Very busy for one waitress. Did not seem to have much time to spare. That was just getting my seat and placing my order. The meal came from I would guess the chef in back. He actually checked in with me a couple times during my meal to ensure everything was good. Everything was good, the food was really good. I would definitely recommend the shaking beef and the crispy rolls. One star was removed because they do not accept American Express. It is definitely worth a visit for good food and decent atmosphere.

The worst experience of my entire life.. I always order here for Vietnamese food , i made a to go order and found a F*** COCKROACH on my food. Do not order here !!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered via doordash so I am not sure of any restaurant specific things. When I got my food - it was still hot and everything was as ordered. I got the small beef meatball pho and the spring rolls to start. I had click to add Siracha and hoisin sauce which was extra. I got two small containers already set with a ratio of each. My ratio would've been less Siracha and more hoisin. Not sure why they just didn't get them separated. The Small size was plenty for me especially since i had the spring rolls first. The peanut sauce was a little too liquid-y and tasted a little off to what I prefer but the spring rolls were fresh.

Food was amazing and good. I'm from the SF Bay Area, California and there's authentic food there. I came to this restaurant with low expectation but to my surprise it was really good and I would come here again. The service was speedy and friendly also. Neat and clean environment. This place accepts cards except American Express credit. Spacious area and modern looking.

Saigon Bistro is still our go to and we ended up getting some dessert this time with flan and OMG it was so good. Service is great, restaurant is super clean and we will absolutely be back as long as they'll have us!

I love this place! Great place to satisfy my craving for authentic Vietnamese food. Everyone is so nice and the restaurant is super clean. I had the hu tieu tom cua this time. Huge bowl, could barely finish it. Broth was soo delicious.

The inside was very clean and nice and the service was great. The crab was tasty and it filled us up. The sauce was sweet, spicy and tangy, which was great. The egg rolls were really good and tasted fresh.

Saigon Bistro is a delicious option when you're craving Vietnamese food. I saw pictures of their bun bo hue online and had the biggest craving for it. The restaurant is clean and bright. They play videos of scenic Vietnam in the background and it's lovely to watch while you wait for your food. Husband and I ordered their soft shell crab. It was fresh and fried perfectly. Deep fried foods + refreshing veggies are a wonderful combination! Husband got the combination rice plate and finished it clean. All the proteins were seasoned well. I got the bun bo hue I was craving. I wish the broth was more flavorful and the pork knuckle not so tough, but it hit the spot overall. Staff is friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Love their pho and vermicelli with an egg roll. Their summer rolls are also pretty great.

I was really hoping to love Saigon Bistro based on the Yelp reviews but it just didn't hit the spot for me. I work near the Anchutz campus at the VA hospital and whenever I'm in a pinch I am always on the lookout for good delivery/takeout. Sadly Saigon Bistro just didn't meet that mark for me. Granted, it may have been because it was a take out order versus dine-in. My coworker and I were starving so decided to splurge on our delivery order. I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls and Grilled Pork Noodle Bowl while he ordered the Coconut Periwinkle Snails and BBQ Pork Mein (#86b). I thought the shrimp spring rolls were lacking flavor as they were almost bland. The shrimp itself was cut in half so it wasn't very filling either. The grilled pork noodle bowl was pretty large so I could save half to eat later. I'm glad I paid for the extra $1.25 for the sriracha/hoisin sauce (especially because it turns out we had none at work). My coworker had similar reactions to his meal, mostly saying it was just alright. Given the prices of almost $20 per entree, I was hoping it would be more of a flavorful dish. I don't except to order here again sadly.

First off, i want to say that this place has a really nice menu. The inside was pretty clean and we sat at the booth. Let get to the food. We order a snail dish. It came in a hot iron plate and the sauce on the snail taste and smell really good. We order a pho combination and the broth was actually good. It wasnt too water down. Adding the onion oil to the dish made it taste much better. The bun bu hue was actually not that delicious. It was very water down and it just taste like spicy water down broth. I do like the fact that it comes with a good amount of meat. We also got the rice with grill meat (shrimp, pork, chicken and beef) it was so yummy. I would definitely get that. The portion for that is amazing! The meat was sweet but it still tasted savory as well. The last one we got was the lo mein and it didnt taste that good. I think if it was stir instead of using hard cook noodle it would have been better. All the dish was pretty decent and good. Would recommend!

This place is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Aurora. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it.

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. The first thing she commented on was how delicious the broth is. It's golden, warm, and savory like a big hug for your insides. I'm picky with my pho broth and this place is on point. I've been in Central California for the past 6 years, so it was great to finally have some PHOnomenal pho. The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help me. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one that would bring me back.

I had a dinner reservation for 1 at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. First off, I appreciate that they let me have a table seat to myself. I know a lot of places that want solo diners at the bar. My waitress was absolutely perfect, she gave me such excellent recommendations and really helped shape my meal. Everything she recommended was fantastic. I had 3 dishes, because I wanted to try everything. I would've been fine with 2, since these portion sizes were pretty generous, but I just had to. My first dish was the trứng và trứng - soft scrambled egg, brown butter, fish sauce, trout roe, rice. This was so comforting, so homey, so warm. It was exactly what I needed after a long weekend of working. Get this. My second dish was the tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm - shrimp cake, butter, trout roe, mint. You're probably thinking this is like a fried crab cake, but it wasn't. There's basically no breadcrumbs in this, so it's more like when you get shrimp paste at hot pot. It was so tender, moist, and so flavorful. And of course, my veggie choice was the bắp cải luộc - charred cabbage, anchovy breadcrumbs, egg yolk. My waitress had said this was basically if they put charred cabbage on top of the filling in a deviled egg and she was right. This was so good. If you're into deviled eggs at all, get this.
