Always on the prowl for the best boba....Snowl has become one of those places that's dangerously easy to justify visiting "just one more time." We originally stopped in to check it out, and now it's firmly in our regular rotation. What really sets them apart for us is the flexibility. Some days we're in the mood for a decadent brown sugar drink, and other days we're trying to be a little more mindful. The team has always been happy to customize tea drinks with little to no sugar, making it easy to enjoy boba without feeling like you've completely abandoned your nutrition goals. It's a small thing, but it's made a big difference for us. On the flavor side, they deliver. The drinks are consistently balanced, the tea actually tastes like tea instead of being drowned out by sweetness, and the boba has that perfect chewy texture you're hoping for. The staff has also been incredibly friendly every time we've visited, taking the time to answer questions and make recommendations without making you feel rushed. The inside has plenty of seating and is usually busy when we are there...a nice sign to how good they are. If you're someone who loves classic, indulgent boba, you'll find plenty to enjoy here. But if you're looking for a shop that can also accommodate lower-sugar or lighter options without sacrificing quality, Snowl is absolutely worth checking out. It's one of the reasons we keep finding ourselves back through the door. read more

Skip desserts at a restaurant. We were finishing our meal at a restaurant but the dessert options didn't sound enticing so we decided to complete our meal here. It was the best decision. We got a rice cake, strawberry snow and croffle. The strawberry snow was the highlight! It was topped with strawberry mochi and had popping bobba, lychee and fresh strawberry toppings. We managed to finish it all. The croffle was a bit disappointing, it wasn't soft and was hard to cut into. Easy ordering system. Order at a kiosk. Your number get called for pick up at the counter. read more

This is an awesome place! Snowl is a great place to go because of how unique the desserts are! It brings the culture into Denver and it's amazing food as well! The bowls are amazing and so is the rest of the menu! This is a cutest place and is decorated amazingly! It's good for kids because they will love the desserts! They serve is by calling your number and you go grab it. I would absolutely recommend the chocolate bowl and the fish! They are beyond amazing! Just something to keep in mind is that you should only order around 1 bowl for 4 people, because the first time we went we didn't know about the huge sizing so we got one for everyone and ended up with A LOT of food! So definitely don't get too many bowls for few people! Overall, this is an amazing place and you would absolutely try it out! read more

We love the snowl bowls, especially the mango and strawberry. They are huge, easily enoygh for 3 people on a super hot summer day. We go year round for their taikyaki ice cream. They have savory dishes as well that I haven't tried. It a very big location with plenty of seating. Staff is friendly and quick with your order. Beware, the plaza parking spots are very narrow and the lot is very cramped at times. But thats not the resturants fault. read more

I come here pretty often and like to mix up my orders. The taiyaki is always made fresh and is loaded with the desired filling. The milk tea drinks always satisfy and are made to your liking. I like that you can customize the sweetness, ice, and toppings on your drinks. The taro milk tea tastes more authentic than other boba spots I've tried. The place is always packed when I visit but the lines move pretty quick because of their 3 self-service kiosk. The atmosphere feels welcoming and cozy. I can usually find a seat even during busy hours. read more

Snowl is short for Snow Bowl. Came here Sunday evening and it was completely packed. It is spacious and seats many people. The main attention here is a shaved milk bowl with flavors of your option. There are many varieties of snowls. They also offer some spicy ricecakes, taiyaki and teas. My group got the strawberry snowl. It came with a mochi ice cream topping, sliced strawberries, popping boba and strawberry syrup. The bowl was extremely sweet and the four of us could not finish it. The snowl itself was quite large, but if it was less sweet, I think we could have finished it. The shopping mall has some parking but it can get filled pretty quickly. I imagine a lot of the spots get taken by the employees early in the day. We were able to find parking on the street nearby. read more

Snowl is a cute little spot and I've been coming here for years when I want dessert whenever I'm in the area. It's super easy to order you just go to one of the kiosks and pay there and when your order is ready they'll call your number. I usually like to get the fruit shaved ice but this time we got the sweet potato one and I actually really liked it and it's perfect for fall. They have large chunks of cheesecake that are really rich and like a sweet potato sauce or puree. Can't wait to come back and have it again. read more

Snowl has become a go-to place for us. It has delicious treats and dairy-free drinks! Our favorites are the Ube Matcha and Ube Brown Sugar. The Taiyaki is also delicious. As someone who grew up eating soft serve and thinking it was amazing, I kind of want to go back in time and tell my younger self that believe it or not, something exists that's better than soft serve and it's called a snow bowl (bingsu). Man, what an unbelievably tasty treat. Ordering is simple - step up to the kiosk, choose what you want, choose to pay at the kiosk or at the window, then just wait for your order to be called. Honestly the waiting is the worst part because once you start eating bingsu time stops so you can adequately enjoy it. Ours had grapes, strawberries, and banana slices on it and some strawberry in the center as well, so despite being full of condensed milk I can tell myself I at least ate some fruit. read more

What a fun place to stop for dessert! Plenty of seating. Parking lot isn't huge so could be an issue during peak hours but not too bad around lunchtime. The bowls may be expensive ($20) but they are huge and can feed 3-4 people comfortably. Wish they did have smaller portions though for individuals. read more

We came here for dessert and chose the strawberry snowl. It was too sweet for my taste. It came with mochi ice cream, popping boba, and a lot of strawberry syrup. The portion was quite large though and it was plenty for my group of 4. Service was quite slow as we waited about 20 minutes for our order. Parking was also tough in the busy plaza, but my group eventually found street parking nearby. read more

We love having Snowl in our neighborhood. As far as places to go in the Denver metro area for "shave or shaved ice" we don't have many choices. Snowl is a fun place to enjoy a large bowl, big enough for 3 people. We haven't done it yet but they have cornhole as well as board games you can play while enjoying your dessert. read more

It seems like ice cream places are a dime a dozen. They are all over the place and pretty much all of them are good, but if you want something just as delicious (if not even more delicious) and definitely different than I highly recommend Snowl. They really have quite a selection, but we tried out the snow bowls. We had the one with mango and the chocolate. Both were equally delicious and so refreshing. Can't wait for the summer to really get here so I can enjoy Snowl even more! read more

Went here with my husband on a dessert meal outing. (Like going out for dinner but it's just dessert!) I was sad I couldn't fill the little taiyaki fish waffles with different varieties of fillings. In other places you can get one filling per waffle, but this place made you get 5 of the same ie chocolate. That wound up being wasteful because they're best fresh of course. Also the taiyaki waffle doesn't taste or have the texture of rice flour like they usually do, but more American waffle maker texture. Not sure if that makes sense, but I missed the rice flour texture:) They also only have two flavors of ice cream at a time and its texture is of super cold frozen yogurt. We got the milk tea one and liked it. We got a 'waffle cone' on the side with PB in it. We also tried a waffles-croissant thing that was supposed to be banana Nutella but had way too much chocolate syrup on top and that drowned everything else out really. The waffle was hard and chewy and yet we kept cutting off bites of it. It was still delicious and alluring even with that firmer texture. I'd try and ask for light sauce and have it again. We also got a fruity tea which had a vaguely disappointing variety of fruit in it. Usually the mixed fruit teas have several pieces of slices fruits in there. Service was nicely okay, they don't really interact with people as a means of the whole business being order by a screen kiosk thing, but I liked that a lot. When we did need something they were very helpful. Over all, I'd explore other options for similar food like this but I don't know of many so I'd definitely be back to try more either way. While some things were a little mixed to me, it was still very fun over all. And the interior had cute little areas decorated with plants and lovely white walls all around and just was a whole vibe really. Very much enjoyed our visit. read more

I've been coming here for years, but I just thought to write a review every single time I was in the same they're very nice friendly. They get your order right every single time my favorite and I do suggest it is a must try. Are the rice cakes they come in a little skewer and they are just so good. I haven't tried the big pack yet but it's like $30 and way too much for one person but if you do go in with your family, I definitely think that it's a must try. My Boba always comes out right and looking so so good I went in and they had a new flavor called the Ube Horchata Boba, and it was pretty good. It's just an interesting flavor, if that's too exotic for you I do recommend just getting something more basic haha I always love getting the little fishes with some sort of chocolate sauce they're so good they give you a lot. I tried one time with my friend these red bean ones and those weren't really my favorite, but I'm still glad I tried it anyways. The times I've gone it's always nice and quiet, but there are other times where it gets a little more crowded but I never have to wait more than like five minutes from my Boba. read more

This place is all about the vibe. The atmosphere is great. It's welcoming and just a fun place to hang out. They even have board games you can rent (free). The food is good. The ice cream and taiyaki are delicious. The boba, on the other hand, is not. The teas/milk teas are good, but the boba is a weird texture with no flavor. Maybe we just got a bad batch, but I wouldn't recommend the drinks. After all, it is a taiyaki place, so maybe I should have gotten that. Service was on the slow side. But then again, it was packed. It's an order from the screen set up. I've always wondered why it asks for tips when literally no one helps you with anything, but hey, that's the future, I guess. I'd come back again for the hangout vibes and taiyaki! read more

The reason why I'm giving this a 2 star is due to the cost and poor service. I had won (2) $10 gift cards to here so decided to take my daughter here to check it out. My daughter just wanted an ice cream cup with strawberries and I went to order the strawberry croffle. The lady told me they don't have strawberries to top on ice cream. I asked her if they were out because I was going to order the strawberry croffle and she told me that they have them for the croffle but they don't use them as a topping for their ice cream. I couldn't even pay more to have it added. It felt like poor customer service and didn't make a lot of sense. Instead we just got her fruity pebbles as a topping. I go check out and once the transaction was completed, I looked at the receipt and noticed that they were only giving me $18.52 credit out of $20 gift cards. I asked the woman why I wasn't getting the full $20 and she said that it takes out tax. I told her that didn't make any sense, as I've never had money taken out of the value of a gift card for tax, especially since you're already paying tax. So you pay tax on the gift card and tax on the purchase? She said that's just how the store does it. I thought it was very scammy and she didn't want to be bothered. The strawberry croffle was good but this place is expensive and screws you out of gift card money for "tax." They also will put strawberries for one item but not for another, even when offering to pay more money. We also grabbed a banana bread pudding to go. The pudding was good but there was too much bread in it. I included a picture of the receipt to show the experience. Overall I wouldn't come back. Poor customer service at its finest. read more

The atmosphere was very nice. We came here after having dinner by a close by Korean bbq. Snowl offered great vibes and energy for my family to celebrate a birthday. The shaved ice was delicious and came in a huge bowl. I would say 6-8 of us were able to finish it! The portion was massive! The place was very busy and packed. Tons of tables and room to cater to, very clean and modern as well. Will definitely be back. read more

So hard to find Korean shave ice in Denver! This spot is solid with good size portions - you can split a snow bowl amongst 3-4 people easily. 2 people could probably finish one but you'd be really full. I don't have much of a sweet tooth so the taiyaki with red bean is my favorite (without ice cream), but if you've got a sweet tooth I'd say try it with the ice cream. It's got plenty of seating so a good spot for post dinner dessert date or with a group of friends. Some of the tables have up to 6 chairs and you could probably put a couple together if you had a huge group. read more

I was craving Korean shaved ice aka bingsu, and this was the only place around Devner that sold it! They serve bingsu in HUGE portion sizes - I got a mango bingsu that was basically the size of my head. It's a great size to share with 3-4 people, but I wish they had smaller sizes to accomodate for 1-2 people. As for the taste, I loved the soft and fluffy texture of the shaved ice, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I liked how they included a chewy mochi on top. I also liked the cute interior - it was very spacious with plenty of seating! read more

This place is a casual dessert shop that can satisfy all of your sweet and salty cravings. Their snow bowls are pretty large and have a good variety of flavors from Korean-style to more fruit based (watermelon is ). I would also say that their tteukbokki is probably to die for - I don't know what they put in that stuff but it will have you going back for more. read more

I've been to Snowl Café twice now and both times I got the Mango Snow Bowl--it's seriously so good! The café tends to be busy so there's usually a bit of a wait to get your order but it's worth it. The inside is super fun and cute which makes it a great spot to hang out. The Mango Snow Bowl is huge, perfect for sharing, and the texture is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G -- soft, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. It's refreshing and not overly sweet, which I love because it lets the mango flavor really standout. I'll definitely be back to try their other sweet offerings next time! read more

Very cute concept :-) I've never been here and I went here with two other friends :-) you order on the touchscreen and they make it and call your number. The parking lot is pretty huge but it is shared with several other stores and restaurants. So definitely might be hard trying to find a spot. I got a milkshake which I forgot to take a picture of but it was very delicious and I got the cute little half fish with the marshmallow cream on the inside. I wish they would let you customize it more and put the milkshake or vanilla ice cream inside the little Half fish, but you can only get what they offered. Honestly there's nothing that really stood out too much about this place flavor wise or texture wise. It was just something fun and a great atmosphere :-) someone did order this huge bowl of ice cream and different toppings and so that would definitely be something I would want to try next time I go. Overall, it was a fun experience. I don't know if I would get it again, but I am open to try it. read more

Bingsu was solid. Huge portion so make sure to find a buddy to share with. Soft serve is lacking a little in flavor but you can't expect Matcha Maiko strength matcha here. Stopped at around 6 pm on a Saturday since it was 85° outside and I was positively dying from the heat. It wasn't too busy but still had a decent amount of customers. It was more towards 6:30 that it started to get more bustling with customers ready for dessert after a hearty dinner. I'm always on a hunt for a place with great shaved ice. I decided to give Snowl a try. I'll list below the pros and cons from my first experience here! Pro: -3 kiosk to order food/drinks available -Orders called out nice and clear over microphone -service was fast -self service water w/ extra napkins in the back -plenty of seating -moderate volume of K-pop playing in the background -fair pricing for a huge bowl of shaved ice -layering of condensed milk & strawberry syrup in the center of the snow Cons: -only 1 size for snow -only preset snow available -unable to customize (take off/add on) ingredients on kiosks. Not sure if you're able to even if you order from the worker directly I would still come back to this place every now and then if I'm really craving some shaved ice but if I discover a place where you can create your own...you best believe I'll be going there instead. I'm a huge fan of customizing/creating my own meal since I'm slightly picky about what I eat. Cute interior as well. They have some adorable clouds floating and globe lights at the entrance. Would definitely love to try the other items on the menu whenever I'm craving something sweet! read more

Easy to order, very wide selection, and so far all the things i've tried have been delicious.

Every time I have the opportunity I always come to Snowl. First for the Chocolate Taiyaki or the boba. But this time I decided to switch it up and got to order the Strawberry Snowl. It was refreshing and delicious. Not too sweet but perfect. Had some strawberries, strawberry boba and some jelly on top as well. The service is always good. Plus they have 3 machine at front that you can make your order yourself if you are introvert and doesn't want to talk to anyone or just like myself that need to practice what I will order. The place is really nice. Have many tables and even thought is packed over the weekend they still have tables for you to sit. Love the music they play and the decorations around. Love the ambiance! If you are around Aurora and you have the opportunity come to Snowl and try one of these snow bowls. You definitely won't regret it. They have varieties. read more
