I may have found a new place to adore! Popped in here one night about 15 min before their closing time. The two workers were still very friendly towards us. I ordered the salted egg yolk Vietnamese latte Hot because it was a chilly night. Boy was that a treat! It's like a custard topped an already very good tasting Vietnamese coffee. And the fact that it wasn't too sweet to start with, balanced by the salt, makes it a great companion to enjoy a pastry with. I thought hubby's black sesame matcha latte would've been better as a coffee latte, but he prefers tea. It's also not too sweet so having a sweet pastry with it is great. Too bad the savory pasties were all sold out! I know it's late in the day but according to one of the workers, they would out of them very early in the morning, always! To that, I said: well, if the demand is known to be high, the supply should be strong so you wouldn't end up having unsatisfied late night customers!

If I happen to be in this plaza, I'll make a stop because the pandan coconut milk is actually quite tasty and refreshing. I have tried other drinks when my friends ordered theirs and the other drinks are okay but they don't standout. The only drink that is memorable for me was the pandan. It's a good mixture of coconut flavor but also cooling on a hot day. The shop is quite cute. There are plenty of seating spots and there's a ramen station as well. Service is quick and friendly.

Super fun boba tea shop with a ton of fun options! I had the Pandan Coconut Cream (next time I would get the option with expresso!) and I also tried the Hojicha Coconut Cream, which was amazing. I also enjoyed the cute ramen bar and got to choose my own ramen packet and toppings. The staff was great and I would definitely come back to enjoy more fun beverages! Oh and K-Pop fans will love this place as they play music videos and overall, it's just a really fun atmosphere.

I randomly found this place after buying dimsum from this hole in the wall shop next door. I was craving bubble tea after grabbing takeout dimsum, so I decided to come in here. My husband ordered a matcha sesame and I got the tiramisu latte. The tiramisu latte was super sweet and it was a special that they had. I liked it a lot, but I had to water it down a bit which was fine. They gave us a regular matcha latte instead of the matcha sesame but then realized they messed up shortly after and made us a new drink. We got there a few minutes after they opened so it was empty. Super cute spacious shop and the owner was there making drinks with another worker. Overall, I would come back because the flavors were really spot on good and would adjust the sugar next time.

I ordered Lychee shortcake milk tea for $8.50. I like the taste of my tea, but with the price point I didn't feel it worth the value. The ambiance is nice for meet up with friends and homey atmosphere. Cute decors with good local handmade products for sale, many available boards game & two claw machine. The barista is helpful to recommend me all ingredients for recommended tea for first time like me. Just as I said I felt like it is not that unique as I expect for this fancy price point.

Super cute shop with a good selection of drinks! Stopped by here on a weekend and wanted one of their matcha drinks. I told them I liked black sesame matchas and they recommend another style that has a similar nutty flavor called Kinako. It was delicious and did indeed have a nutty, almost peanut butter taste. One thing I do wish they had was different size options for drinks. The matchas only come in one size, large and I'd prefer if they had a small or medium size for when I want something less indulgent. Especially to give some options price-wise since my specialty matcha was just under $11 with my $10 tip.

I saw that they had a mango sticky rice smoothie on the menu and I was super excited to try it! It was soooo good! It wasn't too sweet and slightly creamy and I think there was sago in it. My friends got the dubai matcha and the coconut cloud and they were both also really good. It's a super cute shop inside the far east center and the decor was adorable. They also have a claw machine and a ramen station. The workers here are always so nice and I can't wait to come back!

Had the Blue lychee Bliss with lychee jelly very refreshing. My kids loved it. I had the blue ein spanner with coffee jelly way more mellow and less sugary with the coffee jelly giving it just enough sweetness.

It's interesting to come to a location which was once vacant and see a thriving local business. There was a child's birthday party happening and the atmosphere was lively. Heard there was a Hello Kitty collab drink so had to try it. There wasn't any Hello Kitty markings or a special cup which was disappointing. The drink itself was average. Not cold enough for a boba drink. It took another half hour for the ice to melt and make the drink better. They had malasadas so we tried a 3 pack - one cinnamon and two original flavor. They were meh. Slightly hard and not fresh. Perhaps a slight microwave heating would have made it better. They do have a ramen station where you pick the ramen you want and add hot water to it. Nice different option for customers. All in all I'm glad they are here. But I wouldn't drive specifically to them.

I wanna thank my friend Lena- also Yelp Elite- for introducing me to this lovely shop. The photos don't do the menu justice!!! It's not just a boba shop- they have real, quality matcha! My drink was incredible- I got the black sesame matcha and you can see them stirring the matcha. Interior is also perfect for your social media photos! Can't wait to come back.

From the first sip, this pandan coconut cream spoke to me. It's like connecting with a good friend with whom you haven't seen for a while, so you want to continue to talk with them, savoring the moment together. When you get your drink, mix well, and slowly sip it. What you are tasting is its topping: the mung bean. Blending it with the coconut milk and pandan flavor liquid, you get a party in your mouth. It is THAT good! This is one of their signature drinks, and it is delicious! If you like the taste of pandan and coconut mixed with mung bean, this IS your drink and it's calling your name. This place was happening with folks in line to order, and also waiting for their name to be called. I would say the atmosphere was lively, but not too loud where you couldn't wait and leave the premise. Teahee is located at the Far East Shopping Center at Alameda & Federal. Come and enjoy this unique flavor and very satisfying & tasty drink along with their other famous drinks. See you there!

Wow, I was surprised by the ambiance in this new tea shop! Lots of space and well decorated. I love that you can choose from a variety of teas, toppings and sweetness level as well. They have ramen stations and the service was great!

As for the pork, both roasted and barbecue, they were so good. We had a little bit of white rice to eat with the meat, but really, you don't need the extra rice in order to eat these two types of pork meats. Since both styles of the pork were prepared differently, I cannot say one is better than the other: they were both delicious. The crunchiness and the flavorful from the roasted pork, as well as the aroma and the soft chewy from the barbecue pork, brings this dining experience to the next level. We also ordered the yu stir fry choy sum in garlic, the combination fried rice, and salt and pepper shrimp. I highly recommend the yu choy and shrimp dishes. I would skip the fried rice and get their beef chow fun, which is exactly what my other group of 6 did. In addition to what were mentioned above, they ordered Chinese broccoli, daikon and beef in clay pot, Taishan five spice duck, salted fish & chicken fried rice. Everyone enjoyed their food and dining experience here. Conversations were easily understood and heard. When asked what their favorite dish was, all of us said we liked everything, but when pressed to give one special dish, several folks mentioned the roasted pork, the clay pot, and the salt and pepper shrimp. We were surprised to find it very crowded at 4pm when we visited. There's a small area at the front of the restaurant and a lot of folks were gathered there waiting for their tables. It took several minutes before the hostess checked us in and let us know it would be a few minute wait. A bit later we were guided to our seats. I appreciated that they took trouble to make it feel like a special experience - with white tablecloths, decor and the cutlery. They seemed a bit short staffed that day so our server was helping out many tables. He was very helpful in explaining the menu, though we did have to ask specifically to receive the full tea menu. We decided on a few teas to share - a spiced white chocolate white tea, rooibos chai, and a hibiscus cooler (iced and non-caffeinated). The spiced white chocolate was fantastic. I wasn't as much of a fan of the rooibos but if you like less sweet teas this is a good choice. The hibiscus cooler was delicious and refreshing, and I liked that they let us take it to go! Our amuse bouche came out first - a delicious pumpkin seed savory small soup and it was fantastic. We eagerly awaited our tea tower - and it certainly did not disappoint! We are still thinking about the delicious spinach and artichoke pinwheel with olive tapenade - it was our absolute favorite. The savory sandwiches were also delicious. We especially enjoyed the clotted cream and lemon curd with the scone, and the desserts were delectable. We were stuffed by the end of our teatime! Our server was very helpful and despite it being very busy, we felt taken care of. I think this is a very worthwhile experience - the tea, sweets, and savories are all delicious and definitely worth checking out!
