Good food, good service, reasonably priced, good portions. Great little mom and pop Chinese carry out place that also serves Thai, and Vietnamese dishes also. Menu is extensive as a result. Orange chicken is pretty good, hot and fresh. Will be back to try other options. Does have a dining room, but I've never seen too many people dining in.

Been coming here over the past few years and their food has always been amazing and their portions are big. Because of Covid we have been ordering take out and the food is still hot when we get home. Their service is quick and their restaurant is clean. Would definitely recommend getting Druken beef noodles!

Usually I get delivery from here, and probably sat down to eat maybe a handful of times. I would recommend eating in, for what ever reason I find the food better there than when delivered. Its never busy at least when I've gone, I'm always the only one in there. The owners/employees are always very polite and accommodating. I really enjoyed my past lunch which was basil beef, Highly Recommended. Think this will be my new lunch on Tuesday to go spot.

My fiancé and I had an extremely long layover in Denver and so we booked a hotel room and ordered delivery from New Ya Ting. The lady over the phone was very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 combination fried rice, crab cream cheese wontons, vegetable egg rolls, and 2 lemonades. 35 minutes later the delivery man was at our hotel room..not bad! And the total, even more impressive, about 20 bucks! We're from LA so we are use to paying 30-45 on takeout. The food was very hot and fresh. There was plenty of meat in the fried rice dishes and the overall portions were large. The only critique I have is that everything could use a bit more salt. We had to drench the food in soy sauce to help bring out the flavor. However, for really cheap takeout, I'd say this restaurant is decent.

First time here. Sesame chicken, chow mein, wontons, rolls, egg drop soup, fried rice.

Seasons Tofu is delicious. I have came before where the food is inconsistent but most of the time I enjoy it.

I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. Then the string beans and a new dish - sauerkraut fish filet. The sauerkraut fish filet reminded me of the Vietnamese catfish soup but no sweetness added. Very good dish and will def order again. Also love that they have quality rice here.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

The deal came with a free dessert to share, either a pandan cake or mango mousse. We decided on sharing and dividing the cake and boy, was it delicious! Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Wendy Tong, owner of Chopstix Fusion, is a lovely lady who welcomes her guests with great hospitality, and her husband is a phenomenal chef who, not only can cook these dishes, but can prepare some mean Chinese traditional dishes. If you have not eaten here, it is highly suggested that you stop by and instead of smelling the roses, smell the cooking that is happening here. Your nose, mouth, and stomach will thank you!

However, the food was delicious. Everything was super flavorful. Portions are pretty good as well. My go to order at every HK Canto style restaurant is the beef chowfun. If it's good, I'll come back. And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Both were very tasty and they're not too sweet which is code for Asian approval on sweets. Service is friendly and food comes quick. It is a small restaurant tucked in a corner so WiFi is nonexistent.
