While it isn't "fine dining" quality, the value is unbeatable--especially since the food comes to you via a conveyor belt. For introverts, this place is an absolute dream! You don't have to constantly flag down a server for more fatty beef, squid, or noodles, only to have them bring out a tiny portion. I am a big fan of hot pot, and so I wanted to check out this restaurant. As soon as we walked in it felt as though we were not at a restaurant but at a nail salon by the extreme smell of nail polish remover. Very strange. I have not been to a hot pot place that has conveyer belts to bring out the food. I liked this concept it is much more convenient to be able to grab whatever you want. They were doing a good job keeping the conveyer belt stocked when something was grabbed off of it. I got their pho broth my husband got their pork bone both. Broths were good. I have been here a few times. Walked in, looked at the prices, and walked out. Today was different. I wanted to give it a chance and see why it was expensive and it didn't disappoint. Meat choices were perfect and we snatch all of the fatty beef plates we could. The veggies were a little lacking and wilted but we made due. The staff was polite and taught us their system, with the conveyor belt and how to do the plates. Overall, this place was worth it. The diverse selection of noodles and many more choices. Birthday lunch since all the kids is still in summer vacation mode! Got there at noon when they just open. Got seated right away. The music is popping!! The waitress Freddy was so nice and explains all the difference, SERVICE WAS EXCELENT. So we choose the lunch option with BBQ since for dinner option you do get a few more items but there is so much already! The food came out really fast. Only a few item had to keep asking because they forget to bring it out. There is just so much to do and eat!!! You have to do the hot pot and BBQ. All the food was fresh and nice portion!! This restaurant has been on our radar for quite a while now and we finally decided to give it a try. The space itself has plenty of tables and almost all of them were full when we got there. The tables had 4 built in hot plates so everyone can choose their own broth. A conveyor belt wrapped around the restaurant and you could grab things to add to your hot pot. AYCE options were decent and not too expensive. They also offer an a la cart option where they charge by the plate. We chose to do AYCE BBQ and Hot Pot which was about $40 (ish) per person. The quality of the food is where they lost a few points for us. Almost all of the proteins for your hot pot were frozen solid, and the seafood options were not the freshest. The BBQ option came with kalbi, beef bulgogi, and pork belly. The kalbi I was tough and chewy, the pork belly was okay and the Bulgogi was an interesting texture. For a similar price, I would likely venture to other KBBQ/Hot Pot locations before I came back here. Not the worst but not the best in our opinion. read more

This is a go to location for all you can eat hotpot for my family. We have been about a dozen times over the course of a few years and we can always count on a good experience. There are a ton of protein, veggie, and noodle options and the broths are all delicious! Lots of selection at the sauce station, though not always labeled clearly so people unfamiliar may struggle there. Great seating options for families and there was even enough room to park my stroller inside. read more

Hot pot restaurants are popping up left and right here in Colorado with definitely no complaints on my side! K+ is located in the outskirts of Aurora further away from the heart of the Asian community which is in Aurora around Havana and Parker so I decided to check it out. What sets K+ apart from other hot pot spots is that the food is run on a conveyer belt much like sushi restaurants that use the same type of conveyer belt. I personally thought the selection of meats, veggie, and noodles were very minimal compared to other hot pot spots I have had in Aurora. I like the conveyer belt idea for convenience but this also seems to limit the variety of food available. The taste of the food was decent but we ordered a lemonade that was incredibly salty and almost inedible. Overall, I thought K+ was decent but has areas to improve on to justify the drive there. read more

What a unique place. I went back for a second time so far. I was feeling very cold and this was the perfect place to warm up. There are few places that offer vegetarian based hot pot but this place does. Also I don't often see conveyor belt, hot pot so that's a cool experience as well. Stopped by here after searching for nearby Pho and Hotpot locations. Great options and alright pricing. The staff is friendly. They also have a bar here which is nice. The cream cheese wontons and veggie egg roll appetizers were delicious and our pho hot pot was great. However it is a huge concern that none of the sauces at the sauce bar were labeled (there were a few in store bought bottles that were labeled but at least a dozen sauces that weren't). It just screamed potential allergic reaction central. A lot of Asian sauces have different kinds of oils and other potential allergens in them. I ended up getting a sauce I didn't want and almost ruining my entire hotpot but didn't since I tasted the sauce first. There were a lot of confused guests due to this and no staff around to help. The labels for the food on the conveyor belt are dirty which is gross and some don't match what they are advertising which was frustrating. I would consider giving this place another try since it is close to my house but I hope someone from the business sees this review and does something about the labeling and cleanliness issue. I realize we went close to closing on a Saturday night but I would hope consistent cleanliness and ease of use for customers would be important no matter what. read more

K+ is a hidden gem that has been in my neighborhood for four years. I just found it and we took a party of five there last night. The food was great and the experience was better. The food travels around the restaurant on a conveyor belt. After we chose our base; we started boiling the dishes we grabbed from the belt. There is a wide variety of vegetables, meats, and rice options. There is a sauce station with some tasty peanut butter sauce! They have a liquor bar but do not currently have a valid liquor license. Two people in our party chose bubble tea. Delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and neat however buttons on tables and fixtures in the bathroom need a deep clean. Conveyor belt hot pot is probably the most efficient way to do hot pot. K+ makes AYCE hot pot a lot of fun because of the clean, well-stocked conveyor belt, and bright interior. Even just for the setup alone, K+ is among the top two hot pot places in Denver with Old Town Hot Pot. While I prefer the broth at Old Town, I prefer the automated service, cleaner tables, and setup of K+. If you're a hot pot enthusiast or just want something different, K+ is absolutely worth a visit for a fun way to have a meal. read more

My FAVORITE spot every time I visit Colorado. All you can eat hot pot or hotpot + kbbq during lunch and dinner. I've always only had the all you can eat hot pot, because they only offer 3 different meats for the kbbq so I never had a craving for that. They have sooo many choices for hot pot toppings. From various types of - veggies (spinach, mushrooms, bokchoy, lettuce, bean sprouts, broccoli, etc.) - meats (beef, pork, seafood, etc.) - noodles (udon, ramen, egg noodles, pho noodles, etc.) They also have a "sauce bar" and it contains your garlic, spices, soy sauce, etc. and you can create your own beautiful dipping sauce/hot pot flavor. I love that you can control the temperature of your hot pot when it's cooking. Sometimes I show down, so I turn the temp down so my food/soup won't boil too much. I've been seeing this on my Google maps and never got the chance to try it until recently. I love hotpot so I honestly came in with low expectations especially because of the demographic in the area. It kind of surprised me with a few things. I like the idea of the conveyerbelt for the ingredients you want in your pot. It's fun, saves space on the table and less food waste. However, I think the lids and plates still end up taking up space on the table. On top of that, the amount of plastic that is wasted to put the food items in. I understand that it does protect the food from grubby customer hands and airborne stuff, but it seems unnecessary if you also have lids on the plates. Food: - Pork bone broth: the broth was actually pretty good. It had flavor depth and nice to sip on. Most shabu/hot pot spots ive been to refill your pot if you're running low so I'm not sure if they do that here since the pot is a bit bigger. - Ingredients on converyerbelt: they all seemed pretty fresh as the chefs in the back have to prepare them to refill the spots. I will say that some plate portions do not match the price per plate. For example, the Quail eggs, there's 3 eggs for a plate is kind of crazy imo. Overall: this spot isn't too bad. The servers were nice and attentive. If I could suggest to either get rid of the small plastic bags and use the coverings or vice versa. Conveyer belt sushi spots usually just have the cover. But that's just my concern for the amount of waste and environment. Possible PSA(?), if you don't have a big appetite, I'd just do al a carte rather than AYCE during dinner time. Saved a few dollars just picking individual plates. They also have kbbq, but my table didn't get any. Definitely grab what you CAN eat. They will charge you for extra food.
