It was either here or Pearl of Siam and i am SOO HAPPY we chose Golden Saigon!! The waiters made my party feel so welcome as they brought out our appetizers and a little extra which was perfect as we just came back from our flight STARVING. We finished almost everything and the portion sizes were just right. I've eaten at many pho spots and Golden Saigon had a great ratio of savory and sweetness i. their bowl. Will come again

Food: Fresh, great portion, tasty and authentic in my humble opinion. They served me with complimentary dumpling that is perfect size & tasty tender pork with perfect seasoning. The complimentary ginger ale is aid me so much for good digestion. They are so generous & give me a to go cup as well! Shrimp Spring rolls is in good portion (6 pieces) for $6! And the sauce is in well blended taste & texture. Pho is in tasty not too salty or sweet broth. Not oily either. Plenty of brisket, tendon, tripe & meatball. Plus, a lot of side Thai basil & bean sprouts. Beyond expectation! Service: 6/5 stars service. Very attentive, fast, just complement for ginger ale then you get to go cup on your way out. I wishes all of the restaurant still train her staffs this level of 20% worth the tips. Ambiance: Lots of plants, kind of remind me of lazy susan, fine dinning Chinese restaurant where my parents dragged me along to meet up with their friends once a month atmosphere. Vintage, nostalgia & classy vibes with a fish tank( for good Fortune). Over all: 10% off for cash pay. If you are looking for an old school, well established & impressive service with authentic Vietnamese & unbeatable value please discard the cover of this old book. It really a hidden gems of authentic Vietnamese foods in Aurora.

Golden Saigon consistently has the best, friendliest service and delicious food. I never get tired of eating there and the menu has a great variety - but my favorite is the curry. Tonight I tried the lamb curry and it didn't disappoint. All of our entrees had so many fresh vegetables that were cooked perfectly and lots of lamb/shrimp/beef (depending on what we ordered). And the portions are large. The restaurant is always clean and when the Littles come with us they love to watch the fish in the aquarium. The staff works together to make sure no one is ever waiting for anything no matter how crowded they get. You can't go wrong eating at Golden Saigon.

Family takeout order with a large shrimp pho, large tai lean steak pho, beef chow fun, BUN grilled shrimp with rice noodles, we got comped crab Rangoon which were so yummy and an extra order of the largest fresh spring rolls I have ever eaten. I had to split the spring roll because they were so large. The only suggestion was that the beef close fun should have had more "wok hai" more fried wok flavor vs sautéed. The food was good, we will be back.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed them sooner! Golden Saigon is a staple in our household. We took a little break from them when we moved further away, but we're back in Aurora and they will see our faces more. Any time we are in, they treat us so well! The parking lot can be a little crowded but theres usually a spot somewhere. Their food is fantastic! The Sesame tofu is so good and they have the best in all of Denver. Mama Le's curry is another standout that is savory and warm. It's a vietnamese curry so it has a slight sweet taste and reminds me of my family's home cooking. Their wings are pretty good as well! One time, their special of the day was Bo Kho, which is my favorite vietnamese soup, behind Pho, but Pho transcends labels. Their Bo Kho was perfect; slightly greasy and very hearty paired with a crispy loaf of Banh Mi. Their homemade ginger beer is also delicious! I'm salivating just writing this. Planning my next visit now!

They're always very kind here! Service is fast and the food is fresh, well seasoned, and just delicious. They don't skimp on portions either, it's worth what you pay.

    Spicy beef, medium ($16.95)

I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant but was pleasantly surprised! Ambience at this restaurant is definitely unique - kind of dark, steakhouse vibes. I appreciated the well-cared for orchid that was at my table. I ordered the spicy beef in the medium size ($16.95), which the server kindly explained was similar to Bun Bo Hue (but was not made traditionally with all the pork fixings). It took quite a while to get my order, maybe around 30 minutes. Servers were really apologetic about the wait and continuously came by to check up on me and brought out complimentary ginger ale and chicken dumplings. Service is one of the best I have experienced, especially for an Asian restaurant. The spicy beef was different from what I am used to, but it was delicious nonetheless. It had a good amount of spice and shredded cabbage. The lemongrass flavor was prominent; my only suggestion might be straining the broth prior to serving because I had to keep picking out fibrous pieces of lemongrass that were inedible. I am a creature of habit and tend to lean towards more authentic preparations of Vietnamese food, but I would recommend this restaurant for folks who are a bit more open-minded and adventurous eaters.

This place is hidden pretty well but we came across it, visiting that area. I had the pho but I forgot to take pictures. It was good but it was missing the bean sprouts, and peppers you get at other restaurants. Regardless, it was still pretty good. My wife had the Mongolian beef and she enjoyed it, after taking some of my pho. My son's really like the chicken. It was too sweet for my taste but that how they like it The staff was nice and helped us with a few things. And the restaurant was beautiful, on the inside.

I'm so impressed by this place. From the vibes to the staff to the food. Everything was so good!!! The servers were so caring and always ask how we were doing and the food came out so fast and the portion of the food was definitely worth what we paid for. Definitely recommend this place for locals and visitors!!! 10/10

The servers were patient and thorough about questions on menu items. Appetizers were great we got free pot stickers because I think server saw it was almost my birthday when checking my ID. Also the unfiltered sake was nice and sweet. The seating layout and aesthetics were very pleasing as well. Very good experience here will be coming here again!

Let's get straight to the point!! Food!! We ordered springs rolls for app and they brought us steamed dumpling and crab Rangoon on the house. We were surprised definitely no complaints. Our main dish i got the combination bun bowl, daughter got steamed rice and sesame chicken and my boyfriend got the chicken and beef lo mein. Food came out nice and hot and all was delish. I didn't realize how big the portion was. Me and my daughter couldn't finish ours. The service was great we beat the dinner rush but still a little busy. Definitely casual, a bit dark great place for dinner and lunch lots of seating. Would go again!!! We were surprised for the 3 of us less then $60

This was without a doubt the best vegan soup I've ever had. I'm pescatarian and they have so so many options. The team working was awesome, they took our dietary restrictions into account and were really great. It's a warm and cozy restaurant, we loved it and will be back!

The best Vietnamese food I've ever had. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The fresh wraps were excellent, and I highly recommend the cheese wontons and dumplings , they were some of the best we've ever had. The pho was on another level. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portions were generous, especially with the amount of meat. One of the managers explained that they prepare their pho in small batches, which many restaurants do not do anymore because it is not as cost-effective. It really makes a difference, though, because the soup here tasted fresh and full of flavor, never watered down. The service was amazing as well. Everyone was so kind, they even gave us a ginger drink to help with digestion and an extra appetizer. They also offer a discount if you pay in cash. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was calm and welcoming.

No- but you should know MSG is completely harmless. It's salt with some flavorings is all. The idea that MSG was bad came from junk science long outdated and debunked.

    Yes and it's very good

Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!
