I heard so much about this place from a friend I had to go when I was in the area. Luckily the day I went was the last time it snowed and you can't go wrong with a snowy day and hot bowl of pho. They move pretty fast during service, but you're never rushed. My server was really attentive and was helpful with suggestions from the menu. I ordered the small pho bowl with chicken and added tofu. The broth was so flavorful and the side items were really fresh. You'll get full after eating this size. This might be one of my top places for pho in Denver. Also, the restaurant is very clean. We discovered this spot while tracking down our favorite manager, Phillip, and in the process, found a new favorite pho shop. My friends and I ordered the combo pho with extra brisket and the grilled beef pho. The grilled beef version was especially interesting. It's just a regular bowl of pho with flavorful, grilled meat on the side. The broth was rich and well balanced, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with a nice chew. They also serve a house chili oil that we couldn't get enough of--it was great in the pho and on the spring rolls. The spring rolls were excellent, and we paired everything with our own unique drinks. I had the jasmine tea with ube foam, which was a nice touch. And of course, I can't say enough about Phillip. My boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place because of all the positive reviews. The pho itself was actually pretty good, and I was enjoying my meal until I found a human hair in my bowl near the end. When I brought it to the server's attention while checking out, he suggested that it was a cow hair. I can say with complete confidence that it was human hair. What surprised me even more was that there was no apology beyond that explanation, nor was I offered a discount, replacement meal, or any other attempt to make things right. Finding a hair in food can happen anywhere, but how a restaurant responds is what matters. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed rather than taken seriously. This is my second time coming in, the first time I came in and knew I had to bring the family. First impression coming in was it was bright, clean and staff very friendly. This is the second time I also order the pho bowl with rare steak. The broth is out of this world, you can really taste all the flavors or the aromatics, spices and good quality meat broth. The bowl comes with noodles, green onions, onions and your choice of protein ( you get three choices of protein, however if you want only one, they'll give you 3 portions of it). My husband ordered the same and our only complain if I had to have one would be that by the time you get the rare steak it's not rare anymore. But not a big deal to us. It comes with a side of basil, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños (beware they are spicy. Something that we really enjoyed about the soup is that they serve it extremely hot (temp wise) I love this because as your getting to the end, your soup isn't luke warm, you're still enjoying a nice hot pho. (The best) We got an order of the special; the short rib, you can add it to complement your pho, and I have to say this is one of the best piece of meat I've had in a really long time, it was fall off the bone super flavorful, and surprisingly not heavy at all. They give you a pair of scissors if you want to cut it into smaller pieces, as we got Medium pho bowls, we did share this rib (which was more than plenty and perfect to share, even a their person could share it, depending on hunger). The crispy eggrolls are 10/10 the fish sauce served to the side is delicious! It has shredded carrots and finely minced garlic. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem! Will deff be back. Also on a parent note, this place is super kid friendly, plenty of high chairs and they do have two kid options in the menu that are extremely decent sized and very good. read more

One of (if not the best) pho place I have been to! I found it to be deeply flavorful, fresh, and the staff was also knowledgable and helpful with gluten free alternatives/options. Portion sizes are also HUGE- leftovers galore which remained delicious! And they had a good balance of noodles, meat, and toppings (they didn't skimp out on anything like some places do). The broth is insanely flavorful and easily some of the best I've ever had. You can choose grilled protein which is unique, and they even let you combine multiple proteins without charging extra. There is plenty of parking so need to worry there. The pho itself is tasty and well-made although I wish it was slightly more flavorful. I wish they gave more veggie additions like mint, bean sprouts, and lime. A very small amount was given initially. I do like that you can choose up to 3 protein choices so it's more like a custom bowl. The service can be a bit better. We had to wait a while for everything, multiple orders were wrong, and just overall things could've been a bit improved. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great since it is new. Spring rolls - they were good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would say they had too much noodles compared to meat. I would say skip it Pho - loved the pho! Good broth. You don't need to add any sauce. They also had really good chili oil! Brought my cousin who is from northern Virginia and she confirmed it was one of the best phos she's ever had! I went here immediately after getting off a flight from SoCal to DEN. I feel bad leaving a 2 star review because the service was great and the workers were really nice. But honestly, the food here was just okay to me. I ordered the spring rolls ($6) and medium pho combo ($15.50). The rice paper on the spring rolls were dry and the rice noodles inside were a bit hard, indicating that these were not made fresh to order. The pho arrived with rare steak that was already basically fully cooked, so by the time I finished adding bean sprouts and herbs to my soup, the meat was already overcooked. Thin noodles were also slightly overcooked. Also, I did not recall seeing a single piece of tripe in my pho combo. The meat was too fatty for my preference, but they gave a lot of it, so if you are a fatty meat lover, this place is for you. The menu listed the spring rolls as priced at $5.50, but I was charged $6 on my receipt. Fifty cents is not a big deal, but since this is a newly opened restaurant, I figured the prices on the menu should at least be accurate. We both ordered PHO and there was a small amount of bean sprouts and basil leaves given us to put into the broth. The waiter advised us they were running out of everything and we're quite busy. There was only one small piece of lime for the two of us to squeeze into the broth.. There didn't seem to be enough protein or vegetables in the PHO. I've been here twice in 4 days . What a cute and very clean restaurant with terrific service! I met the owner on my last visit who explained that it is a family run establishment - I even met her sweet kids who were eating and doing homework at a table in the back. The food is the real star here-everything tasted so fresh! I had the vegetarian pho with beef broth (Enjoyed the bok choy and mushrooms), delicious Vietnamese egg rolls and savory spring rolls with peanut sauce. I ordered a side of the hot homemade chili crisp and it elevated everything. The egg roll and grilled shrimp Vermicelli bowl was wonderful too. To end both meals, I relished my hot Vietnamese coffee which the owner admitted she does a little blend to make it more balanced. Best coffee I have had like this! Randomly came across this place while traveling. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was very kind and attentive. We ordered the kids pho, spring rolls, rice plate and a vermicelli and all were fresh and very tasty. The broth was flavorful and refreshing without any heavy greasy lingerings. There's an option to order extra sauces on the side and we got to try their chili crisp and its by far one of the best we've had. The spicy one was a bit too spicy but the regular was just right. Loads of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Asked if they sold the chili crisp just out of curiosity and they did! I was pretty much carrying this little jar to every meal thereon for the remainder of the trip. Back home now after 6 days and its almost gone. If I'm ever back in Denver, I will go out of my way to drop by to say hello, enjoy their food and hopefully remember to buy more than one jar of their chili crisp. read more

With so many pho restaurants in Denver it's hard to find a bowl of pho that has a rich flavor without it being too heavy on the stomach. The pho here is both hearty and healthy. The portion size is perfect. I can finish a medium bowl and feel perfectly content. Their delicious house brisket sets them apart from any other pho restaurant I've been too. I am also a huge fan of the combination rice place with their green sauce and homemade chili oil. Luckily they sell their chili oil in house to enjoy with any meal at home. Ever since my last Vietnam trip it's been hard to find good egg coffee, but they crafted theirs to perfection. I could come everyday just for the coffee!
