Our good old reliable pho place. It is, conveniently, walking distance from work. Whispers in the morning to invite the whole clinic to lunch means we're going to 9 Mile Pho. The servers always know us and expedite our orders (we have to be back under an hour because of patients). Waters always attentively filled too. Always consistent with the food. The pho is a favorite. I think this place has the best crab rangoons. I will say, their poultry lettuce wrap was a disappointment but everything else is so good! I like the owner here, she's cool AF, and the only downside for one of the best bun bo Hue I've had recently, is that they 86'd the blood cube. Ayyyyyyyeee guuuuey, it's the part of the soup that when I first tried it decades back (like pager days, when 43770 meant "hello"), I spat it out with all my Viet homies laughing. Now, I gobble it down with no shame, so there's hope for all you guys/gals that have a problem with gobbling things down that may seem objectionable at first. This place looked nice and we've been wanting to try it. The place looks nice for a pho shop and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We got the Pho and it was good but not great for my Asian taste. The broth was pretty mild and there was not chili sauce on the table but maybe they had some and I just had to ask for it. We have ordered to go once and dine in once. I will say dine in is better. Pho to go is always so rough and they charge more for to go then dine in. The place is SUPER well lit. Very bright inside. They had the news on the TV with no sound, playing some random 90's ish music and an employee sitting at the table next to us was watching Thursday Night Football on his phone with the volume up pretty loud. It was louder than the music for the restaurant. We ordered the spring rolls to start with. Service was super quick and everyone was polite and attentive. The spring rolls were fresh and loved the peanut sauce. peanut sauce can make or break spring rolls. In this case, they were really good. Could have been packed a little tighter, but tasted great. They only offer medium and large pho bowls. Coming from someone who normally can't finish even a small bowl it is a bit frustrating that I have to get a medium sized bowl and only eat about half of it. The medium bowl is roughly $10 and a large is $12. This is for dine in only. The broth was a bit bland, but tasted good after altering it with hoisen, sriracha and fresh squeezed lime. I am sure we will be back but this isn't my first choice for pho in the area. read more

This family owned business and pho restaurant is amazing! I have dined in and ordered take out on multiple occasions and all times I have had exceptional service and quality food. This pho spot was a recommendation from multiple people. I especially love the spicy beef noodle bowl, egg roll appetizer and number 43 brisket and rare steak medium pho bowls. They also have a wide selection of other menu items that are Chinese or Thai. Plus their selection of specialty drinks are also good. I liked the Thai tea Or Vietnamese iced coffee. The service is always friendly and attentive. They also have higher ceilings with beautiful light fixtures and great photos on the exterior and near the entrance featuring specialty dishes. It's always clean and welcoming. Plus the food and service is fast and often check in on each table. There are some weeks where I eat there 2 to 3 times. I also brought some out of town guests and they loved it. My other half and I enjoyed going for a late dinner, and I have also enjoyed quick work lunches here in between meetings. First time here! First and foremost, the owner and his wife are so nice and hospitable. They are passionate at what they do! I placed my to-go order of two entrees, a side, and two Bobas, and waited not even 5 minutes before it was brought to me in a box for easy transport, even though it was only two bags and a drink carrier. Very thoughtful. The food is amazing. They don't go light on anything. I didn't request any extra portions but it was made as if so. My wife said it was the best Pad Thai outside of her Korean family's cooking. I already know this is going to be where we go for dinner again within the next week! My husband and I tried 9 Mile Pho for the first time when we were craving takeout the other night. We picked this spot because of how close it is to our house, and we are happy to say that we have found our new go-to Vietnamese spot! When we arrived to pick up our food, the first thing I noticed was how friendly and hospitable the staff was. Every single one of them said hello to me! They were warm and hospitable, and were so kind even though I ordered takeout within 30min of them closing for the night. The restaurant was also very well kept and clean and they have plenty of parking. I ordered the Com Dac Biet (rice plate combo), and my husband ordered the Bun Dac Biet (vermicelli combo). We both inhaled our food so fast, it was so tasty! The meats were all perfectly tender and had great flavor, great portion sizes, and the Vietnamese egg rolls were delicious and perfectly crispy. The food was very authentic and fresh. I have been craving this place every day since we got takeout from them. i've never ever left a review, nor a bad review, on a place. this was just too insane not to complain about. these kids came in and stole our food. my mother went to go pick it up and a man yelled at her and accused her of trying to scam them when she has proof of paying for the food. the man profiled her because of her race as well. he said the kids looked "just like her" and "spoke her language" so she must be lying. absolutely fucking infuriating. we are never ordering from here again. you better do something about this or we will seriously blow up. insane behavior and awful service. i don't even want to eat the food they remade anymore. read more

Extremely poor customer service from the owner, I'll never come back. Just to preface, I've worked in the service industry for 13 years on and off and worked at several different restaurants so I understand the industry pretty well and always try to be understanding. I tried a spicy beef bowl which was almost $15 and I was just very disappointed. It was very bland and the meat was super fatty. I really did not care for it at all and wasn't even going to eat it. The waitress asked me if it was okay and said I'm sorry but I really didn't like it and she took it away. I only had a few bites. She brought a menu back and then came back maybe 10 minutes later to see what I wanted. My date was already finished eating and I wasn't hungry anymore so I decided just to not get anything else. The owner (who was managing at the time) never made any attempt to offer something else or take it off the bill or even a discount. He made a HUGE argument to get me to pay full price for a bland bowl of noodles and broth that I hardly touched. He did NOTHING to try to help. This is far below the standards of other restaurants. He eventually gave me 50% off of the dish but after having to fight so hard for that, I left annoyed and unsatisfied and will have to get another meal somewhere else. read more

This place is trash and garbage and they have teeny bopper kids working taking orders that don't have any customer service skills and just want tips. While I was there I was overhearing the girl speaking awful about a table and how they didn't give her enough money as well to the Mexican kid with the awful Edgar haircut. The owner should be ashamed of not just bad wait staff but terrible PHO with no flavor and cheap tasting ingredients. I have been twice, and I am convinced their summer rolls are the best in the Aurora area. They have generous serving sizes and very tasty food. The interior is very clean and the Pho has flavorful broth with large portions. It has a very peaceful interior and their takeout is easy to do.
