First of all the space was clean, lively, and whimsical decorated. K-pop videos playing on a massive screen. A good time and fun atmosphere. Ppl kept coming in so they are definitely making some good money for some great product. When you come in to the Parker location, you order on your own through a no, kiosk screen. There were no options to modify your balls, so I do think they come as they are because you could not edit or make adjustments to what you wanted to top your bowl or not. The snow bowls are a little over $14 but totally worth it. Definitely massive in size so plan to sit and chat and just enjoy yourself while you indulge. I got the roasted grain snowl which took me to my childhood. The green powder is so tasty and I couldn't recall what it reminded me up, but it was nostalgic for me. I think it is an acquired taste if you don't come from eating Asian sweets that incorporate the screen flavor but it's topped with red bean, shaved almonds and mocha. Very rich and filling. My son got the strawberry snowl. This is deliciously sweet, topped with lychee jelly, putting boba, fresh strawberries, and a strawberry mocha ice cream. We also got a strawberry croffle and the rice cake skewers. The strawberry Crawford was delicious, but the whip cream and strawberry topping definitely took away from what I could tell was a delicious leave cooked croffle. We regretted getting a topping croffle and the next time we visit we will definitely get a plain one. The rice cake skewers were lightly crispy on the outside but that delicious rice cakes you and the sauce that was on. It was kind of sweet and tangy, very mild and spice but delicious. We were happy with everything and probably spent a good 30 minutes or so trying to get as much as Arboles finished as we could. My son was very happy, loved his items, and the environment. We're pet picky but we'll be back for sure. Def a nice place to take your child for a parent child date. read more

Super cute dessert cafe with lots of yummy options. My husband and I stumbled upon this place and walked in to check it out. We got the mango snow dessert and it was 10/10 and it didn't not disappoint! For $15 it was perfect to feed two or maybe more. You order on the kiosk and the person working behind the counter quickly makes your order. Ambiance is quiet and pretty friendly. We didn't have much interaction with anyone working there because they had the kiosks but other then that this place was cute and had lots to offer. Super cool place to hang out on a date or with a group of friends! They have lots of stuff to choose from which is awesome not to mention you order from a kiosk so you can look at all the items. The bobas is awesome especially they honeydew. And the shaved ice bowls are good to share with a couple friends. Nice big location. Like being able to self order from the touch screen kiosks. Drink/boba was good. Just fyi the green tea they serve is the actual strong thick grassy taste whereas other places usually have the light hint of green tea taste. A wonderful place that is constantly buzzing even on weeknights. I can only imagine what the weekend looks like. Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by 3-4 ordering machines. Think of it as giant tablets that take your order. After you input your order you just wait for them to call your order. Interaction with an actual human is zero. If you want suggestions or anything there is almost no chance of that. The age of the machine is upon us. We will see more establishments like Snowl Cafe. The product is great but the lack of human interaction just makes it that less appealing. read more

They have a huge selection. It's kind of weird having no interaction with employees. You walk up and order on a screen then they just yell your number when your order is ready. I liked my strawberry banana smoothie and I asked for light boba but there was a ton in it. I honestly hate their boba and will get it without next time. It's too thick and chewy. My husband got a watermelon slush and he didn't like it. I didn't either. It was way way too sweet and artificial tasting. I would not recommend it. This place looks really neat, and when you walk in it is vibrant and fun, certainly a cool atmosphere for a treat stop. The service, on the other hand, was terrible. We have never been here before, and obviously, it is not a typical ice cream shop so instead of being short and rude, maybe be understanding and try to help to make it a pleasant experience. The gal was rude to me right away, but to belittle my wife for not knowing how to order something brand new to her really put me over the edge. This looks like a fun place, but not a welcoming one. I was excited to try out the cafe after hearing about it. It was easy to park here on a Monday night with their parking lot and we didn't wait long once we ordered our bowls. The reason I gave Snowl four stars was because they only have one size for their bowl which is huge and expensive for one person. It is a great size for sharing but not for one person. I opted to skip the Mochi on top of mine because they weren't sure if it was gluten free and I have celiac so I wanted to be safe. The ice had sweetened condensed milk, a jam, strawberries, boba, and lychee which was sweet but not too sweet of a dessert. I would definitely come back and try a different flavor of bowl. read more

We love Snowl! Been to 2 of the locations and the quality and speed of service has always been excellent! Was lucky to watch them in action for a BTS event and they handled the mass orders amazingly! Did not expect the snowl owl to be quite so big! It was pricy but then realized it is probably for more than one person. Be careful, if you accidentally grab the wrong order, staff will yell at you. Today I visited the Parker and Chambers location and experienced the worst costumer service. I left in tears after I processed what happened. I accidentally grabbed the wrong order, and the girl making the drinks was extremely rude to me. She spoked to me like i was an idiot. When I told her I was sorry, that I thought it was my order, (the drinks looked very similar  and I thought my number was called), she said "well it already happened so.... whatever.  We usually charge customers if they take the wrong drinks" Is it a policy  that Snowl charges  customers for taking the wrong drink by mistake? She then refused to give me a straw when I got my correct  drinks and told me I had already wasted my straw in the incorrect drink! I am absolutely disgusted by how I was treated. As a paying customer, this treatment was unfair and completely unacceptable. What a shame. read more

this place is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful and fun, sometimes the music is a tad bit loud and overwhelming but overall good. the service is non existent because it is self order, but always kind here. the food is super yummy, the ice cream is absolutely the highlight, and weirdly enough the actual SNOWL is not good whatsoever, maybe i am stupid but i definitely didnt think i was getting a bowl of shaved ice and coco puffs with a weird sauce only on the top, so once you eat the yummy flavored toppings, underneath is just ice. the icecream is literally the best thing in the whole state so it makes everything perfect. read more

Great place to get customized bubble teas. I'm not really into desserts so haven't tried the other items, but love the teas.

I was surprised that considering this café just opened that it was so packed. Such an amazingly diverse group of people or enjoying their treats. I don't know how to pronounce them but our favorite by far are the little fish with Nutella that reminds you of an ice cream cone. We bought them at the first time with their ice cream and the next time just went in and bought five of them and drove them home. We very quickly gobbled all of the fish and we're looking for more to swing by. We will have to stop by again. read more
