Food arrived cold and no one wants to eat cold food. I can't recommend nor will I order from this establishment again.

The egg roll was gas. Everything else was so bad. The lo main was literally raw, no flavor, plain spaghetti noodles. The meat was terrible, no flavor, weird consistency. Would not recommend. I get its cheap, I'd rather spend the extra 5 dollars somewhere else. read more

I have been craving Chinese food so I thought this place would be good to try. They were nice when I was ordering and I was in and out. The lo mein was good it taste like what you'd expect it to. The vegetables I could tell had been sitting for a while but they still tasted good. The cheese wontons were pretty sweet. I'm vegetarian so I was expecting there to be more options like tofu cause it showed on the menu but there weren't any on the serving line that I could see. Honestly, flavorless the food was also cold and chewy, did not like the texture of the sesame chicken reminded me of meatballs (meatballs with no flavor). The fried chicken wings came cold and flavorless, and dry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The low mein was cold and lacked any flavor whatsoever. The cream cheese puffs were cold, and had barely any stuffing in them. Very disappointed. Will not be back. This place is by far the best Dollar Scoop in Colorado. The portion sizes are generous. The quality and selection are great. The value amazing!!! So, read some reviews on here and decided to try the place. It's set up like a Panda Express, but looks like you can order entrees off the menu as well. They had quite a few dishes to choose from on the "bar". My first trip, last week, I tried the Orange Chicken and the Kung Pao Chicken. The Orange Chicken was the best I've had, and way better than Panda Express. The crust is crunch, the white meat chicken of high quality, and the sauce was amazing. The Kung Pao Chicken had strips of white meat chicken, very tender and delicious (none of the chicken dishes were chewy or stringy, like you often get at Chinese restaurants. The KP also had crisp, delicious vegetables. The veggie egg roll was average to good...not amazing. I also had white rice, well cooked. The test is the SECOND time you visit a restaurant, right? Today, I got the Orange Chicken again, and the Beef and Broccoli. The Orange Chicken, didn't disappoint, again... coming straight out of the fryer... again, super delicious. The Beef and Broccolli... Beef was very tender, cut into small squares... very tasty sauce, as well. Broccoli was as good as it gets, sitting in a saucy dish in a pan. Still very good, as well as chunks of crisp carrot. The dining photos didn't look inviting so I ordered to-go. The food had high ratings and I was craving lo mien. So I ordered beef lo mien, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and chicken egg rolls, which also came with steam rice and fried rice. The orange chicken was the only dish we liked. The lo mien dish was most disappointing, it was bland. Mongolian beef wasn't too bad but I've had a lot better. It was worth a try, just don't think I'd return. read more

My second visit last night at 8:30 PM and Chinese sounded good. I had a combo of beef and chicken and rice and noodle as they were winding down for the day. While the young lady offered to cook more beef and noodle that I wanted, I didn't want them to go to the extra effort and was glad to try an assortment. $4.30 can't be beat these days. I'm by no means a Chinese food critic, but I really don't think there is better value for good Chinese food in Aurora. I sure hope they succeed. I feel for all family owned restaurants these days. I brought my food back home and service was quick. I was the only customer. The dining area looked spotless and had it not been late in evening, I would have sat down and eaten, just to be out of the house a little longer. read more

Here are the things I ordered and it was not good at all. Meifun- just noodle Jalapeño chicken and Mongolian beef, they were so meshed together I don't know what was what. Grill teriyaki chicken- not really grilled chicken, it was like cheap frozen chicken. The rice is not fried rice. It was a little bit of sauce on the rice. The hot and sour soup was GINGER SOUP. This place just recently opened, its tucked back in the strip mall, so was lucky to have noticed it. I was very pleasantly surprised. They have combo plates, one entree two sides kind of deal. Ordered delivery , it was on time or early. Had coconut shrimp, pot stickers, s&s chicken, beef n veggies, veggie lo mein and wonton soup. Great combination of flavor, quantity and presentation. Picked up our first order from King Wok Express, Aurora CO. Mei Fun combo noodles were excellent, with a nice hint of smokiness from the wok. Glad to find a shop where they know how to cut meat and vegetables the right size and balance. Most cut theirs huge and don't cook that well and absorb the sauces.--Pork chow mein , was also cut the way I like it and the sauce not overly salty from excess shoyu sauce, also came with a couple baggies of fresh crispy won ton noodles for a topping.--Pork egg foo yung had three large patties with a good balance of pork and other ingredients, the accompanied container of gravy for them was very good as well. All portions were very satisfactory and included a couple ample size containers of rice. Deifnitely going back to try the other menu items.--Nice work King Wok Express! read more

Trust the bad reviews. Some of the worst food I've ever eaten. Most of it tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Service was perfectly fine, food was literally not edible. This place is great!! Their menu is huge!! Everything that my family has tried as been delicious so far but we have barely put a dent in the massive menu. Our favorite is the family deal #2. It seems to have the best bang for your buck. However they have oodles of opinions that you can try just a scoop. My husband and I are planning to at least try one of everything. It's a small place. Little hole in the wall atmosphere. Doesn't seem like much, but oh wow the food is amazing. The guy who runs the kitchen, you can tell cooking is a passion and anything we have ever ordered has always impressed us. We find ourselves craving King Wok now once a week or two.
