Vietnamese snack food spot that is relatively new (at least according to my friends) surrounded by a good amount of other Asian food spots. First off, parking is plentiful and easy as well as spacious. Big plus there. The food was good with a large selection. Small warning for those not familiar with Vietnamese food: they tend to have shrimp either as a main ingredient or as a paste base. I'm somewhat allergic to shrimp so just be wary! The 7 level spicy noodle soup was good and full of flavor/ingredients. I'm a fan of spice and got a level 4 just to be safe. I would describe level 4 as similar to most Korean cup noodles. Drinks were tasty but I wish they were a bit sweeter (coming from a guy that isn't a huge fan of sweets). Atmosphere was nice with plenty of seating for bigger groups. Service was good too with friendly employees. I recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a chill place with tasty Vietnamese "street" food.

Bot chien, extra crispy - 4 stars

Fairly new hot spot in town to get me some authentic Viet snacks and boba/fruit tea. Since they're fairly new, our order took a while to come out. Our group got bot chien, popcorn chicken, fried fish ball, spicy instant noodles, soursop tea and matche blend. The items I'd def order again are soursop fruit tea, spicy noodles and bot chien extra crispy. Chef kiss! Oh, and the spicy noodles are no joke even with level 1 so watch out! Definitely give this place a try and you'll get a sneak peek of how we snack in Vietnam.

We came back the 2nd time because it was too good we couldn't resist. This time we ordered the Banh Trang rolled dish and garlic butter calamari, and it was really good! The staff is also really nice

This place has best Vietnamese street food and drinks. Everything is so good and flavorful. All the workers are nice and polite. Definitely come back whenever we're in town

I ordered the pina colada slush with boba. The drink was perfect! Boba was soft and not too sweet. Yes, I would recommend this place.

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

First... each time we have gotten pho, they have given us about 5 small leaves of basil. Yes... that's it. Even the cheapest, bargain pho I have gotten at hole-in-the-wall places give a few big sprigs of basil (like 20 leaves). Basil is such a crucial component in pho, and it's very cheap and easy to grow so I don't get why this place skimps on it. Second, I ordered a rice bowl that is supposed to come with carrots and cucumbers. My order had about 5 little carrot slices and one (yes... ONE) slice of cucumber. I had to laugh at that pathetic little slice in a huge bed of rice. Again, a fairly cheap ingredient that they completely skimped on. It may seem like a small thing, but these are the details which make me decide if I want to order again from a place. Pho&Bar is not getting my business anymore.

After looking at two I still didn't know how much hot sake was or the sizes offered and if they had other kinds -- absolutely no transparency on price when it's not on a menu anywhere. They have Lucky Buddha bottles all over the place but no idea how much those were, either. Mixers? I see bottles but no prices cause nothin is listed in any drink menus. So weird. The pho is very good and other meals have always been. I think it's on the pricier side here for everything. It gets so expensive to go out when a modest meal/drink set ya back $50. It's just pho! And a basic adult drink like super cheap house sake or tap beer. But anywho, this is our world now. Just going out less & less than I used to! They don't have any deals like happy hour. Multiple people asked when I was there so I hope they offer one someday. The sides for pho are pretty skimpy but there was no hesitation when I asked for more lime & basil. Service was and has always been really good!

I heard good things about this restaurant even though it is in a sketchier part of town. The restaurant feels clean and lounge-y because of the lights and sakura trees. The menu is extensive. You can choose rice or noodles. They have a lot of different appetizers too. The bun bo hue is popular because of the rib bone. The meat portion size is good. Pho is 15% off everyday after 4PM! The A5 cha gio (egg rolls) are good. One order is $7.99 and comes with two pieces but cut in half. They were served with noodles. I wish they had more greens. BBH6 King bun bo hue was good. At $24.99, it came with all the meats, including the bone rib and pork knuckle. It wasn't spicy, but the spicy sauce they had at the table was very spicy. C5 shrimp rice plate $15.99 came with 2 egg rolls. The shrimp was grilled nicely, and the steamed rice (not broken rice) was good. Service was really good. They took care of us even though it was hectic. They were patient and didn't rush us. You have to pay at the register. Credit card / tap pay is accepted. No outdoor seating.

Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later. As I am sitting here writing this review, I am truly enjoying the atmosphere. Listening to the music over my head, I am sing a little bit too loud, louder than mouthing the words.
