Who gets piping hot Pho on an 86 degree day? ME! THAT'S WHO! I've driven past this location many times and after jet setting across the country the past few weekends, I figured laying low, with a bowl of pho, was the perfect way to spend the evening. I really dig a few things about this place: STAR 1: The staff is beyond friendly and have their priorities straight. I called ahead to place my order for pick up and a nice man answered, took my order and said it would be ready in 5 minutes! By the time I arrived, everything was ready to go! While at the counter paying for my meal, another customer at a nearby table was shouting for the man (who was waiting tables and assisting in to go orders), and demanded he come to the table. I looked at the other customer, shocked that he would be so rude when he could see he was helping me. I interjected saying that he was assisting me at the moment and could help him in a second. the customer was upset, but the server was amazing. He completely ignored the rude customer, and made sure I had everything before heading out the door! AMAZE! STAR 2: The food is bomb! I ordered the large pho (chicken and shrimp), and although there was only 3 pieces of large shrimp in my meal, it tasted delicious! Not only was the bowl HUGE, but it was full of flavor! I added the traditional sauces to the soup, but the broth was perfect by itself! mmmmm! Their extended menu looked quite tasty, although I didn't indulge. The hubs loves Chinese and Vietnamese food, so i know we'll return :) STAR 3: Prices are insanely cheap - especially for this are of town, the DTC! My large pho was just $9 with no additional charges for the shrimp! STAR 4: Located in the Tiffany Plaza shopping mall, it's close to home and surrounded by other businesses if fellow diners aren't interested in pho! This place did the job for me when I needed it. I was hungry and needed a quick bite of healthy food. I tried their Vietnamese noodle bowl with grilled shrimp. It was just enough to hit the spot and tasty. The cafe was clean and the waitstaff is friendly and prices average. I would really give it 3.5 stars as the experience and food is average, but I dont believe in shortchanging on stars! read more

We were on vacation when we stopped by for dinner around 6:30 PM. I was scared at first because I didn't know how it was going to turn out. Since I wasn't from the area I didn't know what was good and what wasn't. This was the closest Vietnamese place from our Hotel. We order Spring rolls, one kid pho, one large pho, and Com Tam. (Rice Platter) Spring rolls were good. About a good amount and decent size. The pho broth was pretty good. Where we are from the broth is more sweet. (Southern) At Pho 63 their broth is more Northern. Which was pretty good. Their portion size for the large bowl was huge. There was about a good amount of almost a pound of pho noodles in there. They were very generous with their portion size. Com Tam was very flavorful too. The dining area is very clean and organize. Only thing i wasn't used to is they didn't have chili oil. They had chili sauce but wasn't the chili oil. I will definitely recommend this place for whoever is in the area. read more

This place is Bomb! The two times I have been here it has been empty but they have a lot of people coming in for picking up their food. The food is has a very good quality and the service is amazing. Went here for the 1st- and only time- today to meet a girlfriend. Typical Pho type restaurant. Had to walk up to the counter to order appetizers because mom and pop never came over. Later had to motion to them to place our order.She ordered rice and shrimp dish, I ordered vegetable pad tai. I had to send my dish back, it was pretty much tasteless and tasted... old?? Yuck. Idk, but not yummy at all. My friends dish was pretty bland, she ate half and left the rest, no to-go box needed... had to ask for the check, felt abandoned at the table for the most part. Will not be back, although we noticed regulars coming in and getting Pho, so it must be good with Pho?? Before starting this review, I should mention that I would say I only know three foods enough to judge critically: tacos, BBQ, and pho... This place had only been open for about week when I visited. I had the large combination pho bowl. Personally, I think Pho Duy on Federal has the best pho in Denver so i often use that as a standard. With Pho Duy being a 10/10, I'd rate this bowl about a 7/10. The broth was flavorful and not too salty, but they were a little light on the meat. I was a little confused when they didn't bring out a plate with bean sprouts, peppers, mint leaves, and limes as typical at pho restaurants. I looked around and this seemed to be the case with all tables. Lastly, the amount of MSG used wasn't overpowering. No matter where you go, the pho will have some MSG in it, using the right amount is very important. If pho has too much MSG in it, it leaves your tongue feeling numb for hours after eating it. That wasn't the case here... The service wasn't great. The restaurant had about 8 people in it and it was 20 minutes before I got water and they took my order. It took another 20 minutes to get my bowl of pho. You could tell they were still trying to figure things out because the staff was running around trying to fill orders, which is typical of new restaurants. That aside, everyone was very friendly and everything looked very clean, even the kitchen (you're able to peek into it from the register). I will return in a month or two and have another go at Pho 63 once they get the hang of things. This part of Denver does not have many pho restaurants, especially good ones, so I see big potential here. I sparked a conversation with the waiter and he mentioned that they also deliver!!! This is rare of pho restaurants! If this place can make a good bowl of pho next time I visit, I foresee myself coming here often. read more

Visit #: 1 Will be back! I love pho, but usually the only time I order it is when I have a cold. Cue last night. The ambiance is similar to most pho joints--not much in the way of decor, but that's fine by me. The less pretentious the better. The service is great--there was one waiter working the dining area and busing tables, but he never failed to check in and refill our water. I was very impressed. Okay, the pho! SO tasty. I ordered the chicken and veggie (veggie = broccoli, thin sliced carrots, cauliflower, onion) pho because I'm convinced that influenza is no match for chicken pho...ordinarily I get the traditional beef broth. However, I didn't even miss my normal beef broth -- the chicken broth was clear but well seasoned. Almost on the verge of too salty, but not quite. Very rich spice depth and if I didn't want a little spice to help the sinuses, I probably would have forgone all Sriracha and only added a bit of basil. Luckily, they also had great bun bowls for my boyfriend to choose from as he's not pho's biggest fan. His was equally delicious with a combo of flavorful meats, well-cooked vermicelli, and some strange little fried things resembling mini egg rolls that tasted like heaven. While I did love that there was hand sanitizer at every table during COVID times, the pho just fell flat. The brisket tasted like it had been frozen for awhile and just recently thawed. There wasn't a lot of flavor in the broth, and the crab wontons were mediocre too. read more

I'm a pho snob. I like a flavorful broth that isn't overly salty. Most places are too salty to appreciate the flavor. Pho 63 has a great broth and lots of combinations of pho to try. If you aren't in to pho, their noodle bowls are also great, especially on a hot day. Hung over? They open early, have a bowl of pho for breakfast and you'll be good as new! read more

Expect typical Vietnamese fare from this place. I usually order beef vermicelli plates from other places, but decided to go for "C1," their combo rice platter with shrimp (didn't eat that, don't like seafood), beef, pork, egg, chicken, eggroll(?). Everything tasted pretty much as expected. Perhaps the pork was a bit underseasoned, but that was the only minor issue. That's because there was a major issue. Someone must not be fully on top of things because there was a strand of hair on top of my beef. I had already come down to just 3 pieces of meat left. After flagging the waiter to let him know of the issue, he quickly consulted his boss to let us know that we wouldn't be charged for the plate. I give high props for the quick customer service, problem-less bathrooms and virtually-just right food, but maybe don't come on a Thursday evening, or look out for the dude in the back with a T-shirt and no hair net. read more

I'm a fan. Seriously. It's not easy to get 4 stars out of me, but this place does. It's one of my favorite pho places in Denver. The price is reasonable, the service fast - like, ridiculously fast. I've eaten in once. For a dine in environment, it's lovely - clean and organized, with a lovely visual appeal to it. I pick up take out from them more regularly. The first time I walked in to order (my habitual pattern), it was ready within five minutes. It's taken a little longer at other times, but never more than fifteen minutes, and they've always been happy to get me some water while I wait. Do check what's in your order. Super fast, super smiley, very nice parking lot in the front. I came here for dinner and I am a crazy PHO lover. Generous, traditional portions. Love the combination bowls. Every Pho knows what that is, but sometimes on the menu, it's listed differently. I do enjoy the combination bowl a lot. This place is solid. We usually come before a movie at the Elvis or after. The food is good and the wait staff is Courteous. My favorite is the combination plate with a Little bit of everything over rice. The egg rolls are delicious! Hubby usually gets the pho and the soup is flavorful, not watery like I've had in a few places. I just left this place 30 minutes ago. I feel so disgusting right now! There was an old guy served to my table. When he brought my food his finger was in to my pho (i understand that sometimes waiters do that accidentally ) and when i tried to help him he touched my hand in purpose (i can really tell that for sure!). I was like making myself calm down and eat my pho but the pho had no taste. I ordered beef pho but the beef was looks like a chicken really white and no taste. Clean inside. Food is good but the meat portion is a lot less compared to other pho restaurants. However, I come here quite often due to the close proximity to my house. The waiter that works in the restaurant messed up my order twice--one to go and one while I dined at the restaurant. I asked for no tendon but instead my pho has tendon but no tripe! He is very nice and refill my water from time to time. Also, not to be mean but may I suggest he comb his hair before going to work. Every time I come in, he looks like he just rolled out of bed and didn't bother to look what his hair is like. I think it's just basic courtesy for customers to look somewhat tidy. read more

Pretty darn good pho. Very quick and friendly service. The egg rolls were greasy and more wrap than filling. I ordered medium meatball pho and there was only one sliced meatball which seemed a little skimpy from what I'm used to in my soup. Flavor of the pho was delicious though! read more

Restaurant is clean and staff are friendly. We ordered a steak pho, 4 appetizers, 2 bobas and a side fried rice. First of all, the prices on the menu don't reflect what they charge for the meal. Second, the pho was very small and the appetizers were very bland. The appetizers had slivers of meat and the food was filled with fillers essentially. The tapioca balls tasted old as if it was sitting out too long. Lastly, the fried rice was rice, oil and scrambled eggs. That's it. Overall, 2 stars because of the ambience but I would definitely not recommend. Interestingly enough there were two other tables who had complaints and issues with the checks too. Oh well. I have ate at my fair share of pho restaurants. This one defitnetley makes it to my top 5 in Denver. The simple fact that they have forks, chop sticks and spoons ready at the table was a plus for me. The young waiter was very friendly and server as well. My kids ordered the kids pho and we ordered 2 orders of spring rolls. Everything was delicious !! My son even wanted an extra pho. This place just opened and we had to try it out. My husband and I both had pho. I have only had pho a few times in my life, so I'm not an expert, but I really enjoyed this place. I had the chicken, and my husband had the rare steak and flank. We also ordered crabmeat wontons (which seemed to have real crab meat in them...something you don't see too often anymore). The place was very clean (it is new), and the staff were great. Very attentive and we were able to put our order in within 5 min or sitting. It wasn't terribly busy at the time (around 8-10 other people). I hope this place sticks around, because I really like pho and there isn't one anywhere else in this area that I'm aware of.
