The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).

It was definitely the hit of the shower. Her prices were also incredibly reasonable and she offered delivery, and showed up right when she said she would. We ultimately chose the pink champagne cake with raspberry Bavarian cream filling, and it ended up being my favorite thing I ate at our wedding! We sent over some inspiration photos for the design, and they completely brought our vision to life. The finished cake looked like it could have been straight out of a wedding magazine! They also went above and beyond by allowing us to pick up our cake on a Sunday, even though they are normally closed that day, which we really appreciated.
