The quality of the food has gone down since the last time I visited last year. We came here with a big group so we had an area to ourselves. We ordered several dishes so we got a nice sample of the menu. First, the food was salty from the skewers to the wings. The wings weren't crunchy enough so they were soggy fried chicken drenched in sauce. The tofu pork belly was probably the better dish we tried and it was pretty good with rice. Service was quite mid. There are better pub like spots around the area. This place gets crowded later in the evening.

Came here as a party of 15. We called ahead and while they sat us separately at the front, they were able to accommodate our group and sat us in the back corner where it was more private. The waitresses were very attentive given how busy the restaurant was and we were happy about that. We ordered so many dishes and they all came out so quick. This was definitely a vibe for a big group. We did ask the waitress to turn on the music since it was off in our area and often asked for more water since it was super hot and smoky sitting in the back corner, but besides that we had a great time.

This was my second time being here. My first time was more enjoyable. We got the army stew and pork belly. The service the second time was not up to par. The ladies never checked on us and we would have to call them for our check, To go boxes and a plastic bag. The place is a fun vibe for sure

DELICIOUS food. We love coming here because we'll always have a great experience. We haven't been here when it's super busy so we always get a seat. COME HERE FOR GREAT FOOD!

Came here upon the recommendation of a friend to meet up with some other friends. Upon entering, you totally get that cool, Korean bar vibe. The music is loud and bumping and the alcohol is flowing. I had to laugh because damn, this felt like a place I would've gone to in the height of my 20s and had A LOT of fun, but being older now.... it was kinda loud for me, lol. We were here to drink and catch up with friends so we had a mix of soju, makgeolli, and Korean beer (Terra). They provide you with shot glasses and bowls for the makgeolli and were quick to respond with other requests. They also have Korean food available like tteokbokki, budaejiggae, and more. I got the corn cheese appetizer. It came on a griddle, but unfortunately got cool very quickly. The cheese wasn't melty for very long, but it was alright. It was almost too sweet though. I liked how the seats opened up and could be used to store your bags. The "walls" also open up like a garage door and I honestly wished they kept it closed because it was so dang hot -- as in record breaking high temps. 10pm and it was still 79 degrees and it would've been more enjoyable had it been cooler with a/c. By the end of *our* night, around 10/10:30pm, this place was packed with 20 something year olds and overflowing into the sidewalk. It was POPPING and seemed like an extremely popular weekend spot. We honestly lasted much longer than I thought we would, lol. This is definitely not the place if you're looking to have a nice, quiet conversation with friends over drinks. Overall, it was cool and a funny reminder of the good old days.

Thank Sool Pocha is one of my absolute favorite places. This Korean street food / bbq place boasts a distinctive atmosphere that parallels a pojangmacha or pocha. The seating and tables are round tables with grill set-ups that really capture that vibe. I have been here many times throughout the time I've been in Denver. This most recent time, it looked like they have changed a few things. There is an ordering device at tables now that you just place your order through. The service is decent. It doesn't take too long for things to start coming to the table. Every order comes with banchan, which are just small side dishes. Here it usually consists of cabbage slaw, lettuce salad, chilled tofu, edamame, and kimchi. Now, my go-to is the Beef Intestine paired with another dish that fits the right vibe. The second dish is either Braised Chicken Feet or Army Stew. I have the Beef Intestine cooked by the kitchen as I try not to mess with the Korean BBQ grill. It is juicy and fatty. The flavor is meaty, savory, and almost marrowy. The Braised Chicken Feet needed this pairing to have a balance for its insanely spicy kick. The chicken feet is very spicy with a wonderful kick and some rice cakes also in its sauce. The intestine was a good buffer between chicken feet bites. The Army Stew is delicious! Everything you could want, that is perfect for colder months. To pair with our food, we usually do somaek, korean beer and soju! Our selection is Jin-Ro Blue bottle soju with Cass. It's a great combo that goes with anything here. In the summer, they open up their garage door walls and the restaurant is exposed to the great weather Aurora has. The minor downsides of this place is the limited parking due to it sharing a small lot with other businesses and how far it is from the city, haha. Other than that, Thank Sool is a must-try. It's also right next to a karaoke room place that makes for perfect combo night of pocha and singing with friends in your own karaoke room.

What a fun place! It was not at all what I expected. Laid back vibe, open air concept, k pop music videos playing but not overwhelmingly loud. The food was good! I loved the honey garlic chicken. So crispy and delicious. Kimchi fried rice and kimchi pancake were good too. A little on the expensive side, but a nice place to hang out and catch up with friends.

After getting to Denver fairly late on a Friday we were looking for dinner after 10pm. My two adult kids, their spouses and wife came in after driving around a bit. It was crowded and loud. I guess this is what a bar in Korea would be like so TVs everywhere playing urban rap in Korean, under the neon filled dining area with a Blade Runner vibe. This place was popping!!! They quickly sat us and my kids informed me they we had to press the service red button to order or get the attention of the staff, otherwise they just leave you alone which is kind of cool. If you don't like rap then you won't like it here, now I had never listened to Korean rap so who knows what they were raping about but the beats were intoxicating! Once the food came it was incredible. Probably the best chicken wings I have ever had. Perfectly cooked inside and crispy outside, we got the butter garlic variety. Ordered a side of fries which were perfect. Star of the show was the ramen soup which was some of the best chicken based broth ramen soup I have ever had. Kim chi rice was good but I had to take out the Kim chi which I don't particularly enjoy. The black bean noodles were not my favorite but that's a flavor preference. Very hip, loud, and cool place!

This food is amazing!! If you don't try anything else the chicken is amazing and worth a try! Very juicy and tender, but crispy and well sauced, almost any flavor is good. The tteokbokki could be a little spicier, but it's served over a hot plate so it's fresh and sizzling, they're soft and bouncy and overall well seasoned. And the takoyaki is delicious as well. It depends on what time but sometimes the music is so loud you can't even talk, only downfall. The service is just okay, but I go back again and again for the food.

One of the funniest eating and drinking nights in a long time! Now I'm with Ruba, who's my love, but still.... Great spot! Isaac and TG were amazing servers! They were quick and focused. I was impressed. Ambiance was super cool, and Asian rap. This place is a must for Denver! Sorry about the one pic! I was hungry! Check Ruba's Yelp. She takes pics! And she's mine!!!!

This place has a cool Korean pocha interior design which makes a good spot for a late night out. They are open until 2am which is a plus! I would say that everything about this place is great - service was awesome with friendly servers, ample parking spaces, and good music playing in the background - except for the food :( All of the food we got was way too sweet. Also considering the price for the food items, I was expecting a bit more bang for your buck.

From the second you walk in it's a great vibe love the Asian rap music that was playing on the TVs. Our servers names were Isaac and TG and we like genies popping up as soon as we press the call button. Phenomenal food and they did a great job, guiding us through the menu. We started off with some cucumber salad and some kimchi pancake, followed by some garlic, chicken spicy, honey, chicken and sweet-and-sour shrimp. We had so much fun that we spent almost 2 1/2 to 3 hours there drinking different flavors of Soju and trying the beers. The fact that they stay open till 2 AM and the food is just as great as the service I will make it a point always stop in when we are in town.

We went at 11pm and the place was packed! Good vibes, food and the price for a combo was decent. We ordered one of the combos for 2 people + soju and it was a lot of food (army stew, Korean fried chicken and corn cheese was included)

The space strikes that perfect balance: modern but warm, intentional without being pretentious. High ceilings, soft lighting, barrels tucked into corners, clean lines behind the bar, and enough room to actually settle in (inside and out). The beer program is where Cerebral really flexes. Flights span an impressive range~clean lagers, expressive saisons, juicy IPAs, thoughtful stouts, and beautifully nuanced wild ales. Nothing feels rushed or gimmicky; every pour feels deliberate. You can taste the technical care, but also the artistic risk-taking. This is a brewery that respects process and imagination. Service? Genuinely top-tier. Not just friendly, but engaged. I ended up sitting down, chopping it up with the brewer and locals alike~no ego, no rush, just real conversation and shared appreciation for good beer. Whether you're dissecting a flight or just vibing with a single pour, this place earns its reputation. Come thirsty. Leave smarter. Return often.
