You have to go beer cooler also in the vicinity. Bartender at a number of breweries but it's taken me a while to pop over here. I've had a good amount of Copper'a beers. They're obviously very famous for their barrel aged series. I've also always loved their can labels and the different sizes they will can beers in. I went with a mezcal to sip. The bar area is nice and similar to the darker wooden decor of the Grand. The bartenders are attentive, friendly, and truly on top of their game. They remember their regulars and have created the kind of neighborhood bar where it's easy to feel like you belong. Shortly after moving to Denver, I experienced an unimaginable personal loss, and during that difficult time Skippy's became a place where I could get out of the house, watch a game, have a great meal, read a book and simply be around kind people.
