A cute little Chinese spot for eating. The wait staff was absolutely excellent. She was attentive and nice. She told us about the specials of the day. We inquired about a photo on the wall. She told us it was hot and spicy chicken. She said it was not very spicy. The dishes arrive shortly after ordering. The lo mein noodles came out first followed by the hot and spicy chicken. From the looks of it, the hot and spicy chicken really looked quite spicy. It was covered with hot chilies. I tasted one piece and my mouth was burning. I told my husband we should change the order if he couldn't eat it. He tried a few pieces and agreed that it was hot. He did not really want to bother the staff with a re-order. When staff appeared again, I told her the chicken really was too hot. She said they were happy to exchange the meal and that she would take this dish off the bill. Instead, we got fried calamari. In the meantime, I was eating my lo mein, which was quite good. The fried calamari arrived and was much better. Both staff and the owner came out to make sure we were happy. Great service! We went back to take advantage of the Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW), and the four of us shared their scallion pancakes, beef chow fun, hot and spicy chicken, seafood & tofu clay pot, and the dried scallop egg white fried rice. The deal came with a free dessert to share, either a pandan cake or mango mousse. We decided on sharing and dividing the cake and boy, was it delicious! Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Came to pick up Momoyama mooncakes for Mid Autumn Festival. These are specially made at this time of year. More delicate than the regular mooncakes - white bean pastry and pandan coconut or ube filling. Delicately decorated by hand and not too sweet. So I finally made it to Chopstix Fusion after seeing them all over my pages. I mainly knew they had really good desserts and their cakes are very cool to look at. However, the food was delicious. Everything was super flavorful. Portions are pretty good as well. My go to order at every HK Canto style restaurant is the beef chowfun. If it's good, I'll come back. And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Truly, a hidden gem and one of those neighborhood best kept secrets! This LITTLE spot nestled away in a strip mall off Parker Road has some of the best Chinese food you can get in Denver! Ordered cakes and cupcakes for my husband and daughter's birthday. Wendy made it super easy and convenient to order her desserts through instagram! It was all beautiful, delicious, and not too sweet. Probably top 3 Chinese places I've tried in Colorado. Good Chinese food is harder to come by in this state, and I would recommend trying this place for pretty authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong cooking. Beef chow fun (干炒牛河) with XO was delicious and I would get the string beans with XO sauce next time. If there is a dish you're mot seeing on the menu, it might be worth calling in advance to see if Wendy and her husband can make it special for you since they take requests sometimes. Wendy is the wife of the business duo and she makes delicious cakes - the Asian type that is soft and not too sweet. They are much fresher than the ones you can get at Tous les Jours or Paris Baguette. I think a 6in with only basic decorations costs about $60-65 but just call to inquire. read more

Finally had a chance to try Chopstix Fusion tonight and have to echo the universal praise I see so often. Staff were incredible. We got there and I hadn't realized how small the place was. We got stuck waiting for a large group who took their time clearing out even though they were finished even before we arrived. Staff checked in with us constantly while we waited outside and were extremely kind and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault and we were fine to wait. I was extremely impressed by how attentive they were. Eventually they combined a bunch of outdoor tables inside for us. When the large group left right after we sat down, they even offered to help us switch tables. It's been a long time since I've had service this good at a restaurant. I'd happily go back anytime and am eager to try more things on the menu. read more

Had a great early dinner here, and yes the beef chow fun hits! Started with hot sour soup and wonton soup which were both great. Also ordered sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Sesame chicken was good, nice and crispy with a great sticky sauce. Mongolian beef was very salty and I'll maybe try to stir fry the left overs with some plain rice to balance it out. They're a new Chinese restaurant in town serving up authentic flavors at a great price and great portions! This spot is now a regular of mine and so far each dish hasn't disappointed me! They have your typical Asian American dishes, but it's their authentic specialty dishes that stands out! I'm a sucker for beef chow fun and they are now the best in all of Denver. Yay! I am finally able to cross off this place on my bucket list of places to try! Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my parents. The place is small and located in the corner of a retail strip. The place is casual and clean. We were seated immediately and we got in at good timing where it wasn't super busy. My mom ordered the Thai Iced Tea and my dad ordered the Iced Jasmine Tea with Limeade Passion Fruit to start for beverages. Our waitress gave us some time to look at the menu and came back to take our orders. She gave some suggestions too. We ordered and shared the Beef Chow Fun, Seafood Pan Fried Noodles, Stir Fried String Beans with Minced Pork and Garlic, and a chef special Chicken with Szechuan Peppercorns. Of all the dishes, the beef chow fun was our favorite. The seafood pan fried noodles were second. The string beans and the chicken szechuan were both equally good but a little on the saltier side. The peppercorns in the chicken dish was just too overpowering for my taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed all the entrees but wished it was less salted. The chicken dish wasn't for me as I didn't like the saltiness and the overwhelmingness of peppercorn taste. Overall, all the dishes were very savory, distinct, and flavorful. We did try their desserts. We shared the strawberry crepe cake and the mango mousse. Yummy and highly recommend trying their desserts! The sweetness is perfect and the desserts tasted very light and refreshing. The desserts are always changing on what they have. They do cater too, food and desserts! tl;dr Superb cooking, great service and prices, Hong Kong dishes, winner. I made my take-out second visit last night and came away smiling as much as the first--and I forgot dessert both times! The menu features Americanized stuff like lo mein and General Tso, but these take a back seat, IMO, to the Hong Kong style items. My favorite so far was the Beef Chow Fun, but Yushen chicken and beef lo mein were on target for flavor, quality, and portion size. Wendy makes a sincere and significant effort to provide friendly, prompt service. I feel welcome the moment I step inside. Prices are several dollars below places I try in East Denver and beyond, but for food that is top-tier. Highly recommended. I can't find anything to complain about. Praise only. I've been wanting to try this place forever, and I'm so glad we got to try it today! The hype on the Crazy Hungry Asians of Colorado Facebook page is real! The owner, the food, and the service were all on point! It is a smaller restaurant in which seats about 20 or so, but you can always take the food to go and I'm sure it tastes just as good! We ordered the beef chow fun (which had super velvety soft beef) + salted fish, chicken, and egg plant clay (this was good but I wish there was more fish/chicken in it). We ordered an iced Hong Kong milk tea as well, and it brought me back to the one trip we took to Hong Kong in 2018 - not too sweet and brewed from real tea leaves imported from HK. We got the kung pao chicken, beef chow fun, string beans with minced pork, and spring rolls. I would not recommend the spring rolls, it was loosely wrapped and falling apart easily. I also would not recommend the drunken noodles, that was overly sweet and the noodles were not cooked all the way through. The server is the only one working but she's really fast and efficient. Lady was really friendly and it is located in the corner of the plaza. Is your old school Chinese restaurant vibe! Order the usual Beef Noodle soup! The flavor was great!
