Came two days in a row as today Mile High Asian Food Week started and they have a special for $85. Starts with scallion pancakes, then seafood and tofu Claypot. Beef chow fun, then fried scallops and egg white fried rice, hot and spicy chicken and choice of dessert between mango mousse and pandan cake. Servers are helpful and restaurant is clean and bright. So full!!!!

Update- we tried the new silky tofu sizzler and WOWWWWW- honestly the best thing we all ate! The pork is great- it's spicy but not too spicy.

Ordered cakes and cupcakes for my husband and daughter's birthday. Wendy made it super easy and convenient to order her desserts through instagram! It was all beautiful, delicious, and not too sweet. She is very creative with her designs and very talented. We stopped in the eat so we could try the food for our party too. The Lo Mein was delicious! A big hit with us but even our guests at the party. My favorite was the green beans with XO sauce. Cooked to perfection! Their location is located in the very middle of the shopping center. A small place but does good service! No high chairs if you have babies or toddlers.

Probably top 3 Chinese places I've tried in Colorado. Good Chinese food is harder to come by in this state, and I would recommend trying this place for pretty authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong cooking. Beef chow fun (干炒牛河) with XO was delicious and I would get the string beans with XO sauce next time. If there is a dish you're mot seeing on the menu, it might be worth calling in advance to see if Wendy and her husband can make it special for you since they take requests sometimes. Wendy is the wife of the business duo and she makes delicious cakes - the Asian type that is soft and not too sweet. They are much fresher than the ones you can get at Tous les Jours or Paris Baguette. I think a 6in with only basic decorations costs about $60-65 but just call to inquire.

Nestled in the corner of a little strip mall, this Chinese restaurant is a great find! Service was fast with a large selection of food, drinks, and in house made desserts. We shared x3 plates which was plenty for lunch and our dinner that night. The lo mein was our favorite with the green beans all being cooked perfect as well. The Szechuan chicken could definitely have used more chicken but the veggies were very fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend if you're craving your comfort Chinese food!

Finally had a chance to try Chopstix Fusion tonight and have to echo the universal praise I see so often. Staff were incredible. We got there and I hadn't realized how small the place was. We got stuck waiting for a large group who took their time clearing out even though they were finished even before we arrived. Staff checked in with us constantly while we waited outside and were extremely kind and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault and we were fine to wait. I was extremely impressed by how attentive they were. Eventually they combined a bunch of outdoor tables inside for us. When the large group left right after we sat down, they even offered to help us switch tables. It's been a long time since I've had service this good at a restaurant. I'd happily go back anytime and am eager to try more things on the menu.

This hole in the wall restaurant offers a delightful dining experience! Quick and diligent service with some very comforting food options. The Mongolian beef is perfectly tender with a flavorful sauce, the fried rice is rich and aromatic, and the pandan cake is a fun and deliciously sweet way to end the meal. Portion size is huge so be mindful while ordering. Will be back to try other things on their menu

Chopsticks Fusion is top notch amazing!!!! Our food was very good and the service was also very good. This restaurant is hidden away in a small strip small area. It has outdoor and indoor seating. They also make custom cakes if you need one. My favorite meals item was the sesame chicken, but again, all of the entrees we ordered were delicious!!! I'd definitely return to this restaurant.

Had a great early dinner here, and yes the beef chow fun hits! Started with hot sour soup and wonton soup which were both great. Also ordered sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Sesame chicken was good, nice and crispy with a great sticky sauce. Mongolian beef was very salty and I'll maybe try to stir fry the left overs with some plain rice to balance it out. Wendy was our server and was fantastic. We were stuffed so we didn't try dessert this time around but they looked fabulous. Very small seating area but we came at a great time so had no problem getting seats. When we left though every table was full. We'll definitely be back again

Yay! I am finally able to cross off this place on my bucket list of places to try! Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my parents. The place is small and located in the corner of a retail strip. The place is casual and clean. We were seated immediately and we got in at good timing where it wasn't super busy. My mom ordered the Thai Iced Tea and my dad ordered the Iced Jasmine Tea with Limeade Passion Fruit to start for beverages. Our waitress gave us some time to look at the menu and came back to take our orders. She gave some suggestions too. We ordered and shared the Beef Chow Fun, Seafood Pan Fried Noodles, Stir Fried String Beans with Minced Pork and Garlic, and a chef special Chicken with Szechuan Peppercorns. Of all the dishes, the beef chow fun was our favorite. The seafood pan fried noodles were second. The string beans and the chicken szechuan were both equally good but a little on the saltier side. The peppercorns in the chicken dish was just too overpowering for my taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed all the entrees but wished it was less salted. The chicken dish wasn't for me as I didn't like the saltiness and the overwhelmingness of peppercorn taste. Overall, all the dishes were very savory, distinct, and flavorful. We did try their desserts. We shared the strawberry crepe cake and the mango mousse. Yummy and highly recommend trying their desserts! The sweetness is perfect and the desserts tasted very light and refreshing. The desserts are always changing on what they have. They do cater too, food and desserts! I would definitely come back, but I would ask them to ease up on the salt. So far, a Chinese restaurant that isn't on the so sweet side. Thanks for a great experience.

Heard a lot of great things about Wendy's cakes so I wanted to try her restaurant. Everything was delicious. We tried her beef and radish stew, beef chow fun and green beans. Best part is she had some cakes available ! Had a slice of her tiramisu cake and matcha strawberry. Her cakes are heavenly!

I've been wanting to try this place forever, and I'm so glad we got to try it today! The hype on the Crazy Hungry Asians of Colorado Facebook page is real! The owner, the food, and the service were all on point! It is a smaller restaurant in which seats about 20 or so, but you can always take the food to go and I'm sure it tastes just as good! We ordered the beef chow fun (which had super velvety soft beef) + salted fish, chicken, and egg plant clay (this was good but I wish there was more fish/chicken in it). We ordered an iced Hong Kong milk tea as well, and it brought me back to the one trip we took to Hong Kong in 2018 - not too sweet and brewed from real tea leaves imported from HK. My husband and I were stuffed after finishing everything on the plate, and we wish we had room for her in-house made desserts! They look so good! Note - they don't have high chairs for kids due to the space but having them sit in the stroller or on your lap is worth the food you'll be devouring. We'll be back next time!

I don't throw around the word "franchise" lightly. But I walked out of Mango Mango Dessert on Colorado Blvd genuinely researching whether I could open one in centennial or south area. That should tell you everything. The crepe cake is what got me. Thin crepe after thin crepe, stacked with cream, and somehow light enough that you don't feel like a monster for finishing it. We also grabbed some to bring home... which lasted about 20 minutes if I'm being honest. Perfect end of night dessert. Here is the thing though... this place doesn't feel like it was built for an American audience. It feels like someone picked it up directly from Asia and just set it down on Colorado Blvd, completely intact. The flavors, the presentation, the whole experience... it's the real deal. Not a watered down approximation of what Americans think Asian dessert tastes like. The actual thing. Now the lines. They are long. At all hours. And the answer is yes... people just love it this much. A line that long is usually trying to tell you something. Go. Just bring a bag if patience.
