It's the definition of a hole in the wall place and the ambiance isn't anything to write home about but oh man...the food was delicious! Service was great and I was seated right away. I came to this location once for lunch about a decade ago and I thought it was horrible. I hadn't been back until last week my husband convinced me to try it again. Their parking situation isn't great. It is hard getting in and out of the parking lot with the Parker traffic. We walked inside and the place completely empty except a table with 2 guys. It was around 6:30 so I was surprised there weren't more people there. We sat down and glanced over the menu. We basically already knew what we wanted. I ordered a small pho and my husband got a medium. We also ordered the spring rolls. That is one of our go tos at Vietnamese restaurants. The rolls came out fast and I went for a nice big dip of peanut sauce and was shocked that it was super sweet. Not like typical peanut sauce sweet. Sweet like they added a bunch of sugar. My husband liked it. I wasn't a huge fan. The spring roll itself was delicious and rolled tightly. I hate when they are lose and things fall out. Our pho arrived piping hot. I did like how the rare beef was sliced super thin. It helps cook it quicker. But I did get a few fatty pieces which I was surprised since it was so thin. They don't have napkins on the table and they only give you 1 napkin per person, so we had to ask for more. Otherwise, it was good. The staff were nice. The prices were reasonable. We went here and ordered the large pho, with crab cheese wontons, as well as a drink. The wontons were served very fresh and had the taste of real crab meat, not artificial crab meat. The noodles and toppings were great, but I totally expected limes instead of lemons. The large is worth it as it is a very big portion. Authentic, clearly a family owned business. Denver is filled with pho places and this is conveniently placed near my home. Their pho is good but not amazing and does fix cravings. However I do love their bun bo hue. Broth is hearty with good toppings. Their rice plates are also good and are huge! However what makes up for the lack of visual interior decor, is the food. We both ordered the combination rice plate, the grilled pork sausage spring roll and some mango sticky rice. The portion from the combo rice plate was huge, they definitely didn't skip out on protein. You could definitely share between 2 people. The marinated meats were perfect in flavor. The grilled pork sausage spring roll just taste like all the other spring rolls you can get anywhere else. This is our go to place for Vietnamese food. Love the rice noodle combination bowl, spring rolls, and they have great boba teas.

The service was slow and the food came late on top of that the appetizers where slightly undercooked especially the shrimp egg rolls we didn't finish anything because the food wasn't settling right. Would recommend this location to check there food safety temperatures. So no one gets food poisoning. read more

So glad I found this place via Yelp! I've been looking for good pho in the area without having to drive out to Federal. It's in a strip mall that looks very hole-in-the-wall but really clean and spacious inside. Friendly service and solid pho. We tried the seafood pho and the combination. They even brought out a free side of grilled pork. The thai spring rolls were pretty good too (with pork and shrimp instead of just shrimp). Good size portions too, we got mediums and I couldn't even finish mine. read more

BEST PHO IN DENVER!! I was a little suspicious when I walked in and saw the restaurant was nearly empty, nevertheless I proceeded to order the seafood pho and vegetable spring rolls. Our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service. Our food came quickly. The pho broth was absolutely fantastic, super flavorful and hot just like I prefer. The noodles were cooked perfectly and we were provided with a good generous serving of basil, cilantro, lime, jalapeños, and bean sprouts. Like I said my pho was literally perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my vegetables spring rolls, they were still warm so you know they were made fresh and tasted so delicious paired with the peanut sauce. My boyfriend ordered steamed dumplings that were to die for, they came with a soy sauce dipping sauce that was just amazing! Lastly I ordered a Vietnamese coffee which do I even have to say at this point was 10/10!! Seriously this place is my new favorite spot for some pho. We've eaten here a few times, it's a bit odd but consistently decent. The veggie broth is on the weaker side but not bad once you add all the condiments. They fry their tofu fresh for the pho and veggie spring rolls, it's the best tofu in town. My husband has tried the meatball, chicken and rare steak pho. Both were good, the meat was cooked perfectly, the beef broth is on the lighter side but he likes it that way. The tofu veggie pho has that good tofu, carrots, cauliflower and cabbage. It's not my favorite combination of veggies and the carrots are pretty rubbery. The medium size is pretty standard price/portion for pho places. I recommend ordering pickup. We were the only or only other customers each time we've eaten here. The bathrooms are strange too. The women's restroom wasn't exactly dirty but it wasn't clean either. It has two toilets separated by a short tiled wall. My husband informed me that the mens restroom had a stack of used combs on the sink. The place is just clean enough that I'd order pickup but not inviting enough that I want to eat in again. read more
