Heard good things about this bakery. It is located inside of the h mart in aurora. Let me start off by saying that I had high expectations. Their cheese tart and buns were both fine but neither were impressive. The bun had far too much cream in it, to the point where I had to throw some out.

These pastries are amazing! Once you bite into them they're nice and creamy! They're always fresh! The unlimited Boba drinks are great when you're shopping around the market. Service was quick and polite. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry cheesecake tasted a little sour for my taste, but I will definitely give there other cheesecakes a try!

This Japanese bakery has jiggly cheesecakes as well as frozen varieties. We tried the Ube fresh and man was it delicious! We can't wait to return and see what other goodies they add to their menu! The bonus is that you're also at H Mart, which has all of the Asian treasures.

They're now on DoorDash! We got a sweet treat to celebrate a coworker's last day. Ube Japanese cheesecake was warm and fluffy and the cheese tarts were amazing. This is great for office events!

A great addition to the ever growing Asian dessert scene in he Denver/Aurora area. Chaton specializes in cream puffs, Japanese style cheesecakes and more. We came for the cheesecake as we've been looking for one since we moved in 7 years ago. How does it compare to Uncle Tetsu or the places I've had in Japan? It's close but I can say it's the best rendition I've seen in Colorado. The texture is almost there...like 80 percent there, it still feels more sponge cake than a mix of fluffy cheese cake and sponge cake compared to the uncle Tetsu or Hokkaido Milk Bar. The ube flavor is good and our favorite but it the cheese flavor could be increased by maybe 25 percent. I know I'm comparing this to something superior, but you know what...that's totally fine because we finally have something in Colorado that the locals can finally try that's close to the best thing out there. We waited 15 minutes in line for it....I wouldn't wait 2 plus hours like others have, but it's worth a drive if the line is shorter. Priced at $18 is a winner, go to NYC and you'll pay an arm and a leg. Make the the slight adjustments and you have a real winner here!

Found many of the fresh cheesecakes at Chaton Bakery inside the HMart in Aurora actually were cheaper than the ready made frozen cheesecakes in the store. The Japanese style souffle cheesecakes are $16 to $18; Taiwanese style sponge cake is $12; mini size Basque cheesecakes are $10, the cream puffs are $6 and the cheese tart is $4, the only thing that is more expensive but also larger in portion are the frozen cheesecakes, at $38 to $43. But the best deal probably is the unlimited refill cold drinks, quite a bargain comparing to the can beverages in the store.

So I wasn't sure what to expect when this place opened but surprisingly, it was really good. The tart was delicious. The crust reminded me of like a croissant. Very buttery. I believe it was a cheese tart but very similar to an egg tart. The cream puffs were good too but definitely eat it right when you get it or maybe store in the fridge (it was warm and melty by the time I had it in the morning). From the looks of the cheesecakes, it looks very similar to Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake and like Uncle Tetsu, you can't get it by the slice but an entire cake will go quick. I will be back to try the cheesecake because Uncle Tetsus is one of my favorites so if we have one here, that'll be awesome.

We needed to go to the H Mart for some groceries and I have been seeing some viral videos about an all you can drink Boba shop inside there so I was really excited to try this! The line can get pretty long and it's pretty bare bones since the business model is all you can drink, there are about four Boba options. I chose the tarot, it is held in one of those movie theater style dispensers, you just pay at the counter and they give you a cup with the Boba at the bottom and you get to fill it yourself with as much ice and tea as you want. If you want more Boba on your refill, it's one dollar. And the whole drink itself was only six dollars so it's really a good deal! It's pretty sweet, and you can't adjust anything about it, so honestly, I was really only able to finish a little over a cup and had to save the rest. They are also a bakery, with different Asian snacks, I wanted to try the Ube cake, but it was not served in single sized pieces. They also were out of some of the best items, including the basque cheesecake. :( I decided to try a pistachio cream puff, I did not like it at all, the filling was too rich and heavy, and there was not enough difference in the outside texture to offset it. Maybe the original one would have been better. Still for all you can drink Boba this is a can't miss situation

Been looking for the jiggly cheesecake aka Japanese cheesecake forever. I got there when the line wasn't horrible, but still had a 30 minute wait. They were out of original which was the only item i wanted - up until i was 3 people away from ordering and a fresh batch of original came out of the oven and was beginning to be processed in front of us. When these places first open up - you have to be patient and wait. So that's what i did and i would've amended my order if they were still out of the original. The cream puffs looked fantastic. I plan to go back and order different items on my next visit. The cheesecake itself was so delightful. It was still warm when i got home. I gave it a little bump in the side to make it jiggle. Seriously - that made my day. It is light, creamy, and not overly sweet like conventional cheesecakes. The cake gets their kitty logo branded during the process stage: Chaton, get it?

After browsing on some well-known delivery app, I simply couldn't think of anything else but Japanese food from one of the trusted restaurants namely Mika Sushi 5!!! They were doing BOGO deals on selected items where I found Spicy Salmon rolls which I could order in the form of hand roll. I, of course, wanted more than that so I got me the Avocado Salad and a few different nigiris (one piece each; Yellowtail and Black Pepper Tuna to name them). Since it was through a delivery service I can't speak about the service and or cleanliness of the restaurant but I can say that the order was accurate where I got everything I ordered. Mika Sushi doesn't disappoint, I mean ever. The two one-piece nigiris were a quality kind; I especially liked the Yellowtail. The BOGO Spicy Salmon hand rolls were well-portioned in size (and were delicious). As for the salad, the avocado slices on the lettuce were plenty and nicely ripe and soft. The ginger carrot dressing (staple for a house salad at any Japanese sushi restaurant) was such a nice accompaniment to it. Plenty of condiments included in the brown bag shall not be forgotten to be mentioned. It made my late lunch/early dinner so delightful.

The restaurant is small and pretty busy throughout the day but we never had to worry about getting seated, filled with lots of anime knick knacks and even mangas for you to read (Yes my otakus rush there right now haha) Service has always been good with being seated right away as well as getting our orders in and drinks come pretty quickly. The staff is always fast paced in a good way, we always get checked in, asked for refills, and get our check/ togo boxes in a timely manner, nothing over the top too which I like. Only thing Ive noticed is that we dont really get our meals out at the same time and have to wait a bit in between which is not really a big deal. From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! The price for the quantity of food makes it a dubious chance of returning, but A+ for the staff!

Technically, the person who made this decision is called, internally, the head chef, but anyone who makes such awful food is a beginner line-cook.
