Our waiter and waitress were very nice. Food came out pretty quick. The broth was so flavorful and delicious. Would definitely come back again!

Spotless floors; simply clean!!

This place is one of the neighborhood Pho places I should appreciate more. Located in the Tiffany Plaza Mall where all kinds of businesses serve the southeast Denver community, I was running an errand this afternoon in this shopping center. I didn't feel like cooking, so I decided to grab something quick to eat for dinner to celebrate the Halloween night. Oh wait, what's the association between Halloween and Vietnamese cuisine? Can I just say that I simply wanted something delicious to eat?? When I stepped in, there was only one customer eating in the dining room. I knew it was going to be pretty quick for me to be in and out; they didn't look busy with to-go orders, either. What I appreciate about this place is that it's almost always clean. Great/tasty dishes are a must but for diners to return to their restaurants, they have to pay attention to the overall hygiene of the place. With that in mind, this place's cleanliness is top-notch. Today, I got me A7 (pork eggroll (Vietnamese deep-fried) with vermicelli noodles and vegetables) and C8 (salmon with lemongrass sauce with veggies.) The way they cooked the salmon was quite unique; I don't think I have never had salmon battered and pan or deep fried (salmon is usually pan-grilled). And this was placed in a slightly sweet lemongrass sauce with cooked veggies. This was an unexpected find. For me, when I have Vietnamese food, I have to get me the Vietnamese eggrolls (without it, my meal is not complete!) Salmo dish did take a good 15 minutes because of the way it's prepared. The guy who came out from the kitchen with my order said, "Thank you so much for waiting!" This restaurant should get more attention from people; I think it's understated/underrated. I am glad that I went there today; I was able to appreciate their existence!

Walking in I was immediately greeted with a smile and a table. It was over 95° this day but my craving for Pho was intense. The restaurant was at a comfortable cool temperature so that was a plus! The egg rolls were perfect, and the Pho broth was flavorful.

This has been our go to spot for pho this year. Food has always been consistent, service is fast and friendly, and it's a clean and chill environment. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area looking for a quick hot meal. The pho is always 10/10 and hits every time.

Someone out there is judging me for using fork and spoon instead of chopsticks haha

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - large combo pho. Noodle texture is good even though it doesn't have as much of a bite as I am used to (they're softer). Some slices of beef got cooked together and were stuck together. So if you don't peel them off each other, it gets very chewy. I put bean sprouts under the noodles as soon as I got it so I didn't mix well. I drank the entire large bowl! The broth wasn't too sweet and salty like some others who put too much MSG. Their mint leaves and sprouts are very fresh and juicy with a good bounce so I don't think they're cutting corners with their ingredients. My dish had a lot of tendons for some reason and luckily I enjoyed very much: om nom nom! Ambience: 5/5- Instrumental music playing in the background. Furnitures and decorations are brown, black, and beige. Nothing superfluous... so no hipster interior design with neon accented colors. The restaurant seems really clean and the tables were set neatly. Condiment bottles filled on all the tables. And the bottles were only slightly sticky which is A+ in my books (compared to other places haha) Service: 5/5 - I was eating pretty late before their closing time. So I appreciated it that she didn't sweep floor too close to me. She also realized that I wanted to be alone so she only checked on me once. Value for Price: 5/5 - Saw so many people taking to-go! I was going to as well but I'm glad I didn't. I would've miss out on eating out of a comical size bowl and I'd have miss on the siracha and hoisin sauce!!! I think I also got two people's worth of bean sprouts and mint. Yep, finished all of it!

Pho 63 sits, unassumingly, in a shopping plaza off of Hampden Ave across the parking lot from Whole Foods. I placed an order for pick up and didn't dine in, but I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant when I walked in. The dining area is quaintly decorated, but the lighting is quite bright. The Pho Ga was prepared as a take out order usually is. The broth containered separately from the chicken, sprouts, onions and basil. I would say the add ins were extremely fresh but some things were lacking. There was barely any cilantro (cilantro pictured was from the Cánh Gà Chiên order). The rice noodles were cooked absolutely perfect for a to go order. Still warm and soft, but not overcooked. I also ordered Cánh Gà Chiên and it was amazing. The crispy meaty wings were perfectly coated in sauce and a blanket of sesame seeds. All in all, the 3 star rating comes from a solid meal but not an over the top flavorful experience.

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

I had a dinner reservation for 1 at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. First off, I appreciate that they let me have a table seat to myself. I know a lot of places that want solo diners at the bar. My waitress was absolutely perfect, she gave me such excellent recommendations and really helped shape my meal. Everything she recommended was fantastic. I had 3 dishes, because I wanted to try everything. I would've been fine with 2, since these portion sizes were pretty generous, but I just had to. My first dish was the trứng và trứng - soft scrambled egg, brown butter, fish sauce, trout roe, rice. This was so comforting, so homey, so warm. It was exactly what I needed after a long weekend of working. Get this. My second dish was the tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm - shrimp cake, butter, trout roe, mint. You're probably thinking this is like a fried crab cake, but it wasn't. There's basically no breadcrumbs in this, so it's more like when you get shrimp paste at hot pot. It was so tender, moist, and so flavorful. And of course, my veggie choice was the bắp cải luộc - charred cabbage, anchovy breadcrumbs, egg yolk. My waitress had said this was basically if they put charred cabbage on top of the filling in a deviled egg and she was right. This was so good. If you're into deviled eggs at all, get this.

The menu is extensive. You can choose rice or noodles. They have a lot of different appetizers too. The bun bo hue is popular because of the rib bone. The meat portion size is good. Pho is 15% off everyday after 4PM! The A5 cha gio (egg rolls) are good. One order is $7.99 and comes with two pieces but cut in half. They were served with noodles. I wish they had more greens. BBH6 King bun bo hue was good. At $24.99, it came with all the meats, including the bone rib and pork knuckle. It wasn't spicy, but the spicy sauce they had at the table was very spicy. C5 shrimp rice plate $15.99 came with 2 egg rolls. The shrimp was grilled nicely, and the steamed rice (not broken rice) was good. Service was really good. Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later. As I am sitting here writing this review, I am truly enjoying the atmosphere. Listening to the music over my head, I am sing a little bit too loud, louder than mouthing the words.
