My husband and I have come to this location a few times after tonight we will never back. The two young black boys are polite and know how to service everyone. I would rather go 15 minutes to get better service or shall I say any service. We came in to get Carmel apples since we aren't a fan of the ice cream but we love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. My husband walks to the counter no greeting. I'm looking to see if i was going to order chocolates outside of my Carmel Apple. A gentleman came after my husband the crew greeted him and assisted him with his online order. The couple in front of us waiting for their order to be completed. The gentleman waited for his online order. Nothing still said to us. We understood that all 5 crew members were working. Once they all completed the gentleman's order the tall boy was leaning on the back counter staring at the sign. It took two girls to finish the couples order in front of us to assist with their chocolate order. One girl was restocking and the other girl had no clue but she wasn't helping anyone. The two girls completed the couples order and we come up to the register and we were completely ignored. We waited a bit and my husband stated can we get some help and then the tall boy was like I'll get you right down here. We were like no we don't want ice cream we want Carmel apples and then they proceeded to assist us. This was the worst blatant rude service that I have had in years. read more

We were happy to patronize this business and were thrilled to see that they were not wearing masks. We were looking for some delicious ice cream to combat the 100 degree heat. My husband chose the Surrender to Strawberry ice cream and I got the Chocolate Devotion ice cream. All of the employees were very friendly. A special shout-out to Dylan, who skillfully prepared our desserts and was very courteous and efficient. Who knew that they also sold Rocky Mountain chocolates? Bonus deliciousness! Emma made our ice cream- she was so kind and friendly. We got four different ice creams and she made all of them but one! She mixed in all of our mix ins the way we wanted and asked if we needed anything else. She had great customer service skills and said hi to us right when we walked in. On the other hand, the other two employees weren't talkative, didn't smile once, and the man just wore a bandana around his neck- not around his nose and mouth like the guidelines required. read more

I have been here twice to buy fudge. Each time, the employees seemingly had never used a scale or needed to calculate the price of less than a pound of fudge. One employee became so angry at the impossible task of cutting a piece of fudge and charging me for it, he slammed the fudge on the counter in a fury. Someone, please train these workers. read more

I went in to get a box of chocolates for my coworker yesterday. I grabbed one of the smaller boxes for $4.99 for 4 pieces. At the counter, I also decided I wanted to get something for myself and asked for one of the chocolate covered marshmallows paid by the pound. So far, so good. The problem started when I was about to pay. The first girl who helped me couldn't figure out how to add the box of chocolates to get the correct price. She asked her coworkers, but they couldn't figure it out either. Then one of the girls tried again and got a price of $7.99 for Mini Oreos. I told her I wasn't getting Mini Oreos. She said it's the same price as the box I am holding. I asked her if she was sure and she said she was. I trusted her at that point and paid. As I was about to exit the store, I had a quick look at the display for the box of 4 pieces of chocolates and it said $4.99. I walked back to the counter, but they told me to wait as they were serving other customers. When it was my turn they all looked away or looked down. Nobody seemed to be interested in helping me. I showed the sign that showed $4.99 for my box and told them that I had been charged the incorrect price. I was told it was not their fault they could not add the correct price in their system and that they needed to talk to their manager about it. At this point, no apology, nothing. They were just starring at me. I told them I did not want to pay more than I should. I was expecting them to give me the change back, but nope. Then the guy behind the counter told me, why don't you grab an extra box, it's on us? An extra box on you?! I almost paid for two boxes already. What a joke. I just told them okay and walked out with an extra box of chocolate, not very happy. No apology, no we are sorry... nothing. Worst customer service ever. And the chocolate was pretty bad too. Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I, personally, love ice cream. And Cold Stone hasn't really disappointed me a single time I've been here. I go to this creamery and the one in Aurora and find them both about the same in quality. Although this place is pretty expensive, apart from the costly side, the ice cream is great. Always creamy, ice cold and sweet enough to make you gobble down the entire pint. The free mix-in is great, so you don't have to choose between cookie dough or cookies and cream--get cookie dough ice cream with free OREO mix-ins. Service is pretty good--fine, not amazing, but good enough--and the sampling I find helpful to figure out the perfect flavor. Thanks, Cold Stone, for perfect ice cream and amazing flavors. read more

Peanut butter and coffee milkshake wasn't what I expected from Cold Stone. The blender was having trouble to begin with, which made our wait a little while. Our cups had milkshake all over the outside, even though the employee had cleaned them (not well, apparently.) Didn't taste the coffee at all, although my boyfriend could taste his. Neither of us finished our shakes. Won't be trying anymore milkshakes from Cold Stone. read more

This review is of the sorbet offerings. Cold Stone makes wonderful full fat ice creams, my personal favorite was Banana or Cake Batter. Now that I don't eat dairy I would not suggest Cold Stone as a go to location. Their sorbets are far too sweet, hello instant cavities! The ice cream is as expected from a cold stone creamery and I enjoy it every time. This low review is based on the staff, which is likely a cause from upper management. Nothing against the two fellas working personally but last night was a 35 minute wait for 12 people in line. I guess that is reasonable but my issue comes from there only being two people working and one of them was selling things out of the Rocky Mtn Chocolate part of the shop. That left only one person to make ice cream, and you could tell he was frustrated. Get it together management or you're going to lose this store. read more

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.... This location must think we are in the mall at Cherry Creek, Times Square or something. We spent $3.50 per truffle and they we not that great. Should have gone to Godiva in the mall. Not consistent with supply of different caramel apples with extra toppings. Most other RMCF locations are a pleasure to visit. NOT THIS ONE. In addition, most Cold Stone locations give more than the requested amount. Not here. Be prepared to be shiort changed.... Both in your cup and your wallet. read more

We went here today as a reward to my kids for being good after a long day of shopping for boring eyeglasses for daddy. Each of my kids got a small (and I mean small) ice cream plus one additional mix-in - my son had toasted coconut and white choc chips, my daughter had m&m's and heath bars. My husband got a caramel apple with white and milk chocolate drizzled over it. Price for these three things? Almost $20. I just about had to haul my jaw off the floor. The ice cream couldn't have been more than about 3/4 of a cup each. The coconut was about a teaspoon's worth. While they all enjoyed their treats, it's ridiculous to pay this kind of money for ice cream that's not even really all that great. We could have bought 4 pints of Ben & Jerry's at the store plus a couple bags of candy for the same price. On top of it, the server helping my kids kept asking them if they wanted any additional toppings, or perhaps to have the ice cream dipped - all these extra upcharges. Luckily I was standing there to say no or my naïve kids would have said yes to all of the above -- which is what I'm sure Coldstone is banking on. Overall - disappointed with the ridiculous prices at this ice cream shop - we will not be back. read more

If your considering this cold stone pick any other ice cream place and you will be better off. I am a long time customer of Cold Stone and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I went to this location to find no one there help me until I made enough noise that a man came out. He charged me way too much for two treats that I ordered. I have been to other locations and paid half as much. They didn't even have a selection of caramel apples. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I will not return to that location. It is a loss for that location since I work in that area. read more
