Not bad! A little expensive and the space is small but good service and very authentic feeling. I got the dry spicy garlic noodles (no meat btw how sad) and some dumplings and chasu baos. Everything was very average but it really hit the spot for me. The dumplings were nice and juicy and the noodles had great spice. My only complaint for the noodles is adding some meat like chasu would be great, less oil, and more evenly cut garlic.

So cute and delicious. Service was great too. Inviting, helpful with the menu, and circled by to top our waters and clean tables several times. We will definitely be back!

Arriving shortly after opening on Sunday, the restaurant was bright, clean, and quiet. The restaurant is small with a small menu - but don't let that fool you, the food was full of flavors. We headed to the cash register to order - Wontons in Chili Oil, Pork Bao, Pork Dumplings, and Chicken Dumplings. About 7 minutes later, our food was brought to the table with a smile. With no one else in the restaurant, we were able to enjoy a flavorsome lunch in a quiet atmosphere.

I've always seen this place whenever I drive to castle rock and have been meaning to try for a long time. Decided to stop by for dinner and pleasantly surprised at how amazing our dinner turned out to be. Got the pork dumplings, xiao long baos, pork bao and Youpo noodle bowl - I can't pick a favorite but being a dumpling person definitely felt like this was one of the most comforting dumpling meals I've had in a really long time. The custard bao buns were really good too.. not too sweet. Service was quick but everything is made to order. Definitely a must try for all dumpling lovers

First time here after a lot of anticipation for us, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I'll give it a 4, since my daughter seemed to really like it, but I wasn't blown away. First, this place is small. Maybe six tables total. All were full when we ordered, so we ended up by the front windows waiting for something to open up. A table did, so we got to sit before our food came. Having looked at the menu before getting these, we wanted to try a few different things. The Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings were probably the highlight of the meal. The pork dumplings were fine, but I'm not sure if any flavors particularly stood out to me. My daughter really liked her beef rice bowl. I thought it was fine and would probably get that if I go back. It was better than my Rouzao Noodle Bowl. The ground pork wasn't my favorite, it didn't have much flavor, and the noodles were hard to eat. I added a bit too much chili garlic, but at least it had flavor at that point. We split an order of egg custard buns for dessert, and they were pretty tasty. It was fine. Not overly wowed by it, but I might go again. Granted, with good Chinese and sushi options to frequent, maybe I won't run back.

This was our first visit. When you walk in the door you go to the counter and place your order. Then you are given a number for your table and it is delivered hot to your table. We ordered pork dumplings, chicken dumplings, Xiao Bao, andDim Sum sampler. All were really good except the sampler was bland in taste. The restaurant was clean. Stop in and enjoy

100% the best (and only) dumpling spot in Castle Rock! So beyond happy for some diversity!! We went twice in the same weekend; dined in on Saturday, and ordered takeout Sunday. We ordered Xiao Long Bao ($11.99), Pork Dumplings ($10.99), Chasu Bao ($6.99), Rouzao Rice Bowl ($11.99), and Animal Custard Buns ($5.99). Prices are seemingly costly; $10.99/10 dumplings= $1/each, $11.99/8 XLB= $1.50/each. Flavors were authentic. Everything was good but I wasn't a fan of the Rouzao Rice; definitely needed the spicy chili oil. Would have loved an option for fried dumplings vs. traditional steamed.

Found this little gem by accident. We made a spur of the moment decision to go to Castle Rock this evening to do some shopping. By the time we were done it was time for dinner. I brought up my trusty Yelp app and came across this place. I was wanting soup and noodles so decided to give this restaurant a try. Found the restaurant clean and bright. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and accommodating. They have a wonton soup but not one with noodles which is what I wanted. He said they could do that for me. The wonton soup was delicious and the noodles were perfect. We also ordered the dim sum sampler which consists of 4 different dumplings, delicious.

I am so happy to have Dumpling Kitchen in Castle Rock. Great food, flavors, consistency and service! My favorite dish is the wonton in chili oil - I could eat that every day, it's so perfect! I also love the noodles in chili sauce, and the pork bao. The buns are really soft and fluffy, not dry, super moist filling with great flavor. Next time I intend to try a dumpling and add chili momo sauce. 10/10 recommend.

Went to the Castlerock location that just opened. A little happy since there's hardly any decent Asian restaurants in this area. Got the Xiao Long, dim sum sampler and a wonton soup with pork dumplings to go. The restaurant is small but busy and has excellent service. I'm not sure why there's no phone number listed but you can walk in or order online. I walked in and my order was ready in about 10 mins. The chili sauce they serve is delicious and has great flavor. I must try this place again but dine in. They're located in that small shopping center where FedEx and Little Caesars are. Will definitely go again with my coworkers.

Freshest I've ever experienced with dumplings at a restaurant. We had a few different dumplings and they were all great. The space is small but very cute, about 6 different seating. I would not recommend bringing a large group. You order and pay at the counter and wait for them to bring your food to you. You have a decent fridge to select your beverage from water, soda and tea. At the table are chili oil, soy sauce and vinegar, and wooden chopsticks, soup spoon, small square plate and small sauce plate. Minimal but everything you need. The dumplings and bao mostly came in staked bamboo steamer. It's always fun to open the steamer and see what's inside. Each bite was super fresh and flavorful. Then add your sauce and !

It was 98-100 degrees and really think we should of chose a different place after our experience and lack of customer service here. Parking was $1.50 per hour (First 2 hours) and then goes up per hour on the side street in front of this establishment. When you walk in, the place looks cute but after wandering around, it needs a deep cleaning and dusting. Our table was sticky, floors dirty. If you sit at the tables, you have to take your shoes off. There is no clear direction of what to do. We waited and I believe the owner came out and asked if we had reservations. There was no one in there, two women were seated at the regular tables. Also, you are charged $5 per person for this "tea ceremony" which is basically the other worker pouring hot water in the tea pot. So you get one tea choice per person. My nephew wanted cold tea aka their boba. He asked for a Mango slush boba but got watery straight milk tea that was inedible. We asked if he could switch out for another drink but they said No! If he wanted another drink, they would charge another $6 which the lady said was $5 if you got cold or hot. As a business owner, if someone asks for another option, customer service would be to either take it off the tab or offer to remake it correctly. The dim sum was edible but not really. Hearing microwave beeps. They came out hot but I don't know how fresh. I guess coming from Denver, we have real dim sum on carts and CO Springs is just a weird city with essentric taste buds. All the places we ate at were not great but Yelp reviews had 4-5 stars for them. Also, the way the place is set up, we heard all of our tea server's convo's. I won't mention what we heard but definately not what you want to listen to. Pictures attached and trust me look better than what they tasted. Taro buns were the only thing we liked. I am confused how people like this place. Neat concept but needs a lot of work and cleaning.

The restaurant was completely renovated about a year ago, and they did a remarkable job creating a modern, welcoming space while preserving the warmth and character of a traditional Chinese restaurant. One of the interesting aspects of Harbor Dim Sum is their business partnership with the Asian supermarket next door, giving them access to very fresh seafood--and you can definitely taste it in the dishes. We came for an early brunch and, as usual with dim sum, what was supposed to be a small breakfast quickly turned into a table covered with bamboo baskets! I particularly enjoyed the har gow shrimp dumplings. The wrappers were delicate and translucent, the shrimp were plump and fresh, and they were steamed perfectly. The siu mai were equally generous, topped with a little orange roe and served piping hot directly from the bamboo steamer. We also tried the tripes, one of those traditional dim sum dishes that I always enjoy when properly prepared. The steamed buns were light and fluffy, and the seafood congee was delicate and comforting--a perfect dish for an early brunch. I really love congee! What I always liked was seeing the traditional dim sum carts circulating throughout the dining room, loaded with stacks of bamboo steamers. You simply look, point, ask a few questions and suddenly another basket appears on your table! This old-fashioned Hong Kong and Cantonese style of dim sum service adds a nice homy touch to the experience. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. Much of it was conducted in Chinese, which was actually another bonus for me because it gave me an opportunity to practice some of my very basic Chinese. Nothing like ordering dim sum to test your vocabulary! The renovated dining room is spacious and attractive, with traditional Chinese decorative elements, beautiful illuminated panels, dark wood furniture and the classic red tablecloths. It feels distinctly Chinese without feeling dated. There is a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality. Will definitely be back.

But my favorite dish was the braised pig ears. Spicy, a little crunchy, yet also tender. The space is large, so I hope they start to attract large dim sum crowds.
