By far, the best pho restaurant in the surrounding Denver area. The broth is perfect, and not too fatty like other pho restaurants. It is my favorite place to grab a delicious bowl of noodles. A nice little spot for this side of town. This area isn't exactly a hotbed of Asian cuisine, especially pho-related. But I was straight up craving a bowl of pho one evening, and wasn't feeling the drive to Federal. I'd seen this place's sign multiple times, and knew I'd eventually be in. Finally made it in. The place was oddly clean. That isn't to say most pho places aren't clean, but let's be honest... most pho places could use a good scrub down and a heavy dose of bleach. But Pho 63 was spotless, clean, and well-taken care of. Staff was nice. They seated us quickly, offered fast service, were smiling, and took good care of us and our fellow diners at other tables. The food was pretty solid. Well, the pho was, as that is all we got. Mine was chock full of tasty meats, and did well some some spice added. The broth was unique; I think anise was added? It was certainly unlike any other pho broth I had ever had, and it took me (both of us) by surprise. It was a good surprise though! Cheap, as pho prices usually are. But the bowl was good-sized, full of meat, and hit the spot. I do like a beer with my pho, but this place does not serve alcohol. Bummer! I'll still go to Federal Blvd for my top-notch pho, but Pho 63 is a solid option in the area. read more

Don't get me wrong, their pho is delicious, I'm giving them 2 starts because this is the second time I have ordered pho to-go, and both times my orders have been off. First time I didn't get the pho I ordered. This last order, I didn't receive any siracha or hoizon (not sure if that is spelled correctly) sauce. If I didn't already have some at my house already, I would have been extremely upset. I'm hoping this review will only help them to focus on the details on orders to-go. read more

Checked out this restaurant on a weekday, mid-afternoon. The first thing I noticed is, it's a lot spacious on the inside than looking at it from outside. Clean quiet setting, as noted at the time I was there. It probably gets busy at night or on weekends. Nice artworks on the wall. Service was quick. I'm a big fan of pho and so, as you guessed, I ordered a medium beef meatball pho. The medium bowl is quite large so don't be too quick to get a large, except you have a big appetite :). We also tried the combination fried rice and some fried chicken: flavored with sweet sauce. The food was tasty; however, I have had better. Regardless, I recommend checking this place out. This place is where you go for quick service and amazing food. The pho here is so light and fresh tasting. The egg rolls and wontons are some of my favorite appetizers. I've only tried the watermelon flavor of boba drinks, it was good. The couple that own the restaurant are very nice. My daughter had grilled beef and steam rice and I had pad thai with shrimp. My kid kept finding fat in the beef and the steam rice was dry. My pad thai was so oily and not flavorful. The shrimp barely seemed sauted enough and it was very bland. Finally my daughter wanted a boba and she got chocolate and it was like chocolate ice. I had bobas before were they were thicker and tasted more like a smoothie. Their customer service is good but their food is not great other than pho. We won't be back. read more

We were in the mood for pho, and the place closest to us isn't the best, so we figured we'd try something new. When we came in is wasn't super busy but was about half full. Like usual we didn't know what size to get so we each ordered a medium pho and some spring rolls. While we were waiting one thing we noticed is that there were a ton of people coming in to pick up pho (I didn't even know that was a thing). Our spring rolls came out. I thought they were good, and had good flavor. They had the traditional Vietnamese rice casing which I was fine with, but my fiancé thought it was kind of awkward. It's just something you have to be ready for, and realize that's how it's supposed to be served anyway. The pho got there and I was pleasantly surprised. I've gotten used to pho that is mostly broth with a touch of noodles, and touch of meat. That was definitely not the case here. There were plenty of noodles and a lot of meat. It also took me a little longer to eat than normal because I don't usually use chopsticks, ever. But that's all that was brought, and I didn't want to be the silly white boy that has to ask for a fork with his soup. All in all, it tasted pretty great and left me very full. But not full enough to forgo my traditional after pho boba. I ended up getting the taro boba and it was pretty tasty. The boba balls were cooked right, but you could tell on the taro they used a powder and not actual taro (though few places use real taro). It was a good experience and I'll for sure start using them for take-out pho, since I haven't found any great Chinese take-out around yet. read more

I've been to Pho 63 twice now and I really enjoyed both my visits getting pho tai. The broth is flavorful. The rice noodles have the right amount of chew to them. The steak is sliced thinly and dispersed evenly. I read in earlier reviews that some didn't get the garnish tray but that's been done both times I was there. The environment is super clean which I definitely appreciated. The prices are really cheap as well. I usually get a medium and it's only $7.75 here. read more

I enjoyed my first visit to Pho 63 today. The restaurant was clean and bright. I ordered the rare steak pho and enjoyed it. While it was nothing out of the ordinary, the broth was well-flavored and there was a good balance of noodles and meat. I also tasted the beef from the beef noodle bowl and it was very flavorful and tender. The service was quick and cordial. The one ding I would give the restaurant would be the prices as I felt they were just a skosh high. Went here for lunch...got the medium brisket pho and the brisket was one of the best I've had in a long time. The broth was a little oily but had good flavor. The sprouts, jalapeños, and basil that came out were all very fresh! The reason for the 4 stars instead if 5 was because our waitress didn't give us water. Also the sauce cups were not provided until we asked for it. And we were charged for a different table's bill. They are brand new so I know there are some staffing kinks to iron out. Mostly a 3.5 star review but i'll round up to 4 as we will likely be back. The restaurant itself is in a strip mall and offers very little charm. Huge ceilings, a couple TV's, music playing lightly in the back. Almost felt like you were in a waiting room or a cafeteria. The place was pretty clean though just not much ambiance. Our server was very quick, we were immediately seated and brought waters and menus. The place was almost full, too. Food came out in 10 or 15 minutes. I got the vegetable and tofu pho and the husband got one of the beef ones. We both enjyoed it but added a ton of siracha and were looking for a little more spice. Great value for the money, and like i said, the waittress was very sweet. We will be back on another cold night. read more

Tried once, won't try again. Pho was ok. Service was terrible. I took a to go order, asked lids for the little to go cups, to put extra hot sauce, soy and the good stuff on the table. He took the cups handed me one tiny cup of the sauce. Didn't get hot sauce, didn't get soy. All the stuff at the table that you normally get all you want. Very rude, very stingy. I even tipped 30% prior to this little transaction since it was a snowy day and I appreciated them being open. Too bad! I just moved across the street. Could have been a go too.
