We love Cold Stone! This location is our go to since it's close to our house. They're always fully stocked with different types of flavors. Love how quick and easy the trip is. We're in there a few minutes and out. The last few times we've been there, it was empty which is nice. There's seating in the inside to cool off during the hot summer days. The employees were in the back, screaming, and yelling while I was sitting inside and eating my ice cream. There sounded to be to a couple girls and boys. They yelled multiple times and were play fighting and hitting eachother. The screaming was so loud other customers were leaving. This is unacceptable. read more

I was here yesterday and the service was terrible. I was with my little kid and the two girls that were working treated us so horrible. We were very nice to them but the kid took a few minutes to decide what topping she wanted and the girl sat there and stared at us and then looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes. All because it took a minute for a 10 year old to decide what topping and there was no one else in the store. We wanted to eat the ice cream inside but because of the service we did not. I feel like cold stone ice cream is some of the best ice cream around, no matter where you are at. I got the banana bread special (I usually like to try their seasonal flavors) and it tastes heavily of bananas...which I love. On top of that the tables were all clean, something that other ice cream places fail to maintain. There are plenty of parking spaces as it is a big plaza with many shops.At first it was hard for us to find but as we drove through the parking lot and we spotted it. For a birthday surprise we decided to buy the six pack of ice cream cupcakes. We got the variety pack with three of each chocolate, cake batter and sweet cream. From the pictures online they look big but really each of us had one. Also the cup that holds the ice cream is a hard chocolate edible cup. Which was a bit confusing for kids. I wish I had known that Cold Stone's version of "ice cream cake" in a cupcake form consists of less than half an inch of actual cake, with a scoop of ice cream on the top. We all know Cold Stone has some great ice cream and the house specialties are pretty sinful for one's diet, but what I like best about this location is the service. Yes they're mostly highschoolers, but they are super friendly and always seem to have a good energy about them, even at 10 minutes to close and you make them dirty up their clean counter. This staff seems to work a lot faster than other locations, so if there's a line you won't wait too long. The interior isn't the biggest, they only have a few tables. But it's always clean and there's seating outside. Prices are high, but that's pretty standard with Cold Stone. Don't think about the fact that King Soopers is right next door and for the price of your 6 oz cup of ice cream you could get 2 half gallons. read more

My personal favorite is the birthday cake remix. I have tried their smoothies and they are pretty good, but I think Inta Juice has slightly better ones. The group of guys who work there are awesome! They are super friendly and very fun to be around. The only thing that I would correct would be the cleaning. I go in there often, but it could always be more clean. It's weird though because I got a waffle cone (which I was super excited for) but ended up throwing it away because it tasted like windex. So maybe move the cones before cleaning the glass, and wait until it is fully dry before putting them back. Otherwise, great work! read more
