This place is Excellent. 11 years ago, we moved up from Colorado Springs to Castle Rock, where there was no Vietnamese food to be found. A friend recommended Viet Pho to us, 15 minute drive, but worth it. We dined in, very casual atmosphere, and the owners waited on us. Excellent noodle bowl, combo!!! We left very happy. 2 weeks later we came back, "Bie" waves at us from the counter..."Hey, Gary, Heidi, great to see you again". We have been coming back ever since. My favorite is the combo noodle bowl, but on a cold night, the combo pho is to die for. We usually do take out now, but it is a once every 2 weeks or so place on our habit list. read more

Ordered grilled beef, combo pho, spring rolls, and crab cheese wontons for delivery. Delivery time was average at about 45 min. Sadly the wontons were room temperature not even warm, but the pho broth was hot so that's a plus. After eating at pho restaurants around the Denver metro area I wasn't too impressed with Viet Pho. If you thought their pho broth was lacking, it's because you're used to MSG clouding up the true flavors of fresh food. I was a Pho 95 girl for a long time but started to get headaches after eating there and just not feeling well. They're known for their MSG overload so it makes sense. (I need to update my review there come to think of it.) Anyway, the owners pride themselves of excellent service and getting to know you by name. We saw one regular who eats there almost daily come in and chat up the owners like friends. It's service you hope for but rarely see. Our bowls were great. I had the Bun, my husband the Pho along with tofu spring rolls and a little special stir fry plate for our daughter. All of it was flavorful, fresh, hot and delicious. I was super hopeful that this place would be great, but I was sadly disappointed. I went here with a friend for dinner and we got there at around 6pm. The place had a few other customers inside and was neatly decorated. The place was clean looking and had some classical music playing for ambiance. I was seated almost immediately and given a nice menu with a ton of variety in it; I've never seen curry being offered at a pho restaurant, so that was new. I ordered a large meatball pho, some crab cheese wontons, and my friend got a a bowl of just plain pho with no meats or veggies. The crab cheese wontons were pretty good. They were lightly fried and not greasy. The sauce they came with didn't really taste like anything to me though. So the pho bowls come in either small or large, but the large bowl is about the size of a medium bowl at other places with a comparable medium sized price attached. The meatballs were sliced which I didn't mind and there was a lot of broth compared to the noodles which I also prefer. Now the sad part is the broth was oddly sweet; almost as if they were heavy handed with the cinnamon when making it. I mean I'm still thinking about how sweet that "pork broth" was. It was to the point that i was unable to finish my large/medium sized bowl. I really wanted to like this place, but I think I'll keep searching for that perfect bowl of pho. read more

Sitting at more of a 3.5 than a 4, the ramen is sometimes better than other times, the egg rolls and boba have also been good. The quality is not always consistent. The staff is usually friendly. And sometimes parking is hard to come by. It's a bit of a hit and miss experience. read more

This place was originally Rolls and Bowls, but the new owners have made this place amazing, the food is full of spice. I met the owners and they are the most welcoming people I ever met. You can tell they have passion and drive in the way they present and how your taste buds will explode when you try their cuisine. I've tried their Pho and it's delicious and freshly made everyday. I can taste the love in it. I've even tried the Vietnamese Fried Rice using Brown Rice. The aroma and the spices were delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone if yu want great quality food. I eat here almost twice a week and have never been disappointed. The food, especially the Pho, is flavorful without MSG. I love that this restaurant is MSG free. I say try it and know that what you are eating is made from natural ingredients. Those who say the broth is bland are likely used to eating Pho filled with MSG. My wife and I were on our way to Target and right across the street we saw a Pho place and decided to give it a try. It was delicious! We started with the pork egg rolls andd we both got a pho dish. Other reviews on here made me weary to try it but I'm glad I didn't listen because my seafood pho was so good and my wife said her steak and brisket pho was delicious. I love Pho noodles but since I became diabetic I eat low carb. It was so great to get a delicious bowl of Pho with steak and vegetables instead of noodles. I rarely ever leave a review at restaurants unless it's a compliment but after all the good reviews we read, which made us choose this restaurant for take-out, I felt compelled to let the next person know the truth. If you like a bland, minimaly seasoned Vietnamese restaurant, this is a good choice. Some people like that. If you know your good or even great Vietnamese food, you'll do what we did and order it just to throw it away. Perhaps all of these good reviews are there because they offer gluten free options, and I can understand how difficult that can be to find but if it compromises what the food should taste like or more to the point, taste bad, it just isn't worth eating it. This isn't just being picky about Vietnamese food. We were starving when we ordered it so for us to take a couple of bites and end up throwing it away because we just couldn't continue eating it, really says a lot about what this restaurant is selling. The only positive my husband could say about it. (I couldn't come up with anything) is that the chili sauce was as spicy as you could ever want it to be. read more

My opinion of this restaurant was that it was ok, not great. Ordered drunken noodle and Tom yum. Tom yum had great flavor, it prob could have used a little extra sour. Drunken noodles were oily but good- def not the best I've had. No complaints about service. I did ask for hot and they gave me less than hot and the standard chili side bowl- which doesn't taste the same to me as cooked to hot. This restaurant is Amazing! The Drunken Noodles were delicious and when they brought the delectable & Fabulous mango with sticky rice the sticky rice was shaped in a heart! How creative and thoughtful! They even sat us 10 minutes before closing which was wanderful because I am moving away and wont have a chance to return. I highly recommend this restaurant. We chose to try this place in lone tree and it was ready quickly, the price was good, but of the three meat selections we did, only the meatballs were tasty. The steak was tough no matter how long you let it cook, and the chicken was rubbery. The broth had way too much salt. It worked for that night but I don't think will be returning but like I said the meatball was definitely good. read more

I'm surprised this place has gotten such low ratings. I'll be the first to admit, I'm definitely not a pho expert, but I really enjoy the food and service I get here. The first time I went to Viet Pho (which was the second time I had pho in my life), the woman who waited on me was so helpful. When I didn't put any 'stuff" in my pho she told me it was obvious I needed help. I thought putting hoisin or sriracha in your pho was like putting ketchup on your steak... you just don't do it. I have my favorite pho places, and this is not one of them. I came here because it's the closest pho place to my office so I thought I'd give them a try. A-OK is about right. Everyone knows that the secret to pho is the broth, and their broth fell kind of flat- it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as rich and flavorful as other pho places I prefer. Also, I thought the quality of the meat (rare steak in my case) was a little substandard as well. The veggies were fresh at least. Their servings are small ($7) or large ($8)- the small being bigger than most smalls at pho places, and we didn't see the large. We also always get Vietnamese spring rolls whenever we eat pho (the 7 year old loves them!), and the spring rolls here were much smaller than other places. Service was very good, friendly and quick. Space is pretty typical pho storefront, and the walls next to tables could stand to be wiped down from people splashing their food on them. Otherwise, pretty clean. Overall, not a bad pho place. Just not the best pho place. Pretty sure I'll drive a bit out of my way from work to satisfy future pho cravings. read more
