My favorite traditional Koreanized Chinese restaurant for best jjamppong and kkanpoong shrimp. Great experienced service and neat minimalist Chinese restaurant atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the kkangpoong shrimp for people who like tangy, spicy, savory dish. Currently have promo discount specials until end of May 2026.

While on an Hmart trip, me and my mom stopped by to eat some jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and jjampong (spicy seafood noodles). YUM. I personally liked the jajangmyeon best but the noodle soup was good too! I feel like the soup could have used a bit more flavor but overall it was still delicious and I would go back to eat this meal again!

YES. was craving jjampong (spicy seafood soup) + jjajjangmyeon (black bean noodles) and found exactly what i was looking for. It's a specific niche of Korean/Chinese fusion. Small and clean family owned restaurant in the plaza adjacent to h mart, really friendly owner couple and one worker. Good prices and portions, total for both dishes was $30 (pre tax/tip). Will be coming back.

My family's favorite spot for jajangmyeon! Great service, delicious food, and wonderful ambiance. Also very affordable and reasonable price point. We each get jajangmyeon and share sweet and sour pork. We've also tried jjampong which is perfect for cold days--the seafood is great and broth is spicy. Jajangmyeon options range from pork to seafood, you can't go wrong with any of them!

I fell in love at first bite. I ordered the jjahangmyeon, well to be fair...I was on a mission to have some and was recommended P & Y. The menu is short and sweet, while still having some variety. The food at least what I've tried was absolutely delicious. The service was incredibly friendly and very quick. The restaurant is cute and clean. I can't wait to come back.

Family owned business. Service was a little slow. Not many employees. 2 in front and maybe 3 in the kitchen. Ordered the Jjamppong noodle. Came with a good portion of shrimps, mussels, and squids. Also all the shell of the seafood has been removed which is more convenient to eat compared to other places that include the shell. Soup was hot in terms of temperature so it's perfect during the chilly and cold weather. Not spicy tho. Noodle was smooth with a good texture. The veggies soaks up all the flavor so very tasty. Also gives a side of kimchi and pickled radish when you sit down. Highly recommended trying this place!

Black bean noodles (jjangmyeon) and Spicy Seafood noodle soup (jjambbong) are classic Korean-Chinese fusion dishes that are regularly eaten on special occasions such as: moving into a new house/apartment, graduations, or other school related events. It's a comfort food, so I was craving it this weekend and tried this place out! The noodles here are flat and thick! Super soft and chewy. The portions here are pretty big!! The sauce is a bit gelatinous but it works well with the slight dampness of the noodles. The Sweet and spicy shrimp dish had good flavor but it wasn't as crunchy as I was expecting. It honestly kind of seemed like it was fried a couple hours ago and then mixed with their spicy sauce. The shrimp itself wasn't dry but the coating was. The owners here are super sweet and nice. If you are craving black bean noodles and you're in Aurora - definitely check this place out! I have heard that P&Y is probably the best black bean noodles you'll get around here and I'd have to agree!

Garlic shrimp (those things apparently are deep fried pieces of crustaceans )

Time is often treated as a teacher, an innovator and ....in this case it has not done anything to this spot: The food was simply underwhelming, spicy and deep fried to its death The Szechuan Beef - was spicy and was like chewing bits of deep fried rubber. The garlic shrimp: (although tasted like the beef was better but .... Meh) The Tofu with Pork was the best thing from what was ordered and yet still a 2/5 ... Overall, between listening to the Korean Soap opera from the table behind us at full volume to mediocre service just not really a spot we would recommend or will return to. Kind of disappointed.

Sometimes the Chinese plates at Korean Chinese restaurants are more tasty than many of the Chinese restaurants in town. P&Y Cafe Asian Bistro was one good examples. It has been here for at least 10 years and was always packed with customers. Their menu was not overly complicated but had everything you would expect from Korean Chinese restaurants. One of their most popular items were sweet and sour golden fried pork. The portion was larger than the orange chicken and sweet and sour pork in Chinese restaurants. Their pork nuggets were well fried and had more textures compared to their Chinese counterparts. Another most ordered plate was their black bean sauce noodle with pork. It may not be visually appealing but was indeed very tasty and addictive. They are closed on Tuesdays.

Quick easy and didn't have a giant watered down menu. Just a hand full of things they do well. We had tang soo yuk and jjajangmyeon. It came out quick and good.

The best mom and pop shop for some good comfort food! This place is located next to HMART in Aurora and a hidden gem. It has, hands down the best black bean noodles in Denver. It will not disappoint! The sweet sour pork does not let down either- it's perfectly crispy and made to order so your food is piping hot when it comes out. The pork fried rice was seasoned so deliciously. Your craving for authentic Korean/Chinese fusion food will be fulfilled here! All dishes are served with fresh kimchee and pickled radish! I highly recommend all the dishes we ordered, the portions are very generous-we went home with a ton of leftovers!

    Jjampong, tangsuyuk, jjajangmyeon

I've been to a couple of Korean Chinese restaurants in the past few years and this place had the best jjajangmyeon/jjampong/tangsuyuk combo. The jjampong had plenty of seafood (so much shrimp!) and the broth had a deep and mildly spicy flavor. The tangsuyuk tasted just like how my mom makes it at home and it had a crispy, thin breading that I appreciated. At other places, I've been disappointed because they would have tangsuyuk with hard, thick breading and very small pieces of meat. Not here! The jjajangmyeon was also very good. I don't usually write reviews but this was the best Korean Chinese food I've had in a while and it deserves a visit or two if you're in the area.

I went back to try the 삼성짜장면 (seafood black bean noodles) and I was disappointed. It was bland. I so wanted it to be good .

I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. Then the string beans and a new dish - sauerkraut fish filet. The sauerkraut fish filet reminded me of the Vietnamese catfish soup but no sweetness added. Very good dish and will def order again. Also love that they have quality rice here.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Both were very tasty and they're not too sweet which is code for Asian approval on sweets. Service is friendly and food comes quick. It is a small restaurant tucked in a corner so WiFi is nonexistent.
