I stopped by here for lunch while visiting my partner during his break from work nearby, and I can definitely see why he likes this place so much. He ordered the pho, which he gets pretty often, and after trying a sip of the broth myself, I completely understood the hype. The broth had such a rich, flavorful taste on its own and honestly didn't need the usual overload of sauces, hoisin, sriracha, or lime juice to make it enjoyable. You could tell it had been simmered well and actually had depth instead of tasting watered down like some places do. I ended up ordering the sesame chicken plate, and man, it was GOOD. The chicken was crispy without being overly greasy, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and savory flavor. The portions were generous too, which I always appreciate because some places barely give you enough food for the price. One thing I really loved was that the plate came with eggrolls on the side. They were crispy, fresh, and paired perfectly with the meal. It made the whole plate feel complete instead of like something was missing. This was just a quick trip to do a carry out on the way home. It's a small restaurant with no frills set up. Once you enter, greeted by the waiter. Single rows of 4 seaters set up at either side. Ordered my shrimp noodle bowl and sat nearby. Very clean, minimalistic set up. As I was waiting, a lady came in to pick up order and by the way she was asking the owner of current events, she seemed to be a regular customer and the owner was definitely taking care of his customers. I really wanted to like this place, seeing as it has received quite a few good reviews. We picked up dinner to-go and I loved that they had a rare steak, brisket, and tendon option. The rare steak was great, perfectly cooked with the hot broth (pro tip for take out- make sure to reheat your broth to boiling when you get home. Soak your noodles in boiling hot water and then drain them, then add all your toppings and pour to boiling hot soup on top). The tendon was quite small pieces and were all falling apart. The brisket was okay. Nothing to write home about. Pho to me is all about the broth and I feel like the broth was lacking here. It was plenty salty, but the overall lack of aromatic spices in the broth seemed like a miss. Maybe it was an off night for them. I'd be willing to try them again, and once I do- I'll update the review accordingly. Overall portion size was good, pretty decent bang for your buck. read more

Not bad flavor but truly the small is so small that the broth gets very diluted from the noodles etc. End result is , not great pho. Would not recommend this restaurant. I've always like this place and it's where I go for Vietnamese in Highlands Ranch. There's ample parking, it's close to Lincoln and affordable. My go to meal is an iced Vietnamese coffee and the beef rice plate with a spring roll on the side. This trip was a bit frustrating but a first and hopefully last time it happens. As you can see from the pictures, they brought a beef noodle bowl which I'm not a huge fan of. I prefer rice over noodles but I'll still eat it. Also, it was empty when I arrived, since it was only 5:15 but filled up by 5:30. This was well after I ordered and I saw 8 different tables get their order before mine. I've been here 4 times now (3 takeout, 1 dine-in) and I can say their pho is pretty good! The noodle amount is pretty good, but I do wish they came with a bit more of each meat by default (I got the combo pho). The broth was decent although I think it could've used a bit more flavor. So me and my family are eating here now my first review I had mixed up with another place but this the broth was cold. The pork egg rolls had a very weird taste to them. But they do give a lot of meat in there pho. The broth really didn't have like any seasoning or taste to it. I could also hear the person that was cooking the food in the back watching TikTok. Viet Pho grabbed my attention with a huge sign in their window that they are free of both of these so I had to give it a try. The first time I ate there, I had the Pho and thought it was amazing. I've been back a few times since and tried different items - all have been delicious. On this trip hubby and I shared the coconut soup (huge portions) for an appetizer. It is so good!!! For my entree I got the Roll Your Own egg rolls. So. Much. Great. Food!!! Seriously, I made three huge egg rolls and still had three wrappers and at least a half a plate of chicken, rice noodles and fresh veggies left to take home. My husband got the Combination Traditional Noodle Bowl and said it was great. I had the Malbec wine with my dinner and had no room to try a dessert. The service was friendly and efficient as always. I came here with two friends on a Saturday night and it was empty when we walked in. I got the vermicelli with grilled pork and took my friend's shrimp because he didn't want it. The pork was okay but not too flavorful, same with the shrimp which were pretty small. The bowl of vermicelli was quite big and the portion of meat to noodles was pretty good. Despite being close to home and what other yelpers raved about, I just didn't think this place lived up to the hype and was quite disappointed. PRO's ++ Service was friendly, quick and spot on. ++ Portions were generous. ++ Full bar and $2.50 Kirin's all day long! ++ They offer traditional Chinese and Thai cuisine, for those non Pho lovers (like my husband -_-) CON's -- Flavors are beyond bland. I had to jazz it up with A LOT of seasoning to actually enjoy it. -- Noodle to broth ratio. I had a ton of noodles (which I like!) but with very little broth to soak it all up! -- Even though I love a good veggie, this broth had carrots, celery and broccoli in it :/ -- When ordering to go, make sure to get extra sauces, as there was only two little packets of sriracha and ONE packet of fish sauce! I came to try this restaurant after having read all the great reviews about it. There were only 2 tables occupied when I walked in but there were consistently people coming in to pick up to-go orders. The young waitress was very quick in bringing me a glass of ice water and the menu, and checked back with me swiftly to take my order. Since I was very hungry I ordered a large pho with rare beef and tendon, and a side order of steamed vegetables that came with a medley of broccoli, carrots, zucchini, baby bokchoy, and Napa cabbage. The order came very fast but I realized that they had given me brisket instead of tendon. I told the waitress immediately and she immediately responded "no problem, I will bring you some tendon". Within a minute I got my small plate of sliced tendon. What a great attitude and good customer service! The food was very good and the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because of the temperature of the pho broth which was not as hot as I would like it. I really like this place for their Bun, aka Noodle Bowl. I think their grilled beef and chicken is fresh, tender and tasty. The bowls are pretty inexpensive $8-9? I think. Incidentally, I always ask for a little Thai basil or cilantro on the side and they don't charge for that. My husband and I visited last week and he got the Vietnamese curry and didn't like it. I, however LOVED it. It wasn't as strongly flavored as most Thai curry, it was it's "own style" and I appreciated the delicate but succulent flavor. He added hot sauce and enjoyed it a lot more. My little brother got their chicken Pho and it was one of the better chicken Pho I've had. Not ultra bland but not super salty either. We had the cheese wonton aka crab Rangoon here and they were in a VERY thin wrapper. We kind of liked it but I thought it was more crabby than I prefer. My husband who prefers it when cheese wonton has more seafood filling really enjoyed them. Obviously some people love this place and others have different Pho expectations but I haven't been disappointed yet. Their service is pleasant but not overzealous or intrusive.
