First time trying this place and we were all impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to let us sample different flavors while offering great recommendations. The laid-back atmosphere, both inside and on the patio, makes it the perfect spot to relax, linger, and enjoy your gelato. Everything we tried was delicious, and it's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. The only downside is the price. It's a bit on the expensive side, and if it were a little more affordable, we'd probably visit more often. That said, the quality and experience were both excellent, and we'd certainly consider coming back for another treat.

What a cute place! They had indoor and outdoor seating and I loved the decor inside. They also stay open later for during the summer time. We were greeted when we came in and the young lady who helped us was really friendly and helped us with our choices. I got a jumbo coffee macaron, my boyfriend got the mini cannoli and an affogato. We also got a pup cup for his aunt's dog which she loved. We loved everything! I would give the place more of a 4.5 really. Would definitely go back.

A cute little gelato shop with a good size selection of gelatos and sorbets. They also had other pastries and treats. You can get the frozen delights in either a cup or cone. The service was friendly, the cost wasn't too much and we enjoyed sitting on their patio and just relaxing.

So I waited a week to post because I really don't like leaving poor reviews. 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very friendly and great with letting my niece and I sample flavors before choosing. The shop is beautiful and has lots of great options for sweets. While enjoying our gelato there was a hair in mine and I while i didn't take a photo because I immediately took it to the counter to let one of the young ladies see what was in my cup. She did offer to give me another scoop and I declined but that seemed to be it. I let her know the flavor of the gelato that had the hair and she nonchalantly said ok but didn't seem like there was going to be any action to remove that flavor from being served going forward before we left.

My family LOVES this gelato place. The gelato is exceptional. Always so many flavors. My favorite is lavender honey. My kids love everything chocolate, cookies and cream and Straciatella. We've tried their pastries and they are awesome. They also have cute Pup cups! Also a separate note on ambiance - it's such a cute shot to sit and relax!

An elegant gelato cake layered with taro, coconut, on a vanilla base. Light, creamy, and thoughtfully balanced.

Gelato & Co is a rare find, an establishment that combines exceptional gelato with refined pastries and desserts, all presented with a clear commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The gelato itself is excellent: distinctly creamier than ice cream, with flavors that are more focused and pronounced. On recent visits, I especially enjoyed the amaretto, coconut, and honey lavender (all part of their rotating flavor selection). Each one was well-balanced, true to its profile, and showcased the kind of restraint that lets quality ingredients shine. Their gelato cakes deserve special mention. These are not novelty ice cream cakes - they're refined, elegant, and clearly the work of someone with culinary training. The presentation is beautiful, and the flavor pairings are thoughtful. They make a very memorable impression. I also had the chance to work with Mari, the executive pastry chef at the Castle Rock location, on a custom taro gelato. Taro is one of my personal favorite flavors, but it's rarely seen in Colorado and even more rarely done well. Mari created a version that was beautifully creamy, with the taro flavor front and center--subtle, as it should be, but never lost. The sweetness was balanced and supported the flavor rather than overpowering it. She later incorporated it into a custom cake paired with coconut and vanilla, and the result was outstanding. The textures, flavors, and overall execution were all excellent. The interior of the shop is clean, modern, and inviting--an ideal setting to enjoy something truly well made. Gelato & Co is worth seeking out. Whether you're looking for a great scoop, a sophisticated dessert, or something custom and unique, you'll find quality, creativity, and professionalism here and at their location in Highlands Ranch. Absolutely worth a few visits.

They haves cones, cups, milkshakes...everything you heart could desire in the sweet treat realm. But did you know Pozzetti has paninis? And I don't mean just hot sandwiches. Pozzetti has what we call sandwiches a plastado, meaning these sandwiches are literally squished between two hot grilling plates so the bread on the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and gooey. And the flavors are remarkable. We ordered the caprese sandwich and the prosciutto sandwich. They were both served with some type of aioli. And we INHALED them. They were phenomenal. I wish I had thought to take a picture, but they just smelled too good to leave sitting there. And the next moment, they were completely gone. Absolutely delicious! All that to say, go to Pozzetti. Support your local businesses. Get some gelato for you and the fam. And while you're at it, pick up some lunch or dinner that is sure to please your taste buds and your tummy. And maybe get a little coffee on the side because this place literally has it all! Go! I promise you won't be disappointed!

We've been here a number of times over the years, but I got way too much sticker shock from our last visit. We got two kids' scoops (i.e. maybe about half a cup of gelato per scoop), with a cookie in one and sprinkles in the other. This came out to over $19. To be fair, I don't mind paying for bougie, artisanal gelato. However, this was NOT it. It was icy, crunchy and the cookie was just stale. In contrast, I could buy a 48 oz container of Tillamook ice cream from Target for $6, a package of Chips A hoy cookies for $4 and sprinkles for another $4. For approximately $14, I could make 12 cups of ice cream with toppings AND it wouldn't be freezer burned. For almost $10 for one scoop-- I expect a lot better than stale and freezer burned. Sorry.
