I have been hearing about this place and it's yummy bin-su and Korean desserts. I decided to stop by on a Saturday and try it out. When we got outside, the parking lot was packed and we could see plenty of people and a food truck, there was definitely an event going on We learned it was an event for a K-pop band with vendors and food Set up there to bring people in. There was a pretty good line since it was so packed, we used the online ordering kiosk and got one of their "snows" - snow bowls. Although the most popular are the strawberry and mango, I decided to try the black sesame as it is my personal fave. We also got it with an extra side of condensed milk, which really made a difference and amped up the texture and flavor. It was pretty good, it came with a mochi and frozen red bean paste, almonds, and plenty of shaved ice. It was a giant bowl, too much for two people even, and we took the rest of it home. Surprisingly, it was even better later on when the snow had turned into more of a gelato texture. At nearly $20 for the bowl it's no steal, but it was a nice treat, and I'm happy to say that I've tried it. read more

On a mission to find the best taiyaki/ahboong in Denver and started with Snowl. This cute dessert spot has lots of great seating available and they seem to be fine with folks hanging around with friends. They have a wide variety of options on their menu- we had the taiyaki in a cup and and snow bowl. Some positives and mild negatives for me. For the taiyaki, there are only two options for flavor- matcha or milk tea. There are quite a few filling flavors available. I got the milk tea with Nutella filling and topped with mini Oreos. It was delicious, but not the best I've had. My husband got the Snow Bowl- I tried a few bites and it was delicious! I may have to make that my next foodie showdown. There were some odd restrictions around whether or not you can eat the to go in the building and they lock that bag down to ensure that I guess. Since it is such a large portion of the dessert, seems like it would make sense to have it to go in case you can't finish it. Just feels like an unnecessary restriction. The snow bowls are amazing though! We got the mango and it was gloriously refreshing- told my fella it would be used to bribe me any day of the week. It would be cool if there were different sizes though because the serving is probably enough for several people or one person for multiple sittings- like a small, med, mega situation would be cool. Came to meet a friend and she recommended I order online instead of standing in line. Tip - you need to go up to the counter and let them know you're there. I waited for my number to be called for half an hour before heading up. My order had been waiting. They keep your stuff in the fridge or freezer depending on what you ordered. The chocolate taiyaki wasn't as good not fresh. The hibiscus passion fruit iced tea was cool and refreshing. I was parched since I ate while waiting for my order. They were busy as there was a kpop event happening which was Stray Kids themed. There was a photo backdrop where you could take photos. Vendors selling bracelets, keychains, earrings, kpop artist cards, etc. Mukja food truck was there. Loud and busy inside. Clean women's restroom and parking in shared lot. Big spacious pretty cafe where you can get ddukbboki to desserts. We got one mango bingsoo on a hot day to share between 2 people and it was perfect! The portion was HUGE. There were so many mango pieces and mango boba on top. There was one mango ice cream mochi on top as well that was so yummy! It was more sour than sweet but I loved it. Interior was so pretty that I couldn't help but take pictures! I loved the clouds hanging from the ceiling and pink-ish wall. The service was super fast as well. Delicious fun treat! Fun place to get a treat with friends or the fam and hang out- they even have a few card games you can borrow and play while you hang out! Service was quick. Our friend mentioned this place a while back and we finally decided to go try it. First impression was that the interior was pretty cute and seemed like a good place to hang out. There was a group of loud teenagers that kinda made it annoying but after they left it was fine. There were kiosks in front of the registers if you didn't want to order from the registers but there was someone there letting us know she can answer any questions we have. The service was pretty fast and they call our your number to pick up your order. We got the strawberry snow bowl ($14.80) to try and it was filled with toppings. There was mochi, strawberry, and lychee jelly. It was pretty good at first eating it with the toppings however there's not much flavor after you're done eating the toppings. Overall it wasn't bad. I think it would be a good place to hang out with a bigger group as 2 of us couldn't finish one bowl by ourselves after eating dinner. read more

I've been a fan of Snowl since the first days of their first location, and this larger, brighter, even more comfortable location is even better than the first. There's plenty of seating inside, and they have the same great taiyaki desserts, boba, shaved ice, and even Korean street food as the original location. I actually think that the desserts come out more consistent here, maybe because it's more laid back and less crowded than the tighter quarters of the original location. This is legitimately our 3-year-old's favorite dessert place on earth, and the staff here could not be more accommodating to make sure he loves what he orders. Also, because you can order from a machine, it's easy for him to see pictures of everything to choose what he wants. I love this Snowl. The first location will always have my heart, but the staff here makes the sequel even better. read more

The bobas were way too delicious, tasty and light on the sugar, just the way I wanted it. This location and the other one on Havana St. were clean, neat and well organized. I was really annoyed from the get-go with my order so I wish I never followed through and completed the order and just walked away. First off these snow bowls are 17+ dollars so you would assume if they charged you that much for ice and some toppings, you're able to modify it to however you like it. However, that that's not the case here. There were certain things I did not like that was included in the bowl and I asked if we could replace it with something else, the girl who is taking my order, said no because the owner will not do any adjustments to the bowl. Then I asked if they were premade because if they were then that's more understandable, however, it wasn't. You can take away things you don't like for the same price but you can't replace. Personally, just think this is ridiculous and sadly, the bowl itself was not worth the price I paid. Sad to say that was my last time ever going there read more

I love the little cloud decor throughout and it's quite a large place. There are also kiosks so you can self order which is nice. However, compared to a lot of other boba locations nearby, it's pretty mediocre. I ordered the honey lemon ginger tea and as I was sipping my drink, I sipped on a piece of harden honey. We kept driving by this place and finally decided to give it a try. So happy we did! Super spacious shop, with lots of parking. This is the newer Snowl location & it was done so well! The decor here is amazing and it's a great meeting spot. I love the thai tea & chai latte with extra boba! It's a classic. I enjoy the fact that you can adjust the sugar levels, because sometimes I don't want a super sweet drink. The shaved ice bowls are delicious, i've only had the mango one but it melts in your mouth. The mango slices are fresh and delicious. As for the treats, the fruit shortcake is delicious! It's a little whipped cream cake with some fruit. I also would recommend the tteokbokki rice cakes! The sauce is a pretty mix of sweet and spicy. The rice cakes are warm and chewy, honestly my favorite thing here! I am a regular here and I enjoy bringing friends here. read more

This place is the best, and I'm soooo happy they opened a second location literally down the street from me! Their new location is gorgeous, clean, and trendy with super cute decor that makes you feel welcome and overall happy. Their menu is the same as their OG location with their amazing taiyaki ice cream bowls (my personal favorite), delicious snow bowls, & extensive boba selection. The prices may seem steep, but the amount of food you get is truly an unreasonably large amount so it makes sense. The kiosk ordering is efficient, and the staff is friendly.
