Pretty decent but there's better pho/Vietnamese restaurant options I'd rather go to. We ordered a complete meal, spring rolls, egg rolls, pho and iced coffee. The server was straight to the point and efficient, accurate and timely. There were sriracha, hoisin, soy sauce, sambal, salt and pepper to customize your pho. Garnishes provided were your usual Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime wedges. Iced coffee was more sweet than espresso. The spring roll with veggie and tofu was just tofu, iceberg lettuce and noodles. The pork egg rolls were 6 tiny pieces served with iceberg lettuce, cilantro, pickled carrots and noodles. And for the pho, the broth had decent flavor but seemed like it was made with only pho base (instant soup) not authentic. I'm used to pho soups that simmers for hours even days. The noodles and meat were excellent. They charged almost an extra $5 for additional tendon. So they were decent but some key things were missing to make it our go to for pho or Vietnamese food. read more

Got the medium pho with extra meat and honestly I could've done without the extra meat. Their portions are great! You get so much of everything which leaves you satisfied. However something that was different about this broth than other pho's that I've tried was that it already had a bit of a lime taste without having put lime in it. I wish it didn't but none the less was very good. I did get my order to go and they included some hoison sauce, sprouts, Thai basil, onions, jalapeños, green onions and lime wedges. They tried to charge me more in person than it would have costed to place online (I placed for pick up). They said it was due to the fried rice (which wasn't upcharged on online payment) so paid that & got home- the rice is stale, and their idea of "fried rice" is steamed rice with two pieces of egg in it. read more

This place was a savior for a late night pho craving. Most pho places around the area close around 9pm and this spot gives you an extra 30 mins to eat! The appetizers were great, we got the fried shrimp rolls and pork egg roll. Both perfectly crispy and the sauces were just the right complementary flavors. Also got pho of course - I usually kill my bowl with the brown sauce (can't remember what it's called) but I tasted the broth beforehand and wow. Loved the flavoring on its own! Did still add my sauce in but had to note that the base broth was great on its own. Good portion for sure. Total comfort meal. The lemonade was delicious and nicely sweetened as well. I had a taste for Pho and searched Yelp for somewhere good that would deliver to the hotel and Pho 63 seemed to fit the bill. I ordered the Pho Chicken & Vegetable. This place is one of the neighborhood Pho places I should appreciate more. Located in the Tiffany Plaza Mall where all kinds of businesses serve the southeast Denver community, I was running an errand this afternoon in this shopping center. I didn't feel like cooking, so I decided to grab something quick to eat for dinner to celebrate the Halloween night. Oh wait, what's the association between Halloween and Vietnamese cuisine? Can I just say that I simply wanted something delicious to eat?? When I stepped in, there was only one customer eating in the dining room. I knew it was going to be pretty quick for me to be in and out; they didn't look busy with to-go orders, either. What I appreciate about this place is that it's almost always clean. Great/tasty dishes are a must but for diners to return to their restaurants, they have to pay attention to the overall hygiene of the place. With that in mind, this place's cleanliness is top-notch. Today, I got me A7 (pork eggroll (Vietnamese deep-fried) with vermicelli noodles and vegetables) and C8 (salmon with lemongrass sauce with veggies.) The way they cooked the salmon was quite unique; I don't think I have never had salmon battered and pan or deep fried (salmon is usually pan-grilled). And this was placed in a slightly sweet lemongrass sauce with cooked veggies. This was an unexpected find. For me, when I have Vietnamese food, I have to get me the Vietnamese eggrolls (without it, my meal is not complete!) Salmo dish did take a good 15 minutes because of the way it's prepared. The guy who came out from the kitchen with my order said, "Thank you so much for waiting!" This restaurant should get more attention from people; I think it's understated/underrated. Delicious pho! My bf found this place to be the best pho in Denver, and I don't disagree. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer, then both ordered the beef combo, as he's now convinced me to eat tripe twice. As he is more of a tripe aficionado than me, I'll defer to him, when he said this tripe was particularly delicious. I sampled some, and agree, but gave him my larger tripe. The broth was delicious, as we both agreed, based on pho we've enjoyed in LA... We also each ordered boba: his mango, and mine lychee. The boba was some of the best I've ever had, including the cities above & Chicago, DC, SF... it was soft, juicy, and the perfect firmness & texture. Speaking from experience, consistent Pho take-out. This is my go-to Pho take-out so can't speak about the casual dining aspect. It's always very fast (like 10-15 minutes) and they are very nice when picking up. I've been vindicated by taking my roomie and now she's getting take-out here too. This is a small mom & pop Vietnamese restaurant. Yes, they speak Vietnamese. I always come here for pho since I am only 10 mins away. They never disappoint. The broth is good and you get plenty of meat in the bowl. I come here at night and they are usually not crowded. There are plenty of seating available in the restaurant. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - large combo pho. Noodle texture is good even though it doesn't have as much of a bite as I am used to (they're softer). Some slices of beef got cooked together and were stuck together. So if you don't peel them off each other, it gets very chewy. I put bean sprouts under the noodles as soon as I got it so I didn't mix well. I drank the entire large bowl! The broth wasn't too sweet and salty like some others who put too much MSG. Their mint leaves and sprouts are very fresh and juicy with a good bounce so I don't think they're cutting corners with their ingredients. My dish had a lot of tendons for some reason and luckily I enjoyed very much: om nom nom! Ambience: 5/5- Instrumental music playing in the background. Furnitures and decorations are brown, black, and beige. Nothing superfluous... so no hipster interior design with neon accented colors. The restaurant seems really clean and the tables were set neatly. Condiment bottles filled on all the tables. And the bottles were only slightly sticky which is A+ in my books (compared to other places haha) Service: 5/5 - I was eating pretty late before their closing time. So I appreciated it that she didn't sweep floor too close to me. She also realized that I wanted to be alone so she only checked on me once. Value for Price: 5/5 - Saw so many people taking to-go! Pho 63 sits, unassumingly, in a shopping plaza off of Hampden Ave across the parking lot from Whole Foods. I placed an order for pick up and didn't dine in, but I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant when I walked in. The dining area is quaintly decorated, but the lighting is quite bright. The Pho Ga was prepared as a take out order usually is. The broth containered separately from the chicken, sprouts, onions and basil. I would say the add ins were extremely fresh but some things were lacking. There was barely any cilantro (cilantro pictured was from the Cánh Gà Chiên order). The rice noodles were cooked absolutely perfect for a to go order. Still warm and soft, but not overcooked. I also ordered Cánh Gà Chiên and it was amazing. The crispy meaty wings were perfectly coated in sauce and a blanket of sesame seeds. All in all, the 3 star rating comes from a solid meal but not an over the top flavorful experience. read more

I was trying to find a place where I could watch a football game and get a good meal... This was the closest restaurant to my apartment with a TV. They have great vegan options from egg rolls to fried rice, rice noodles, and steamed rice with vegetables and/or tofu. They also have a great assortment of condiments and sauces at the table. The prices are pretty average I'd say. I was a little disappointed that there was no vegan pho though. It's a really nice place and I was glad that they let me stay and watch the game. I'm not sure if they liked that I was sitting there watching after I finished my food though. I would happily return for next week's round of football games if they don't mind. This cute Vietnamese place is located in the Whole Foods parking closest to the new cvs. It's a casual but clean spot to get some delicious food and whether we dine in or do take-out it's always been fresh and delicious! The pho is good but the broth is not quite as flavorful as other spots we've tried. Still a solid option and we also enjoy the vermicelli bowls and spring rolls. Overall we'll keep coming back for more and hope others will continue to support this local spot! read more

I was wondering why all the tables around me ordered something other than pho in a pho restaurant. I ordered a large P5 (flank and rare steak), and it came out quickly. Normally I don't add anything to my pho because I love the flavor of the broth. This broth was a little bland. I had to add chili paste and hoisin sauce to bring up the flavor. Pho is excellent here!!! It was very quiet for a Saturday lunch, so I was a bit hesitant but to my surprise the pho was perfect. I ordered the small pho with steak and tendon. They have 3 sizes. The small was enough for me. They gave us plenty of bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapenos. My friend loves basil so we asked for a bit more and they gave us a bunch!! For an appetizer, we ordered the shrimp summer roll. The roll itself was good but the peanut sauce that came with it was way too runny and had no flavor. Kinda felt like they added water to the original sauce. Disappointed. We ended up just dipping the roll in the hoisin and sriracha sauce. Overall though I was satisfied because the pho was delicious. We were very lazy on New Years Day and were craving Pho. We like to try different Pho places based on reviews so we decided to give Pho 63 a try. We recently discovered Spring Rolls w/ Steamed Shrimp. I really liked theirs because they were neatly and tightly wrapped. I am not a fan of messy food, so I'm easily annoyed when I bite into a loosely wrapped Spring Roll and everything starts falling out. I'm glad that wasn't the case here! Their Peanut Sauce is my favorite so far. The best part was the smashed peanut topping - You can't see that in the picture because my boyfriend was too excited to eat that he mixed the sauce before I took my pictures. We split the large Rare Steak Pho and it made a good size portion for both of us. The toppings were fresh and it tasted good. It was pretty average. This place just opened up and you can tell they are still trying to work out the kinks. They did a great job in renovating the existing space--it is very open, clean and inviting. The servers were very friendly but a little disorganized--kept coming back to the table to take our order and then would forget certain things. This I definitely attribute to it being a new place. We ordered the Vietnamese Rolls and the filling was okay, but too pasty. We then ordered the Pho and the meat was a little skimpy and the broth could have been more flavorful. The regular rolls were good. I found the prices a little high but will come back in a few months to try it out again. read more

Barber Shop meets Pho. Pure enjoyment. If you have seen the movie Barber Shop then no explanation needed. Two barbers sitting around debating at the top of their lungs, basketball, politics, music etc. At about the time they sound like they are about to come to blows, they all start laughing. Meet Pho 63. When I walked in the workers not busy were sitting around in chairs having a good time, at times serious, at times yelling with smiles... but entirely in a foreign language. The fact that I was there listening to every word didn't even register. One nice lady was going in and out of the kitchen walking in between people giving her opinion and just kept walking. At one point they all were basically yelling at each other... then they all started laughing. I don't know what they were debating. Politics, business, people, music... but they were having a great time. It was pure, free entertainment an I enjoyed every minute. None of this impacted the Pho. The Pho. Really good. On point. Broth was clear and tasty. Honestly it was good. My normal order is steak and brisket and I loved it. Its close to work so I will be back. Spring Rolls were great. I needed to order more peanut sauce because there wasn't enough for two rolls. No prob. Atmosphere - clean. Location - Next to Whole Foods, small and easy to miss at the far end of the parking lot. Look for it right across the street from Target. People - entertaining, friendly. Service - Fast. Price - really good price, 7.50 for medium.
