    A little bit of everything!

Ambiance was somewhat casual with friendly and attentive servers. This isn't an Americanized Chinese restaurant so I would adjust expectations accordingly. They have a more conventional or Americanized menu, and a more Taiwanese style menu. We ordered off the latter menu and it did not disappoint. We were able to try all of our favorites and brought plenty home to enjoy afterwards. Great for solo or group dining with friends or family. We definitely plan on coming back!

Authentic in both taste and style. Ran by a couple super nice and down to earth aunties up front, I was immediately greeted and sat. After a long day in the mountains the only thing I could think of was beef noodle soup aka 牛肉麵. I didn't have to ask if they made it spicy or any needed ingredients especially the kind of beef they use, etc etc. The dish came out almost instantaneous. The right temperature, the right texture and most importantly the right taste. I was very hungry at the time but you'd be surprised how quick a bowl of soup can be ruined and this was the complete opposite. I finished my meal and one of the aunties asked if I wanted more food. We both laughed and I went on my way. Highly recommended and wish the owners all the best! Of course I'll be back! Till next time!

Great price point for family dinner at a Chinese restaurant. Our family loves trying out Chinese food as my aunt and uncle are from china and miss eating this food and China Taipei did a great job especially for the price point. Service was quick and friendly. As you would expect from a family Chinese restaurant there was an extensive menu with many options to try. We got vegetables, beef soup, ground beef and rice, duck with sauce and wrappers, and noodles among many dishes. My family ordered in Mandarin so I apologize for any missed dish names! My favorite dishes were the duck that you add sauce and green onions into a thin wrapper and eat like a taco and the ground beef with rice. Now I wouldn't say that every dish was amazing, the mixed vegetables were pretty salty and the beef soup wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped, but for the price point and the amount of food we got, well worth the trip and would go back for another family dinner!

Thanksgiving dinner at China Taipei in Centennial. Although the restaurant was here more than 20 years, but has recently been re-discovered by many old and new patrons alike after the ownership changed hands about 2 years ago and the menu was revamped. Here are their Nanjing Salty Duck, Maoxuewang, Sizzling Beef Tendon, Beef Chow Fun, Braised Pork Rice, Sizzling Eels, a few of favorite from their many tasty plates. Needless to day, was delightedly surprised and satisfied.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the southern burbs. The restaurant looks kind of dated, but is always clean. Service is very attentive. Drinks are never empty. Portions are very generous especially at lunch. You get soup, an egg roll, your entree, fried rice and fortune cookies. I've been going there for years. They offer delivery as well, which has always been good as well. Highly recommend.

The meat rice is delicious, but the blood curd is not good. Tastes like it's been sitting there for a long time.

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

I also got my hands on a Lychee CHI sparkling water. I love how their drinks aren't a crazy upcharge. I think their fried rice (and everything I've ever gotten) has been 1000% better than any other take out Chinese fast food in Colorado. And the prices are on point. My favorite mains so far are the buddah mix which mimics my go to fried tofu stir fry from Panda Express in Hawaii. Plus the mapo tofu. The pork is perfectly seasoned and the tofu is so silky smooth. Great on top of that amazing fried rice. I will make the drive to get take out whenever I'm craving actually good Chinese fast casual food.

From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! The price for the quantity of food makes it a dubious chance of returning, but A+ for the staff!

We came for the Indian fusion foods (amazing) but were introduced to the essence of small business pride with the owner giving a personal touch to all his guests. His story, if he shares it, inspires having a dream and bringing it to fruition from hard work and not compromising. I love establishments like this!!!!! The foodies here are cook to order, teas are made fresh as well! We ordered a variety of appetizers, entrees at various degrees of spicy and every single thing was packed with unique flavor explosions. There will be an entree for anyone's taste. We tried the dessert. The portion sizes were great. We had plenty to take home. You will want to come back to explore more of the menu, there is so much on it. Now to the unexpected! We did not expect that this place would have two restaurants! A morning restaurant, the Early Bird Eatery and then the Monks Indian Fusion Cuisine! Will post pictures of our dinner meal and the breakfast Early Bird Eatery menu since this is under the Monks Yelp. The service was excellent. Expect a dining experience. Do not be in a hurry since this is truly a small business and if you are lucky will likely engage the owner. It was a cozy environment for us and dinner. I expect depending on the time and what restaurant you visit the atmosphere to shift. Definitely support and encourage him and his team! His engagement and care to his menu details, the love for what he is doing reminds me of the small businesses abroad that share their culture in the same way because he has brought such flavor to his menu. It is quite refreshing to experience this at I25 and Dry Creek. If you blink you will miss this. Don't miss it. The prices are reasonable and I can't wait to try the breakfast menu. The dinner sits very well since I am writing this review a couple hours after eating. I plan to review again as well as recommend this place to everyone.
