I love frozen yogurt... truly love it. Yogurtland has a vast assortment of flavors that is all self serve. I always look for anything coffee or chocolate and they always these for me. But don't worry they have a lot of other flavors to suit just about any froyo fan! Their yogurt is dense and flavorful. So yummy. After you dispense your yogurt delight, follow around to there many many toppings and sauces. I wish I could tell you how good they all are, but I always opt for the cookie dough.... Thick, creamy, yummy frozen yogurt. They change some of the flavors every now and then, but the salted caramel pecan is a winner. This place is our standard by which all others are measured. Went in and saw a customer arguing with the woman at the counter about the chocolate yogurt machine being broken. She handled it very calmly and explained the situation, apologized for the inconvenience and dealt with the customer to the best of her abilities. When I was a kid we called this place TCBY. When we lived in Congress Park they called it Menchies. The latest version of the frozen yogurt bar place (way better than Pinkberry) has seven or eight different yogurt flavors to choose from. Then, there is a topping bar where you can load your frozen yogurt up with all the candy, sprinkles, and what not you like. The catch is that it charges by the ounce and the containers are deceptively large. If you have younger children keep a close eye on them and help them get theirs or you're gonna end up dropping $40 on frozen yogurt. Every time my son is sick he wants Yogurtland. Today was no different. The weird thing about this place is when you walk in there is never a worker to greet you, they magically pop out from the back of the store. It's a little off putting. I took my 3 grandchildren to Yogurtland yesterday specifically for the "Hopkins Elementary" fundraiser from 4 to 7. We were there at about 4:10. I told the cashier that it was for the Hopkins fundraiser and she said, "You needed to tell me that before I rang it up". So, my grandaughter's school missed out on over $6.00 for the fundraiser! I was not given a receipt. Every restaurant/food fundraiser I've been to, they ask if it is for the fundraiser! They loved the yogurt, but I will NOT be bringing them back to Yogurtland!! We come here a LOT. Overall, I'm always happy with the selection of flavors and they let you try as much as you need, unlike other places I've seen that make you ask for each flavor you want to try. The ice cream itself is always fresh. Some points I would really love if they improve: - sometimes we come in late, and the staff had already started "closing" the place so some areas will be closed. I get that you want to be efficient and don't want to have to stay too late, but when a place is open, it's open. It can't be "half closed" - why is there a tip option at the register?? I mean, there is almost no service involved in the experience here. I get my own yogurt, I pay and I take it to the table (if there's one) and then I also through my empty container to the garbage. 06/04/2023- this is the worst Yogurtland location I've ever been too. On a road trip from CA and made this detour to get a snack. Clearly this franchise location is poorly managed. The floor was sticky and dirty. My shoes stuck with each step. Disgusting. Not an employee in sight when I entered, but I heard voices coming from the back. I filled my container ( I came all this way). The yogurt dispensers were clean, the self service area was tidy but could've used some top offs and wipe downs. I headed to the registers. Clearly there is a camera monitor in the back because an employee magically appeared and stood at the register with no words and waited for me to place my container on the scale. I paid and when I did not not tip I received a sarcastic " have a nice day". Dear Franchise owner- if your employees would like a tip at a completely self serve snack joint, try cleaning, greeting and providing customer service. What a disappointment. read more

Yay, they had diced cheesecake bites as a topping and nice flavor and staff! Yogurt here was always pleasantly flavored, no weird chemical overtones to any of the flavors I tasted. To me this single criteria determines my return. Didn't give 5 stars because an unusually high amount of the most appealing flavors were out of commission. Many people around me noticed and were also bummed and quietly rioting. ;) Flavors I tried: Cupcake batter, not a strong batter taste but pleasant and one I chose for my bowl. Tart blueberry, tart and freshly berry flavored. Malt vanilla, really good and rich with a surprisingly malty flavor & went in my bowl. Salted Caramel pecan, texture wasn't as creamy as others but was really flavorful with not too much salt and a nice nutty flavor. I also put a little in my dish:) Something Chocolate truffley, I wanted to like this one but it wasn't good to me and had the most artificial flavor. It's better than some I've tried though (and notably I heard some guy excitedly say it was his fave so obv some people love it) Toasted coconut, coconut is usually not that good and really artificial tasting to me but this one was the total opposite: creamy, gently toasty, and had a rich coconut flavor and obviously I included it in my bowl. I'll be back to check out Pumpkin pie and Pistachio, both were MIA. As was red velvet. If flavors are ultra important consider calling to see if they're available at the time. However so many were there and tasty you'll probably be fine winging it! The toppings here are the other reason I'll be back. I'm always looking for places that have nice quality "bakery" toppings like little mini cheesecake cubes, cookie dough bites and brownie pieces etc. The first two were here and were pretty good. Maybe the cheesecake was on the older side or it just had a "firmer outside/soft inside texture", since this was my first visit it's hard to say. The girl who was working there was really pleasant and sweet. I just went to a Peach wave earlier in the week per someone else's request and they had less bakery style toppings (many more sauces though) however the staff was NOT pleasant. I've been a customer for as long as you've been open, and I will never come here again. I come to Denver every few months to visit my family and one of the highlights over the years has been coming to your store, as it is close to where my family lives. I haven't been able to visit for a while now because of Covid, and finally was able to come in tonight. I was stunned at the way I was treated. The fact that you won't do sample cups, or allow any means for customers to sample the different flavors, as you always did, still using the idiotic excuse of Covid (really?), is ridiculous enough as it is - especially by this point. The fact that the the girl at the register tonight, August 7, was so astonishingly arrogant, rude, and condescending in her response when I asked about that - from her very first response - is inexcusable. Literally if she worked for me, I would fire her on the spot. I'm not even sure if you can train out that kind of rudeness - but you definitely shouldn't be hiring it. You have absolutely lost a long time customer, including my family. I am so disappointed in you. I'm flabbergasted. read more

So with all the fuss about yogurtland recently, my friend (who I am addicting to, and teaching the ways of proper fro-yo ness) were over in the the area (which this one is waaaaaay out of the way if you don't live around there) .......but I just didn't get it. I didn't feel at home with this fro-yo joint. It stuck in a strip mall and the line you walk through is claustrophobic - so you are stuck against the wall between a partition and the machines (between a rock and a hard place...) and what frustrated me was that if you got through to the end...and didn't like the flavors at the end and wanted to get something that you tasted at the beginning you would have to squeeze in between and by people ...or just start over. Buzz kill. The toppings bar was also not very clean or fresh. Double buzz kill. So for 30 cents an ounce...I'll stick with the saying, "You get what you pay for." Sad day for fro-yo. read more

Sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she was so helpful, courteous and polite. She answered all of our questions and had the most genuine smile the entire time she was helping us. There's always something dangerous about frozen yogurt bars. There you are with a huge empty cup in your hand, pulley after pulley of delicious frozen yogurt offerings, and a toppings bar stocked with fruit, candy, and Ghiradelli syrups. Where do you begin? With samples, of course! Although the mini-cups are hidden by the register don't be afraid to ask. You can do what I did and try just about every flavor until you settle on one to fill your actual cup with. All the ones I sampled were delicious from the fresh strawberry to peanut butter making my decision even harder! I ultimately went with the plain tart because it always hits the spot! For toppings I threw in some berries and was good to go. We walked out with three decent sized servings for under five dollars! At Pinkberry you can't get more than a mini-sized serving for that price! I was impressed by all the flavorings and at this price, would definitely go back. read more

This is our most favorite fro-yo place so far... Best energy...always packed with a younger croud just hanging out and enjoying the yogurt and each other's company. Staff has been consistently helpful and very upbeat. Excellent variety of flavors. Lots of new ones scheduled to be available for the holidays. If you enjoy tart or ftuit ones, there are always a great variety here...even an occasional sorbet. Holiday examples are pumpkin pie and peppermint hot chocolate. I enjoy the cinnamon graham cracker. It is a special treat for us to go there later at night..they are open every day until 11PM. Yea!! Clean, great flavor choices, crowd, staff and energy. Writing about it makes me wish they were open now! By the way, right now for every increment of $25 of gift cards you buy, you get 10 ounces of free yogurt your next trip there. That is a savings of $3.60...which is more than a 14% return on your money. Now I am all about great value and great taste. My favorite kind of fro yo - the kind I can customize myself! A little bit of this, a little bit of that. And you don't pay the ridiculous amount that you would elsewhere. For 30 cents per ounce, it is so reasonable... especially if you just want a little bit and not pay $5 for a small. I went on a Saturday and the lines were really comparable to the long ones at Pinkberry (especially with a middle school Valentine's day dance crew????).. I do love the service as they sent one of the guys out to hand out sample cups and keep us laughing. He was a nice dude. For two pretty packed fro yos, we paid $6.50. That is what I call a deal! It's a great contender for top yogurt places but for me it doesn't take the prize. The flavors seems more sweet than flavorful, and I wasn't impressed by their selection. Flavors change, come and go, but I've only had one flavor from Yogurtland that I craved which was root beer? But too bad for me because that's a "summer" flavor. We drive across town to get froyo because there aren't any near our home in Highlands Ranch. 8 times out of 10 they don't have the one flavor I come there for... vanilla. It seems like the majority of the machines are out of service every time we come which is a huge bummer. When they do have vanilla, I get that with hot fudge and chocolate sprinkles and it's delicious. I might start calling ahead to see what machines are working before I drive there! read more

Yogurtland is awesome, clean, lots of open space, friendly staff, and all the sample cups you want/need to settle down on the flavors you want! My favorite are the Sumatra coffee (great pick me up flavor), tart (always love a good tart flavor), strawberry, and chocolate ice cream. My cups never look pretty, put together, or on purpose. There's always a pink and green gummy bear, carob chips sprinkled around, Nutella, mango, and sometimes some pirouettes because they make it look fancy shmancy! I love coming here after a stressful day at work and feeling like a kid in the candy store. Love Yogurtland. Brings the child out in everyone! read more

Yogurtland has the best "original tart" around. Ask the workers for sample cups, if they don't ask when you come through the doors (they're usually pretty good about this). Honestly, I usually only get the tart and maybe a couple cheesecake bites and strawberries, so this place is froyo perfection in one shop to me. read more
