I call the store with a recorder no answer twice with several employees. I said that after 8 hours they should be thrown away not sold as fresh. I said that each tray should have the time/date/name of the donut so the employees are sure for fresh donuts. But Robert didn't say that they do that. NO he only said they do that after I repeated it several times that shows me that was not true. Robert wanted to give me a replacement donut. On the next time I come to the store. Hold it a minute he still wants to keep donuts up to 24 hours. Give me a break. His employees don't finger test for freshness instead of using a tooth pick or something like that. I understand from Robert was everything is good with customers reviews, which is a 3.6 stars having 192 reviews. In my opinion that is not that great. A 4 or 5 is great. But if you don't care about selling donuts up to 24 hours and hope that your employees do a finger test to see for freshness you'll never have a 4 or 5 stars. He really didn't seem to change anything because he thinks everything is going so great. Robert said if you don't like it you can always call the franchise office and complain to them. That's pretty despicable because if I was the franchise office, if you have to refer Customer to franchise office, I would eliminate the owner because obviously if he has to have someone else do his fixing of problems then he's the problem.
