Really like the dishes they serve combo fried rice , crispy duck, lo mein, seafood tofu soup. They are always so tasty and well prepared. The service is always excellent.

Food is always great and now they're serving boba! Boba was awesome, as I expected. Give them a try-you won't be disappointed!

I ordered General Tso's chicken. What I got was some soft, mushy, dried out greasy battered chicken that tasted sweet. There was no juice/sauce at ALL!!! Eggroll tasted old and dated like it came out of a frozen box. Rice had no flavor. Bellpepper was hard and crunchy. General Tso's chicken is always brown with a brown sauce... Not this junk that was served to me. I threw it in the trash. Do not order from this restaurant. This is not Asian food!!!! This is trash they are throwing together to make a profit.

Sweet n sour chicken lunch special! Loved that the sauce came on the side automatically. Veggies seemed steamed, fried rice was tasty.

They have good deal on Lunch specials which come with an entree, fried rice, soup, crunchy noodles, dipping sauce and either crab Rangoon or fried spring roll (they call it egg roll but it has the thin wrapper). Food arrives fast so it's a great lunch option. Also saw they had FREE lunch delivery. In a world with $6 grub hub deliver, I like free ;) I really like their hot and sour soup, it's not that spicy or sour per se and lacks wood ear mushrooms but I never eat them anyway. Instead, it has a more homemade and "clean" flavor which I enjoyed. Egg drop soup has little corn bits in it and has a strong chicken broth flavor. My little bro enjoyed it a lot. Definitely as good as it gets for Chinese in our area. I love Asian food and have sampled the majority of our local Asian cuisine restaurants over the years and just stumbled onto He-Xing Garden last week. I almost didn't go inside due to the mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I will be returning often to explore their menu further. Service was pleasant and helpful. The food was yummy, flavorful, presented well and was pretty fresh tasting. I've only ordered fried dishes here and look forward to trying their stir fries next. Sesame chicken had good cuts of chicken breast with a pleasant and traditional sauce, not too strong nor too mild. Fried rice is pretty good, it has little egg bits in it which puts it a notch above the local competition. I will definitely be back and would recommend them for dining in or take out!

Been to many Chinese restaurants in the state, this is one of the best. Such great tasting dishes, reasonably priced, and great staff.

I couldn't believe how fresh and flavorful these were. They are not soup dumplings, but they were incredibly juicy. The size was ginormous! I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

They were veryyy generous and I even had to stop the staff from putting more into the plate because it was way too much food for me. This second time around was just as good and I had to basically waddle out of the restaurant after eating my food. I had ordered the plate which comes with two mains and a side. I also got my hands on a Lychee CHI sparkling water. I love how their drinks aren't a crazy upcharge. I think their fried rice (and everything I've ever gotten) has been 1000% better than any other take out Chinese fast food in Colorado. And the prices are on point. My favorite mains so far are the buddah mix which mimics my go to fried tofu stir fry from Panda Express in Hawaii. Plus the mapo tofu. The pork is perfectly seasoned and the tofu is so silky smooth. Great on top of that amazing fried rice. I will make the drive to get take out whenever I'm craving actually good Chinese fast casual food.

We came for the Indian fusion foods (amazing) but were introduced to the essence of small business pride with the owner giving a personal touch to all his guests. His story, if he shares it, inspires having a dream and bringing it to fruition from hard work and not compromising. I love establishments like this!!!!! The foodies here are cook to order, teas are made fresh as well! We ordered a variety of appetizers, entrees at various degrees of spicy and every single thing was packed with unique flavor explosions. There will be an entree for anyone's taste. We tried the dessert. The portion sizes were great. We had plenty to take home. You will want to come back to explore more of the menu, there is so much on it. Now to the unexpected! We did not expect that this place would have two restaurants! A morning restaurant, the Early Bird Eatery and then the Monks Indian Fusion Cuisine! Will post pictures of our dinner meal and the breakfast Early Bird Eatery menu since this is under the Monks Yelp. The service was excellent. Expect a dining experience. Do not be in a hurry since this is truly a small business and if you are lucky will likely engage the owner. It was a cozy environment for us and dinner. I expect depending on the time and what restaurant you visit the atmosphere to shift. Definitely support and encourage him and his team! His engagement and care to his menu details, the love for what he is doing reminds me of the small businesses abroad that share their culture in the same way because he has brought such flavor to his menu. It is quite refreshing to experience this at I25 and Dry Creek. If you blink you will miss this. Don't miss it. The prices are reasonable and I can't wait to try the breakfast menu. The dinner sits very well since I am writing this review a couple hours after eating. I plan to review again as well as recommend this place to everyone. I wish Yelp would offer a "pin your fav place on your profile" option because this is the review I want people to see first. Oh, it also has a bar but we enjoyed the drinks on the dinner menu. I will be tracking this place to see what others order as this place gets discovered. It is a pretty new under two years so go support this one day or night.
