So we got a mailer from these guys. I thought that the extensive menu looked good, the prices seemed decent, and the promise of free delivery kind of sealed the deal. At least I thought it did. We tried to order online, but their website gave me an error message every time I tried. So that's out the window. We called in our order instead, and being relatively reasonable people, expected that it might take a while, since there's an inch of snow on the ground. I guess the first clue should have been when the lady taking the order told my wife that "it might take a while, because our driver is not very good." So a little over an hour goes by, and nothing. My wife calls them, and the lady on the phone says "he'll be there in 5 minutes." So 45 minutes later, my wife calls back and offers directions to the lady on the phone. She tells my wife, "he'll be there in two minutes," and then hangs up on my wife. I'm writing this review about 20 minutes later-it's now been over two hours, and no sign of our food yet. I'd love to review the food, but since I doubt I'll ever see any at this rate, this review pertains to the service we've received so far. Average food. It was edible but I wouldn't order from here again. The lo mein was very oily. The "fried" dumplings were definitely more steamed than fried. The shrimp with lobster sauce was incredibly soupy and tasteless. Overall, just okay. Try it! Hopefully you'll have a better experience than we did. read more

Twice now the food has been disgustingly soggy and clearly made hours prior. The rice and the noodles taste and feel like plastic. The chicken in the pad Thai is so low quality that it is chewy and also tastes like plastic. I gave them another chance and it was another waste of $30. Absolutely disgusting 'food'. read more

Formerly New Ya Ting. This is a great place for delivery. Food is great. Phone and delivery service is friendly. Me, my wife, and our roommate order from there quite often and have tried an array of different foods as they have Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese on the menu. He swears by the Vietnamese egg rolls. The servings arent skimpy by a longshot, in fact, its quite worth it. I love the sesame combo and mu shu combo, but I suggest telling them no veggies on the sesame, orange, and Gen. Taos items or else they will put it on a bed of broccoli and youll end up with soggy pieces by the time it gets to you. My wife loves their combo fried rice and lo mein. We recommend the hot and sour soup and cheese wontons. I wont say the food has been consistent every single time but more often than not we are pleased. read more

We have ordered take out from this place many time within the last year. They were very good, the food was hot, and succulent. However, these last two times we have ordered from them, the food has been nearly inedible. We ordered the general's chicken, orange chicken and the deep fried chicken wings. The chicken was burned/over fried, hard and tasteless. My daughter literally had to peel all the skin off the chicken (inedible) and just eat the meat. I don't think i will be ordering from here again. I thought it was a one time thing, but they must have someone new in the kitchen, because this is the third time it has happened. The chicken with lobster sauce is still very good though. Maybe because they don't have to fry it. Turn the flame down a little on the fryer, or dont cook it twice as long as needed!! I am always leery about ordering asian food for delivery because it is either too expensive or comes late and cold. However this was faster than I had expected. Super hold and loads of flavor. I ordered the pad thai shrimp and egg drop soup. The soup was amazing! Next time i get a bigger serving for more meals. The pad thai was so filling and you get tons for more meals. It did come with too many peanuts but thats my fault for not asking for them to not add them. Perfect flavors and the shrimp great. I will definitely order again. I didnt give 5 stars only bc i dont like the having to pick a tip no matter what especially if you dont know if u will get ur order or if u will like it so that was weird but will order again and tip much more. read more

In my lifetime I have never got up and left my house to return the food that was delivered to me. Chinese food is Chinese food. Hard to find the good places but you settle with the average. Well this place delivered me the absolute worst Chinese I've ever had. After making me meet a $15 minimum to deliver I ordered crab Rangoon to meet their minimum... Found out later that they're across the street...(I just moved here) and they advertise free delivery. All of that isn't even the worst part! When I showed up to receive a refund, I was appalled at the condition of their restaurant! Completely gross. I am disgusted and will report them for the conditions of their restaurant. Now I'm hungry and going to Panda Express. Sigh. read more

Delivery came on time and driver was very friendly. Portions were very large and I still have a bunch left over for the next few days. The egg rolls were just ok - they are rather small and don't have a lot of flavor. The sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken were made with very small chunks of chicken, so had a lot of batter. It made for a crispy dish, however was not very "meaty". I didn't care for the chicken chow mein. It was in a brown sauce that was very salty and not to my liking. My husband and I went there last night based on the other review. I have to agree completely It's nice and clean, and the service is great. I had the beef lo mein and my husband had the satay beef. Both were amazing HUGE portions. We also got soup, two egg rolls, and a big plate of rice and our total was $16.74. I would actually give it one dollar sign instead of two. I have enough left overs for two meals, and my husband has enough for one, which rarely happens. We will definitely be back. They also deliver for free! read more

After placing my order I started receiving calls room someone who barely spoke English saying my food was here. Mind you, the status was never updated in the app, no notice of them being on the way. Even at this very moment it still says the order is being prepared. I sent my husband downstairs to get it because I'm 8 months pregnant and we live on the 3rd floor of our building. He was down there for longer than what seemed necessary then when he finally came back in he was empty handed. At the same time he walked in the door, I'm receiving another phone call from the delivery driver asking me to resend my address, I do so then proceed to call the restaurant, no answer, so I call yelp customer service. While I'm on the phone with them I get another call from the driver so I go down stairs, walk around the whole building, and see a guy sitting in his car. I yelled to him asking if he had a delivery, he gets out the car and asks me if I ordered food as if it wasn't obvious, I asked for my food multiple times and he seemed to not want to give me my order but instead hands me the phone with the yelp rep on the other end. I tell her to tell him to give me my food, at this point I'm being over it. After giving him his phone back I again ask for my food times. He finally gets the bag out the car but still doesn't want to hand it to me, like wtf. When he finally hands it over, it rips and Chinese food is all over the ground. I received a flyer in the mail advertising "order online". I tried it out and it was a disaster. After waiting an hour I called to check on my order and the person who answered the phone said they haven't checked the online orders and they will work on it. After two hours I received my order. The food was not so good. The Thai Spring Rolls had old lettuce in it. The peanut sauce was awful. The hot and sour soup had no taste. I will stick with Golden Wok. read more

General Tso's was disappointing. It tastes like orange chicken. I ordered mine extra spicy and my wife got mild. Neither had any kick whatsoever. It had a citrus taste for sure. After a few bites I began to enjoy it. But I would not order this again. The rice had to of been minute made stuff from a box. Not very good. The hot and sour soup was neither hot, nor sour. It was very bland. More like a thick meso soup with the textures of hot and sour. If you're looking for decent Chinese food, it will meet expectations. Good vegetarian options. I had the Mapo Tofu (it was delicious) and the portion was large. The meals had plenty of tofu (and I have been places where the tofu was skimpy). My husband had the Kung Pao Tofu and he liked it very much. The sesame tofu was good too. The pieces of tofu were not breaded and that was a plus for us. We will definitely go back. read more

I placed a $12 + order for delivery, only to find my phone ringing about 10 minutes later. I did not get to the phone in time. I had a hunch it was this Chinese joint calling me, so I called them back. The lady said she didn't have part of my order available. When I asked f for an alternative, she hung up on me. I called right back and asked WHY she hung up on me. She said my order was 'too small' and that the delivery man was refusing to deliver it. They offer free delivery on orders of a minimum of $10. If they feel this strongly over relatively small orders, then they should UP the dollar amount and not be so rude about it. Had I totally missed the call and not returned it, I would have been waiting and waiting for my delivery (she failed to leave a simple message on the recorder, too!) Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, where I wound up ordering over $30 worth of food AND tipped GOOD!! Their business loss~ because had she NOT been so rude, I WOULD have ordered MORE food to my order!!! BEWARE this outfit! read more

I have only had delivery from here, but it was OK. A dine in experience with hot food would be even better I think.

I was probably the last order of the night 9:25 for delivery, the food came fast, fresh, hot, totally delicious, and the delivery guy was very friendly. I ordered meat egg rolls (actual sausage in the roll yum) , Hong kong noodles (fantastic), egg foo young (the best i have had in Colorado the meat is in the gravy! love that!) and general tao chicken was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say, I didnt even have to use soy sauce and I usually drench my asian food in it...seasoned to perfection. I have finally found my asian food restaurant. Ordering online was a breeze through the MileHighMenus site. My food came fast and the delivery guy was very friendly. Portions were very generous and packaged well so that no juices were spilling. The food was good for the price. We had a poor experience with this restraunts delivery before but it was mainly a misunderstanding so tonight we gave it another try. Wrong choice. We had to call SEVEN times before they even picked up the phone, when we tried to redeem a coupon from there website they told us they wouldn't honor it. We finally got our order placed for there Teriaki dinner and a Chicken Lo Mein with wontons on the side. It took an HOUR to arrive. The noodles were bland but the wontons were delicious. I will never order from here agian. Go elsewhere for you chinese! read more

We tried the Szechuan Beef (spicy), Garlic Pork (spicy) , fried rice, vegetable egg rolls, cheese won tons, hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. Cheese won tons weren't bad, a little oily. Egg rolls also a little oily, nice crunchy wraps but the filling was mushy and not terribly flavorful. Both of the soups were alright, certainly not spectacular. Fried rice was rather plain with only scrambled egg mixed in and mostly lacking flavor. Both the main dishes were gorgeous in appearance and served HOT! The main dishes were mostly flavorless and we found the Hot and Sour soup was more spicy than the Szechuan Beef and Garlic Pork. My biggest single complaint was with the Garlic Pork. After my first bite I found all the pork was full of fat, not just a little bit. Enough that I needed to pull the pork out of the dish and remove the fat from the pork. When I finally got the servers attention to get a plate and knife, it took about 30 minutes to remove the fat. By that time the rest of the food was cold. When we showed the server the pile of fat, she said she didn't know what happened. She never offered to reheat the food, didn't offer any compensation of any kind, generally showed no interest in the problem and didn't even offer an apology. After living in Japan for two and a half years I'm constantly searching for good Asian food. Trust me, this ain't it. I'll not be returning here...ever. I hope this helps some one looking for good food. read more
