This was incredible from the second we walked in until we walked out. The building itself is in a beautiful place in a nice area of town. There was plenty of close in, well maintained and well lit parking. It was snowy and cold outside but nice and warm inside. The restaurant itself is immaculate inside. They clearly pride themselves on maintenance and cleanliness. I really enjoyed the large fish tank full of beautiful fish. That is also, clean and well maintained. Our server, a lovely Chinese woman simply could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. She took our drink orders as soon as we set down then our food orders when she returned with our drinks. They had a shrimp lo mein I wanted plus a shrimp curry. I asked if they could combine curry into my shrimp lo mein and they did so, gladly. That is always a good sign when I can go off menu and the chef is happy to do it. The sweet and sour soup as well as the egg drop soup were first rate. My curry shrimp lo mein was mouth watering and smelled awesome. This place is a guest rate Asian restaurant and we will be returning soon. The people are incredibly nice and I really appreciated that.

With my wife away, I ordered delivery this Valentine's Day evening for myself and my kids. Food was pretty good.however, I ordered among other things, one lo mein, and one combo fried rice. My one daughter only likes rice, so she was disappointed, and given it was a long wait for the delivery, I just figured something else out for her. Food was delivered and we never received any notice that it had arrived. My order was updated as delivered 25 minutes after it had been left on the front porch. Given that the temp was 0 degrees outside, we had to warm everything. Spent over $100, and couldn't get my order correct, let me know it had arrived, or give us any fortune cookies. ::your sad emoji here:: (not sure why the receipt is dated a day ahead.). FYI

A whole plate of raw onions. It had a few small pieces of cold tofu in it which I ate. :-(

Excellent Chinese food, excellent service. I've been dining here for years and I love it. My favorite is the sesame tofu.

Came in on a pretty busy Friday night around 6:00pm. Street or lot parking! Seated quickly, service…read morewas great, and always clean. I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. Then the string beans and a new dish - sauerkraut fish filet. The sauerkraut fish filet reminded me of the Vietnamese catfish soup but no sweetness added. Very good dish and will def order again. Also love that they have quality rice here.

Decided to come here because I was craving Chinese food and heard good things about this place…read more Figured I'd give it a try. We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.
