Pho Haus is our go-to neighborhood pho spot! The pho is consistently good and comes out steaming hot. We never had to wait for a seat and the servers are always super nice and attentive. Our go to is the traditional pho with the trio or meatballs. The spring rolls are also pretty good, we've gotten the shrimp and tofu ones. The specials are tasty too. I always want to try the Vietnamese coffee but we usually come for dinner which is way too late for such a strong coffee. One of these days we will have to try it - we've seen others get it and it looks so good. Pho Haus is a solid pho spot and you can't go wrong here with their giant bowl of noodles. Was feeling under the weather yesterday and this place hit the spot! The bag was everything that it was delivered in. I am pretty sure they are owned by Pho & Bar or same owners. The flavors and quality were similar to Pho & Bar. Just found a backup Pho place to Pho & Bar. I got the grilled chicken Pho with traditional style. My husband got the steak one and he loved it. I know it's seems crazy to go to a pho joint and not get any pho, that wasn't my intention when I visited. I was really craving for pho (given it's a true cure to many things [especially hangovers]), but I saw some other items you don't usually find. Like the Yellow Chicken Curry served with your choice of rice or FRENCH BREAD! Uh yes please. It's usually how my mom makes it so seeing this option created a flutter in my heart. And we also got the Banh Xeo which was made just right, crispy yet savory, and the dipping sauce was perfect. The staff caught me taking a shot of what was left. I believe she packed me extra to take home with my leftovers. Space is small and cute but bright and open. This is the first time I've had Pho in Denver and it was really good! I ordered delivery and the food was thoughtfully packaged. Portions were plentiful and I had more than enough for another meal. Winter has finally hit the Mile High City and to celebrate I got a hot bowl of pho. I went Sunday night and it was a 30 minute wait for a table for two. The wait was worth every second. We started with Thai Iced Teas and lemongrass chicken dumplings from the specials. The dumplings were a good size for an appetizer and had good flavor. The haus pho has some of the best broth I have tasted in recent memory. I don't think it needed any sriracha or hoisin sauce added. I was very hungry and was barely able to finish the whole bowl. Coming from the Bay, I didn't think this place would match the pho I would get back home. Boy, was I wrong. Me and my girlfriend came here and were pleasantly surprised how good the pho was. We came here on a Friday night when it was freezing outside. A good night for Pho, right? Apparently, half of Denver had the same idea as us, so there was a line out the door. They told us that there would be a 45 minute wait, which was accurate, but we were willing to wait. (Inaccurate wait times are a pet peeve for me, but I know it's tough to predict). Ordered the House Pho with the meat trio option. Only saw one type of meat (sliced, circular). Meat Trio is supposed to have chicken, beef and shrimp (according to the online menu since I don't quite remember what the paper menu listed). But I only got beef. That part I remember. Got a small side of veggies and had to ask for the second one. Usually Vietnamese restaurants provide a generous large plate of soybean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and lime. Now I love a spring roll but it should be noodles in center one nice big lettuce leaf wrapped around and shrimp on outside with rice paper keeping it all in. I had my doubts that pho/bun bu hue could be this good in Denver coming from San Francisco, but holy cow! Probably the best Vietnamese soup place I've ever been to. What made it so special? The broth is insanely good, fresh, clean and homey. The meat quality was also great and generous- you can easily turn one bowl into two meals if you don't pig out like I did. The space is also pretty cool, and clean! They were very thoughtful about how they package the broth and noodles separately. Best pho I've had in the states for sure! I came with a big group of people do it took some time for us to get seating, but once we were seated they were incredibly attentive and checked in on us regularly. I ordered the haus pho with a thai tea. The haus pho was incredible, the extra spice it had is very unique. I sometimes find adding sriracha or other spices in pho covers the taste of the broth, but this accentuated it perfectly. The thai tea was also one of the best I have had in Denver. This is a cool spot for pho! And the first time I went anywhere that there were broth options! Say what?! Yes, please! I like options! The server was great and offered me a taste of the different broth (Haus vs Traditional). The Haus broth was saltier and fishier. I wasn't sure if I wanted a whole bowl of it though, but the traditional seemed boring ... and it hit my mind a mix of them but the words didn't leave my mouth. The server, who was on point, offered if I wanted half and half -- perfect! Exactly what I was thinking and I'd recommend this to all of you! Try it, something different with a little more flavor to it. The sides were a smaller portion than I've seen anywhere (e.g., basil, sprouts, lime, jalapeno) but the server was more than fine bringing me more. I'm sure so much goes to waste, so probably a better idea to let people like me ask for more versus others who don't use it or eat it all. I'm fine with that! We did a sake bomb, as well, and our server helped us figure that out, lol. It's been a hot minute since I've done one. It's a small spot, but worth waiting and grabbing a drink somewhere next door until your table is ready if there's a waitlist.
