The food is prepared promptly and packaged nicely for takeout. We've dined in once, but most of our orders have been for pickup. The special rice noodles were good and came with a generous amount of meat. The color of the meats are a bit lighter but are less oily compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, which we liked. I stopped by for dinner last night and thought this place was average. Order the combo pho (pho dac biet). They only allow you to order a medium or large for the combo pho so I got the medium. Portion size was good. They didn't give a whole lot of meat, tendon was very flavorful, and there were lots of noodles. At first everything was great we were seated immediately and the service was great the waiter was super nice and attentive got us everything we needed, unfortunately as we started to eat our food my girlfriend pointed to the table and the was a COCKROACH crawling inches away from my arm. I've never eaten inside the restaurant - my partner and I have been ordering takeout from here for nearly a year - but the interior seems clean and casual. Service is fast, and the food has been consistently delicious. I normally get the vegan pho, which comes a generous serving of tofu (which is fried) and veggies like broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and bok choy. Sometimes I'll get the pho ga (chicken) which is just perfect for getting rid of colds. My partner enjoys their pho tai (steak) or the pho tai bo vien (steak and meatballs). And the cream cheese wontons are a tasty treat. Note: the meat for any of the steak is delivered raw; it's thin enough that if the broth is hot enough, all you have to do is pour the broth over and cover the meat with the noodles. They came out hot and super crispy - great starters! Eggrolls were full of flavors, just needed some vermiculite noodles on the side, because I do love to wrap my eggrolls with the lettuce. On the menu they had just added the oxtail pho but it only comes in medium size. I wish it came in a small because it was just a lot of food for me. The oxtail was delicious and fell off the bone. The broth was so comforting and clear. When judging pho broth, the clearer it is the better! You didn't even need to add any extra in, just leave the hoisin and sriracha on the side to dip your meat in. And they are very generous with the meat, and very generous with the sides. I hate having to always ask for extra limes, jalapeños or basil. But what's more annoying is if your pho came out and it's not sizzling hot. The bowls the pho came in was a great investment, it kept the broth and noodles nice and hot the whole time we were there! I definitely will be back on a cold or warm day! read more

The broth is savory, salty, with a hint of spice. The rice noodles is cooked perfectly and all of their noodles come separate from the broth. The beef is tender and cooked to perfection. The shrimp Pho is another good dish as the broth also has a slight kick to it. A good amount shrimp is included and the noodles are also cooked to the right firmness.
