, refusal attempts, and inaccurate statements by management created a hostile and humiliating experience, forcing me to repeatedly defend my disability and my legal rights. This conduct constitutes discrimination under federal law and reflects inadequate staff training on ADA compliance. I respectfully request that your restaurant take immediate corrective action by: 1. Reviewing ADA Title III service animal requirements and DOJ enforcement guidance. 2. Providing mandatory ADA training to all staff and management, specifically regarding service animals, invisible disabilities, and lawful interactions with disabled patrons. 3. Updating internal policies to ensure full compliance with federal law and to prevent similar discriminatory treatment in the future. I hope this issue can be resolved constructively and that no other patrons with disabilities are subjected to similar treatment. read more

While I'm sad they didn't go with "Pho-oria" given their location, I did enjoy my first meal here. The location was spotless and welcoming. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking lot is a bit tight, but nothing too difficult. Had the pork dumplings, fried and was very pleased with them, as were my sometimes picky kids. Also got the crab cheese wontons, and while I cannot say these are the best in the state, I can say that in my life never had better! I'll probably make a special trip just for them at some point. Also got the "spicy meat" pho, which was a marinated and cooked bbq beef. It was pretty tasty and just a little spicy. Broth had a very slight cinnamon(?) taste that was very nice. We ordered a carry out tonight from here and wow! We ordered the rare steak pho and the beef broth was so aromatic we were drooling in the car. The whole car smelled amazing. When we got home and assembled our pho, it was just as good! (We did have to reheat the broth so it would cook up the rare steak, but it was rush hour and took us a minute to get home.) We also ordered the spring rolls with shrimp and the crab rangoon, both were very fresh and tasty! I got the medium pho tai nam. This place for many of my peers burning the midnight oil. It tastes just as good post-pandemic as it does pre-pandemic. It's a good sweet and savory broth. However I have found that those tend to be the best hole-in -the-wall spots to get a solid bowl of pho. THE SPACE - Inside is very sleek and modern. We've both dined in and picked up our orders from Pho Peoria. They have a happy little group of plants gathered in the vestibule and just through the front doors to greet you upon arrival. Everything is clean and very simply decorated. THE PHO - Anyone who loves pho knows the broth is where it's at. Well Pho Peoria easily has some of the most flavorful broth. The meat is fresh and tender. The optional additions are a plentiful and don't forget those sauces! Yum! I'm a big rare steak fan - nice and simple, and theirs was some of the best I've had! THE CRAB CHEESE WONTONS - Oh yes, these delicious appetizers deserve to be in a category of their own. First off they are HUGE! So large in fact that they aren't able to be pinched closed in the traditional fashion. Second they are sooo good! Literally a meal unto themselves. I crave these wontons. THE SERVICE - For our food pick up during the indoor dinning restrictions everything was ready promptly upon our arrival. Post dinning restrictions, we opted to dine-in for our meal and our server was quite attentive.
